Great staff and accommodating and the gentleman whose name is difficulty pronouncing but starts with a P and staffs the bar and restaurant was very professional and kind. Everybody there was actually . Close to airport and great food at Italian Restaurant. Thank you all and hope to be back soon !

Business trip for a week, couple of small issues with requests and only negative is the gym doesn’t open until 8 so couldn’t use before work but over all clean hotel, attentive staff, comfortable rooms and good facilities. Breakfast had a good selection, didn’t eat evening meals there. No issues when there and would stay again.

The hotel is fabulous located within 5 minutes walk of Deira City Centre Mall and the metro station is within 5 minutes walk too. The staff are very friendly, responsive and nice and the rooms are very clean with excellent service. The breakfast is available at property and it’s fairly good though it could do with more continental options. Overall I loved my stay and look forward to going back soon.

I liked that the hospitality was professional of the nightshirt attendance. I received a high class welcome and the rooms were clean and well kept. I highly recommend even with family and with little children for the rooms are cleaned well and you feel at home.

The studio room i booked was a good size at a very reasonable price. The kitchen was well equipped. However, the staff was awesome!!!! They could not do enough for me including checkin at 1030 am. The property, although old was well cared for. The buffet breakfast is small but food quality and service was great. I highly recommend this property

Das Hotel ist weit vom Flughafen weg man braucht ein Taxi ca. 3-4 km. Die Zimmer sind okay, aber sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Das Frühstück ist okay, als Flughafen Hotel ungeeignet.ps Taxi von der Rezeption kostet 160 Dirahm vis uber 40.

Fantastic place if you want to be close to the airport. Incredible staff, from Farouk and the lady whose name I forgot, to the doormen. Room was huge especially for the price. Hotel was modern and well maintained. There are great restaurants in the area. Thank you all for the great service.

Being an Apartment Hotel the expectation was for the room to have all cutlery and Utensils. This was not the case. A call to request for some was not acted upon, quite dissapointing given this used to be such a good Apartment Hotel. Though the TV system and channels worked very well, wide variety. The concierge team was very helpful corteous always. Restaurant quite disappointed ordered a mixed grill, was not up to standard at all, completely overcooked and dried up.

The customer service here is beyond words. I got food poisoning from another restaurant the night that I arrived. The hotel helped find me a clinic, a taxi there, and proceeded to check on me a few times throughout the day and even sent me a fruit bowl with a get well soon card. There’s no price for that kind of hospitality. Forever grateful and will absolutely be returning.

I've only just arrive an hour ago, but received a nice welcoming reception at the front desk, some personalized service, and a slight upgrade in room. And since I arrived just after midnight, then extended my checkout time for the next morning until 1:00 p.m.. I don't see hotels offering that too often.

Friendly staff, poor restaurant food though, worst I had in Dubai. Do not eat in unless you have no other choice - like are stuck with a flood outside! (true story)
