The hot tub was dirty. Cigarette butts in the hot tub, lots of dirt and grass. Didnt look like it had been cleaned in a couple days. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom and 3/4 roll of toilet paper. Staff was very friendly and helpful

I got this hotel because of the suite, location and the pool for my kids, I get there and the pool is across at the other hotel . Which I feel like should be known before booking, also the pool was open when I checked in and then the next day I’m told it’s closed and out of season, which didn’t make sense. But after checking out and leaving I noticed there was people in the pool. I felt a little offended about that. Did she just not want my family to use the pool? I’ll never stay here again.

The pool is at the sister hotel across a small parking area (there's plenty of parking on the other side of the hotel). The pool has a lond very shallow end for smaller children and it is 5 ft at the deep end. There's a nice covered outdoor hot tub and an area with 2 bbq grills and seating. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bisciuts and gravy, sausages, juice, bakery items, cereal, and more. The hotel was pretty quiet except the heavy room doors shut fairly loud. I would stay again.

This was a great place to stay for me and my best girlfriend. We were able to ride the shuttle to the restaurant and bars and even to the concert at zoo amphitheater. Excellent breakfast and coffee to get us going in the morning. We will stay here again when visiting Oklahoma City.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it advertised it has a pool. It is a hot tub.

>ROACHES< roaches in room 211 and 117 It was end of night after the state fair and we were just looking to go to sleep finally so we did stay but had to leave lights on and killed 5 roaches in room 211 And 3 roaches in room 117 . I stayed in room 117 and went to take a shower and upon walking out of shower i find the dang water all the way out sdie of the shower and out of the bathroom onnthe floor the water didnt flow to thw drain in the bathroom floor ... the floor must not be level so had to use the left over towels and mop up the dang floor 😑

I’ve stayed here on different weeks but on this week they put me in an upgrade room which I liked. I got woke @2 something in the morning by a bug (a roach) on my face the suite/room had bugs which made it hard to sleep called front desk they did not due to booking with 3rd party nothing they could do.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in—spotless from top to bottom. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed—and parking was super easy, which is always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

This is a very nice, although uncomplicated place. Everything was very clean and comfortable and quiet, despite some construction next door. The breakfast was well-appointed with variety and amount. It is just outside Bricktown and right off the highway. I had a great rate for a great stay.

Overall the value of this Mainstay Suites was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't personally walk anywhere as the immediate surrounding area seems a little questionable in terms of safety. I did go to make a cup of coffee in my room in the morning and there was debris and a live roach under the coffee pot. That quickly determined (no coffee) for me.

Our stay here was good. Staff was friendly. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff was very attentive to the maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Location is very close to bricktown area, in fact several other visitors used bird/lime scooters to get to/from that area. Breakfast was good, but would like to have more options. There is a good amount of grass area for dogs.

The smell of the room 308 was awful! I woke up with some bites on my body that I am pretty sure it was bed bug. Terrible experience.

The staff for the most part was kind, the lady working the breakfast area seemed disgruntled. The room was awful. There was a cockroach in the bathroom- The fixtures to hold the soap in the shower and at the bathroom sink were completely missing so there was nothing to wash your hands or take a shower with. The light over the bathroom sink was out so the bathroom was dim making it impossible to do your make up- There was a huge red stain in the carpet between the beds. There was a light fixture that didn’t have a cover so when you turned it on so that you could get the light over the desk (an entirely different light not in the same area) it was just a super bright light- the dishwasher was full of dirty water. The microwave light wasn’t working so when you tried to use the efficiency kitchen you couldn’t see well at all- when I said something to the girl at the desk she said she would make a note. There was however always hot fresh coffee (at least anytime I went down) ready.

This was our second time staying here. The location was great. Easy access to Bricktown. They even have a shuttle to take you there & back. The front desk staff were super friendly & helpful. Room was roomy. The only thing I’d complain about would be the water that goes out of the shower onto the bathroom floor & into the kitchenette area. Seems like the slope in shower isn’t deep enough.

Great place to stay! The room was large and comfortable. The beds were very nice and it was a great night of sleep. Breakfast was included, it was the typical buffet. I would stay here again if in the area.

This hotel was incredibly noisy. It is situated between a highway and train tracks, so all night long I either heard train whistles blaring, or traffic noise. Also, had the weakest shower I've ever seen. The water was barely dripping out of the shower head. Nearly impossible to get clean. Other than those things, the rooms were nice and big. They have a fairly descent breakfast, lots of parking, and easy access into downtown and Bricktown.

The hotel was good and relatively clean. A plus was the morning breakfast with a wide variety of food and beverages to select from. One issue, we couldn’t get the wi-fi to connect even after trying to get help from the front desk with no resolution so we had to use our Hotspot. The hotel said there was security onsite although we never saw anyone during our 3 day stay.

So so. I had hoped for more in the cool area of Bricktown. I realize many businesses are short staffed, but having to wait at the front desk for 10 minutes for someone to show up to check us in after a long day on the road was frustrating. I called the hotel’s local # 3 times but nobody ever answered.

I arrived at the hotel later in the evening. Tried to check in and they advised the room wasn’t ready. I waited another 11/2 hours, still not ready. They had no compassion that i had two dogs and it was 90 degrees out. They did nothing to componsate me, like offer another room or even rebook at another hotel. NOTHING, except offer to cancel the reservation. Ugh.

Asked for a handicapped room with walk in shower, not available. Room was upgraded to a suite and asked twice for a shower chair for use in the tub, never provided. Asked for change of sheets every other day, not provided. Had to ask and get towels from front desk.

The guest services/front desk attendant, Sara was extremely courteous and friendly when i checked in after hours (1am). The security officer, Eric, was equally as welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was as expected.

Check in states 3. We get there and got told our room wasnt ready so we had to wait several hours. No call or email to let us know about delays. When we finally got our room the hall had trash strewn through out it making it gross to walk. Also some woman was beating on her kid pretty bad in the lobby, i coukd hear him screaming in the elevator and then in the room 1 floor below js. The hot tub that was advertised was not open. The morning breakfast has everyone who ate throwing up and when my husband went to get drinks he was told to wait. He did, and maria grabbed all her friends to gawk at him like it was a spectator sport making him feel very uncomfortable. When i went for towels i stood there for well over 30 minutes and no one appeared. The phone was pulled off the ringer, so they didn't have to listen to it, and over all i wouldnt stay at this location again. The check in girl was friendly. So i guess theres one positive part of the situation.

The hotel was fine but it was across the freeway in an industrial area which didn't feel super safe for a mom and daughter traveling. They say it is in Bricktown but it's really not, about a mile away from the main Bricktown area with many overpasses in between and next to the train tracks, storage units and a gravel and concrete business right behind. We also had to wait once we arrived because the front desk lady was gone for a half hour somewhere else. We were in the process of calling Expedia and trying to cancel our reservation when she finally came back. Our room was nice and clean. TV very slow to work. Only one elevator working. I forgot my toothbrush and went to the desk but they didn't have any and told me I could buy one across the street at another hotel so I just bought one later at a store. The breakfast was fine, fairly standard hotel hot breakfast. Overall, the hotel is fine, just not a great area so I would not stay there again. I would definitely pay a more for a nice area.

Very clean spacious room with excellent service. They held my luggage when I got there early and were able to hold it when I checked out as well. Only downside was that the walk to brick town was a little iffy. There wasn't a sidewalk due to construction and it was kind of dark so I wouldn't walk alone at night. Other than that it was perfect

There was no signing that could be seen by the road. The address on the building was not the same as what was on the app. We had a horrible time trying to find the right building. The building in front of the hotel was vacant and under construction which made it difficult to find the correct location. The lighting around the building was very poor and we didn’t feel the safest.

The room was very nice & comfortable. It’s 4 stories so people were spread out and we never heard other people. Nice hot tub, swimming pool is at the hotel across the parking lot. It is on the very end of Bricktown and on the other side of the highway.

The location was great and price met our needs as we were traveling with our basketball team for a tournament. We were told we could meet in the lobby for a team dinner and use the tables but the desk person wanted us to whisper- although no paying tenant complained about us being loud. Then we were told breakfast would be from 6:30-9:30. We retuned to the hotel after our first game and the food was cleared out with no waffles and no juice available at 9:15am. This was very disappointing as the indication that breakfast is available until 9:30 was not actually true. We booked this hotel with breakfast as when we have a large group (basketball team) it is more difficult and costly to get breakfast elsewhere.

The place is nice and clean. The toilet seat won't stay up by itself in our room which is a real pain for a male. Went down to breakfast at 8:30 am and there was 2 sausage links and 1 hashbrown, waited 20 minutes and still didn't add any. The 4 slice toaster would only work on 1 side. Toasters are not that expensive and I'm sure it didn't quit today. The ice machine on second floor did not work.

The coffee was empty in the lobby and the kitchen at breakfast. The eggs/sausage were luke warm. They never put out more biscuits or potatoes. The gravy was also empty. The orange juice was watered down. The waffles were bite sized.

The property was clean and very nice. The front desk people were always friendly and helpful. We rode their snuttle downtown each day and the drivers were great. They have a really nice breakfast with lots of options. Many hot items, one of the best hotel breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay.
