El hotel es demasiado caro para lo que obtienes. No incluye desayuno si reservas con Expedia. Faltaban toallas todos los días y no se reponía loción. La piscina estaba sucia, por lo que no se usó y la terraza de la azotea estaba en reparación y no estuvo lista hasta la última noche. Nos habían olvidado del servicio de recogida y para ello nos proporcionaron un desayuno. Utilicé el servicio del aeropuerto a la salida. Fue 10 minutos antes de lo esperado. Cuando llegamos a tiempo abajo, nos permitieron caminar detrás del autobús con nuestras maletas porque ya había salido y estaba a 3 cuadras. Parece estar intentando intimidar a la gente en lugar de ofrecer servicios.

Airport shuttle is a golf cart and great. Did not eat and drink at the property but there is a restaurant/bar onsite. Pool was dirty and the initial room I was placed in needed a bit or of extra care but the property was able to move me quickly when it was discovered that my air was not working.

Lovely hotel with a lot of character. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and a good size. The building includes a great roof top bar/restaurant, a small bar on the ground floor with an excellent range of drinks, a cafe and a restaurant. Everything we had in these was real great quality. The only negative might be that a lack of a lift could be a problem for some people.

Amazing hotel. After a looooong bus trip from Lanquín we were in the roof top pool with a cocktail within 15 mins of arriving. The sunset view across the lake is stunning. Room was great with AC which was welcome. Just note that we booked a shuttle to Tikal which left the hotel punctually, but went to the airport which is 10 mins away and we then waited an hour to collect other people who had booked the same shuttle. We missed the sunset tour at Tikal as a result. Be warned.

We stayed for four nights. The room was nice, A/C very good, room was clean and over all in very good condition. The beds are on wheels, which is annoying. The staff in the reception are plain rude. After having checked in and paid, we were not once acknowledged as existing. No-one ever looked up, and even though we passed through the reception 20+ times, not once were we greeted. There is often a lot of staff members hanging in reception, but not to the benefit of the clients. There is no elevator, and no help carrying the luggage. Not a problem for us, but I would not recommend to those who might need a hand. We booked tours through another hotel, where the staff were nice, so it is not a general Flores issue. Next time we will try to find a friendlier place.

Reserve a través de hotels y en mi cuenta me dice que está pagado y al llegar me hicieron volver a pagar, y además cobran el tipo de cambio a 7,85 quetzal por dólar, es decir, un abuso y una estafa ya que el cambio oficial está en 7,40 y en casas de cambio cambian a 7, ahora tengo que perder horas al teléfono para arreglar esto, estamos en época de lluvia y al ser un supuesto hotel 4 estrellas deberían tener paraguas para uso de cortesía lo cual no fue así, el wifi es deplorable, no funcionó ninguno de los dos días que estuvimos hospedados, la habitación 103 está al lado del cuarto de servicio para las camareras las cuales tiran la puerta una y otra vez desde las 6am haciendo imposible el descansar, y para terminar la presión de agua en la ducha es escasa a menos que te bañes con agua fría… en resumen una muy mala experiencia

This hotel was fine. Service was nice at the front desk and terrible at the restaurant. No elevator. Decent rooms but with very slow Wifi. It has a bar on the roof but it's generally empty with no atmosphere to speak of. No laundry service at the hotel. So overall not a bad option, with decent rooms and service but personally I ended up spending my free time at Los Amigos hostal that really seemed like the place I should have booked over this one - much more atmosphere and charm, nicer restaurant and great in-house travel agency.

This was a good property to stay at. I only wish they would have reached out beforehand to arrange airport pickup since the airport shuttle is included. It was really hard to get a hold of them to do this from my end.

Nos encantó que nos recibieran con una bebida refrescante el dia que llegamos, fue un gran detalle. El reataurante muy bueno. El personal siempre atento y amable, nos resolvieron sin costo extra el traslado al aeropuwrto a pesar de que la aerolínea nos cambió la hora del vuelo. We only stayed at Isla de Flores for one night but the staff at checkin were excellent, they were accommodating to find us some room service food even though the restaurant was closing shortly. The breakfast in the onsite restaurant was great and service was friendly. The suite was quiet and very comfortable. The location was right in the hub of the island so it was walkable to everything. Would highly recommend staying at Isla de Flores.

Sin duda era el hotel más bonito y mejor cuidado de los que vimos en la Isla. Bien ubicado (no justo en el paseo marítimo donde está todo el bullicio de los locales con la música a volumen alto) pero si a 100 metros. Un hotel bonito, con un personal atento y amable, con dos restaurantes y una pastelería/cafetería (estupendas tartas). Una pequeña piscina en la parte superior. Una buena elección. Algo más caro que la media de los hoteles de la isla pero vale la pena por la diferencia de servicios e instalaciones que ofrecen. Nuestra habitación era un poco pequeña y no tenía ninguna vista, daba a una pared. Por la noche además se oía el ruido de un generador de electricidad, creemos que era o del mismo hotel o de la vivienda del muro que estaba enfrente de nuestra ventana.

Beautiful view of the lake, pool on top of the roof and a great bar. Walking distance to where tours leave, shops, restaurants. Recommend their bakery coffee is divine. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

Could have been 5 stars but stayed at a bad time. Rainy so upstairs was closed. Then there were fireworks going off ending at 1am and back at 5am. Had worst sleep before big day at Tikal. The attached downstairs restaurant had a horrible tasting expensive burger. Think we just had bad luck and jad high expectations with all the perfect reviews.

Lovely rooftop bar with excellent cocktails & food, excellent view of the lake. The room was very nice and location was quiet, which I especially appreciated after hearing about fellow travelers complaining about loud bars next to their hotels. There is a really good restaurant and bar downstairs as well.

Isla de Flores was an excellent choice for our group while touring the area of Tikal and Yaxha. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people and everyone in our group was very happy with the choice. The entire hotel was incredibly clean, the food in the restaurant and coffee shop was delicious, all the staff were warm and welcoming. Flores is easy to explore around and the hotel location provides easy access to anywhere you wish to walk. Definitely 5 ⭐️
