Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Everything was organized and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the restaurant staff (Ahmed, Hamed, Bechoy, Andrew, George, philomene, and other) who were absolutely outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and professional, making every meal enjoyable. Their warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The pools and aqua park were definitely highlights of our stay. They were clean, well-supervised, and suitable for all ages. There was a great variety of activities, and both kids and adults could have fun safely. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing. Overall, everything was very well organized, and the staff across the hotel were kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Internet good in room / poor in other areas of hotel. Check in not well organised and unfriendly staff - not good experience. Generally other staff throughout the hotel were excellent and really helpful. Shower in room excellent as was air conditioning.

Very nice hotel amazing stuff took good care of us under our stay the service the rooms amazing clean and very good. So it’s a highly recommended hotel and it close to everything walking or riding a car

The hotel is pretty good.

There was an extra charge on the accommodation room as the receptionist staff told me I had booked the accommodation for 1 person and not two, despite already paying for a double room. The room was not clean and the other guests at the hotel had a similar experience
