The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. The pool needs to be maintained more as by the end of the weekend it was cloudy and the bugs in the pool! But overall a great stay!

Great location on the river, along the riverwalk. Columbus GA just across the walking bridge. Nice hotel, updated, comfortable. Nice outdoor space / pool area. Bar onsite, could be open a little later til like 11pm or so instead of 10pm. Didn't eat there but is also a small bistro onsite, so no free breakfast. Water pressure not great and a/c unit noisy in our room. Also parking is extra to park in the hotel lot...usual if have to park in a parking garage, not so much for the hotel parking lot. I would stay here again.

I paid extra for “river view room” this was my view I stayed in room 224 just save the extra charge for the “river view” the staff was pretty friendly also be prepared to pay a daily fee for parking

Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything has been recently renovated and it's still got that "new" feeling. My family loved the pool. Wonderful to be right on the river and be able to walk on the bridge over to the other side. Thank you.

Property was under remodeling. This should be advertised when you are looking to possibly book. They did not have rooms ready for 3pm check in. Myself and at least 5 other guests arrived between 3pm and 3:30 pm. The lady that was checking me in did not communicate well. She started our check in then excused herself and did not come back for 15 minutes. Left us all there standing, waiting and wondering what to expect. They did not advise of a parking charge when I checked in nor did I see it on the website when I booked it, and the auto check out sent me a receipt for parking. Granted it was only $7.00 per day for 2 days, but that is not the point. Poor communication. Would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a beautiful property near the Columbus Riverwalk. Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was beautiful and the bed was clean and so comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Discovered that the bed sheets were not washed. Tbey just made up the bed. Hair and alot of dtains were on the sheets. No mictowave. Have 2 go all the way downstairs to use the microwave.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel in general is beautiful and the lobby smells wonderful! There is a pedestrian bridge into Columbus where you can find multiple restaurants. Rooms are spaciuos but there was a small amount mold in the shower. Beds were very comfy. The a/c does seem to struggle to keep room cool. The highs were in the 70's and we had the thermostat on 65...room never got chilly (we are cold air sleepers). We have stayed in multiple locations around the Columbus area. This is the only one we would revisit!! .

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the hotel itself. We were disappointed with the cleaning staff and they failed to clean our room the first day, we had to go down to the lobby to get clean towels for the second day, and on the final day they only took out the garbage and left clean towels in the bathroom, but did not clean the bathroom nor did they make up the beds.

While the room was clean- the shower was difficult to keep the handle from moving. The walls were very thin and it was loud late in the evenings. The reception staff was very kind.

No water pressure in room 202. Complained that just a dribble from tsp that made even brushing teeth difficult. Was told it would be looked at on day 2 but on day 4 nothing done. Colleague had similar issue with shower on another floor and demanded new room on day 3.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was really friendly. Located in a great area. The only thing I didn’t not like was there was no microwave inside of the room. It was in the lobby. But who honestly wants to leave their room and walk all the way to the lobby just to warm food??? Other than that, everything was good.

First time staying Courtyard. This location is very welcoming and clean. Staffs are friendly. They will provide what you want and the room service is superb. Would love to stay at courtyard again..this location Phoenix City AL is closer to everything. Once you get in you can smell the cleanliness and the welcoming staffs. Thank u. The only one iI need to be upgraded is their tvs.

Upon check in the there was no one at front desk to check us in. We waited for 35 mins for someone to open the lobby door so we can get check in. I was calling and got no answer.

Arrived about 12 pm understanding it may be early for a room, but the female indicated she had a room available, which I was delighted, then a tall male took over my check-in and said my room wasn’t available, and to wait one hour. Came back after one hour and was told that only have 6 rooms of my category so I had to come back another half hour. Finally after went to room 215 and the noise from every car was unbearable. Went to front desk and this time a shorter male said that I booked through a third party and couldn’t move me, he even said that’s why he hates third parties (Expedia). He was going to call my room after he spoke to GM. After 2 hours I went downstairs hoping for a GM. The associate said he was gone until tomorrow and there wasn’t a front office manager. My problem was with the room noise, and told him that I paid almost $200 not to be able to sleep with the noise. He eventually somehow was able to move rooms, so the fact it was booked as third party is truly irrelevant and he just didn’t want to extend customer service.

Tameka the front desk agent was great made us feel right at home was attentive to our every need. Also the other agents treated us well and was so kind. Room was very comfortable overlooking the riverfront which was very nice. I will definitely be coming back in the nesr future.

Tanika and Jade were absolutely wonderful! Tanika was at the front desk when I was unable to get a ride to my son’s graduation. I thought I might miss it and was upset. Tanika calmed me down, and was able to get Jade to drive me there. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me! Absolutely wonderful staff! Thank you.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and kind. Very clean, nothing was broken or askew. They have a safety system on the exterior doors so no one can enter the lobby without a key after certain hours. Super easy checkin and checkout.

Overall hotel staff was friendly and accommodations were nice. Bed mattress was kind of hard for my liking. Did have a poor experience at the Bistro unfortunately. Ordered Breakfast and it took almost an hour to get my food. This caused a significant delay in my travel plans. If I knew there would be such a delay I would have just went to a restaurant outside of the hotel for better service. Very disappointing. Also saw a moldy cake in their display case.

You can only get food from the cafe till 9:30 am only coffee. Asked at 9:00 am for room to be cleaned that day … came back at night garbage was empty and got new towels nothing else.

This hotel was clean and I felt safe here. I just wish that the the restaurant was better I went to the restaurant at the Marriott's in Columbus GA for my dinner and breakfast twice "Houlihan's serve the best breakfast dishes and dinner menu have some good selections.
