Our in room internet didn't work. An alarm started beeping every 5 seconds in the hallway by my room and no one turned it off. It was still beeping at our 12pm check out and you could hear it through out the property. I asked the front desk and he didn't know how to turn it off.

Dirty floors, bathrooms, towel had a hole, cover sheet was extremely thin. Pool very dirty. Tv did not work. Etc....

Great place, but for the price it should have hot water! It has been a colder couple of days here and we were very disappointed not to be able to have a hot shower.
