Bonjour à tous Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire sur ce site fin septembre 2023 Ce magnifique hôtel est idéalement situé et on ressent vraiment lors de l'accueil la volonté de tout faire pour nous satisfaire les gens sur place ont la réelle volonté de bien faire leur métier nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac quand au petit déjeuner il est royal Il y a aussi une piscine magnifique avec des coins repos L'accès touristique se fait à pied facilement et il y a aussi un petit train apprendre près de l'embarcadère où l'on peut aussi traverser le bac en piéton ou avec une voiture Le petit train vous permet de découvrir les différents endroits à visiter C'est vraiment un site très romantique avec des bancs et l'on peut voir le lac et se détendre Vraiment nous vous conseillons cet hôtel d'un rapport qualité-prix remarquable

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bellagio area. The Hotel is about a half a mile from the main strip of restaurants and shops.

Very clean. Small but very good shower. Lots of hot water. A bit of a walk to downtown Bellagio. Excellent breakfast eggs, bacon, bread, etc. Bring your own Tabasco. Lovely balcony. Public parking free in nearby lot. No elevator and about 17 steps steep staircase - could use a handrail.

This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but pretty pricey. This was an oasis, and the extra steps justified more gelato!

Our stay wa very nice. The sisters who run the property are so nice and so helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was a feast and so good! Parking is a little difficult as you come into the property through a main parking lot, but they sort it all out and make sure you get a spot to park. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Yasmine and her sister both provide the ultimate experience in hospitality at this quaint boutique hotel. It has been totally updated and the grounds are small but immaculate. Their pool is great, too. If you’re looking for a fast paced, over-stuffed boutique hotel, this isn’t it. If you want to feel like you should write them a thank you note for staying with them, this is your place. It was beyond a great experience. Yasmine, your eggs were the best I had in Italy… and I ate at 3 different Massimo Botturra restaurants ❤️… It was a pleasure! Thank you for the wonderful stay. Tory and Parker Champion

The boutique was amazing and quaint and one of the nicest places I have ever stayed…and will stay again! The hosts are super friendly, helpful and go out of their way to pamper you. The rooms are perfectly clean and breakfast was cooked to order and beyond nice. The pool was beautiful and relaxing and the spa services offered was great as we used both and well worth it. The family that owns the hotel and all staff have went beyond our expectations and we will always appreciate their hospitality. I would stay here every time I visit Bellagio. Perfect location!!! Easy walk to town. I will miss the amazing smells of the flowers walking to town. Thanks Yasmin and your team for exceeding all our expectations. You all do such a superb job!

We liked the hotel. Representatives tried the best to help you. Location is OK, but it took a bit longer to get to the center of the town. The building is relatively new and clean, but some equipment does not work 100%.

So many positive things to say about this hotel. The staff were incredible. They were extremely helpful and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The grounds were beautiful and the view from our room spectacular. I would highly recommend to all my friends.

Extremely friendly staff. Really loved our stay. The location was great, the welcome was warm and accommodating. They need to get rid of the frame around the mattress as it takes up too much space and is unnecessary. The bathroom is very tight. But, I would recommend with those caveats as the people were so friendly. Lovely pool too.

Such a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel in Bellagio. We were warmly welcomed by the attentive owner and made to feel at home. Our room was so lovely with such a nice feel to it. Bellagio is roughly a 10 minute walk so it’s a great location as well. We slept so well in the super comfy bed. Breakfast was also wonderful. We only had 1 night there but we will be returning!

Recepção fecha a noite Não tem serviço de quarto. Fica a 10 minutos do centro a pé. A noite dava preguiça de ir até o centro. Quarto pequeno, cama baixa e colchão horrível de dar dores nas costelas. Tem escada pra subir as malas e não tem elevador. Vale analisar os prós e contras. Eu prefiro hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we got there Laura and all the staff made sure every wish and need we had was looked after. Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. She arranged transportation as well. We stayed in the unit with a lakefront view and it did not disappoint. Was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks so much for everything Laura!

The Charming Bellagio Boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. Yasmin and her staff provided excellent customer service and treated us like family. Yasmin arranged for our pickup in Milan and never stopped helping us make plans and reservations. Our mornings started with an amazing breakfast of fresh pastries, rolls, eggs, cheese and ham (way too much). The room was very nice, clean and spacious and the location was superb. We had a view of the lake and were just an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we got there Laura and all the staff made sure every wish and need we had was looked after. Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. We absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we got there Laura and all the staff made sure every wish and need we had was looked after. Laura provided a very thorough briefing when we checked in about not only the rental but also about all the local places to see and eat at. All make marked on a very convenient map for us. She arranged transportation as well. We stayed in the unit with a lakefront view and it did not disappoint. Was just gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time. Yasmin took great care of every detail, and we felt very pampered. The breakfasts were excellent. She guided us through our various train and ferry tickets and gave great advice. Would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel!

Lovely property just up the hill. It’s a short walk from town but quiet and apart from the crowds. The ladies couldn’t be nicer and more helpful on where to eat, calling us a taxi, recommendations for our stay. Breakfast was adorable. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful peaceful boutique hotel in Bellagio. We were warmly welcomed by the attentive owner and made to feel at home. Our room was so lovely with such a nice feel to it. Bellagio is roughly a 10 minute walk so it’s a great location as well. We slept so well in the super comfy bed. Breakfast was also wonderful. We only had 1 night there but we will be returning!

They have a nice pool area and offer poolside service with delicious drinks and snacks. The balcony view was simply breathe taking of the mountains and lake. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Bellagio area. The Hotel is about a half a mile from the main strip of restaurants and shops.

This was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didn’t include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but pretty pricey. This was an oasis, and the extra steps justified more gelato!

Beautiful place in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time in Bellagio. You might need to take a taxi to get there as it's uphill from the docks, but other than that it's perfect!

Wonderful from start to finish. I wanted something simple but clean but I got so much more. Great location and the room was perfect for me, with a lovely view over Lake Como. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even letting us leave luggage there after check in whilst we explored Bellagio before our next stop. The breakfast was a huge surprise, with more excellent food than I could eat! When visiting again, I will be staying here, hopefully for more nights

The Charming Bellagio Boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. Yasmin and her staff provided excellent customer service and treated us like family. Yasmin arranged for our pickup in Milan and never stopped helping us make plans and reservations. Our mornings started with an amazing breakfast of fresh pastries, rolls, eggs, cheese and ham (way too much). The room was very nice, clean and spacious and the location was superb. We had a view of the lake and were just an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Yasmine and her sister both provide the ultimate experience in hospitality at this quaint boutique hotel. It has been totally updated and the grounds are small but immaculate. Their pool is great, too. If you’re looking for a fast paced, over-stuffed boutique hotel, this isn’t it. If you want to feel like you should write them a thank you note for staying with them, this is your place. It was beyond a great experience.
