Overall our stay was amazing. We were very comfortable. The room was a nice size. It was clean. The staff was nice. The pool wasn’t working at the time of our stay and some of the fitness equipment was not working. Also when we requested extra towels we never got them. But it wasn’t a big deal because we still managed. If I had to I would stay again. Even my kids enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff for being welcoming and nice the whole time we stayed here.

The hotel was not like the picture and over half of the rooms were torn apart and not done with revamp. Had to wait for a while as the host was looking for a room for us. I paid and reserved a room and they didn’t even have reserved. The coffee machine didn’t work the snacks from the vending machine were so old and tasted awful. We will not be reserving or stay at this hotel in the future.

The service in and around the hotel just suck. Seems the employees care more about their own business than the guest. And they advertise a pool that has been under construction from what the clerk told me " a few times". Because of shotty jobs done to it.

Facilities are old, staff attentive at check in but not at check out. Like the pool and bbq area. Convenient to see the clingstones baseball, church, 2nd in Charles and whitewater rafting.

The tub and sink were stopped up and I had to remove the lid to the toilet to flush it. Once they get that squared away it will be cool. I'd stay there again. It's an old bldg so the plumbing is not always up-to-par. It was clean and there were no bad smells. I can live with that. I was comfortable.

When we drove up to the hotel the website pictures only showed the hotel good side. Entering from other side it looked like a roach motel. A Window was boarded up with wood. Mattresses stacked up in the window. False advertisement about breakfast. No elevator, but the room where cute and clean as shown on the website. All of the staff were friendly and great.

Do NOT STAY HERE There were people outside all night like you were at the SPOT... Our room had hair in the tub drain ..Lots of it and even after me mentioning it to front desk and advised them that we wanted the room to be cleaned THEY DID NOT DO IT. ...there was a few baby roaches crawling in the bathroom Listen when I tell you not to say here it's not worth whatever dime you are spending Very disappointed Oh not to mention the lawn care was not kept they really need a landscaper and remodeling The bathroom is just not 🚫 a peaceful please to even use

The staff were very nice... However .. do NOT stay here unless it's an absolute emergency. The dirtiest hotel room I've ever witnessed. Multiple crunchy semen stains on comforters, long hairs in the sheets, pubes on the bathroom sink, shrimp left over in the fridge. Horrific. That being said, the lady at the front desk was very nice and moved us to another room that was only half as bad but still disgusting. Loud, drug addict drama all night long outside.. One perk, lots of DoorDash options available.

I do not recommend staying here. We didn’t even stay it was so nasty. Sheets were stained. Mold in the shower. Nothing like the pictures. And after complaining and not staying they would not refund our money.

When we arrived, the maintenance person at the front desk did not know hot to check us in. We waited around a LONG time to finally get someone who knew what they were doing. We had already settled into our room by the time we realized there were no towels, only 2 pillows on each bed, and the toilet was clogged. Needless to say, it was a rough night. We all left with black feet from the moldy carpet.

Pretty crummy and dirty hotel. There was a chirping fire alarm out of batteries that we notified the front desk about. They were not interested in helping. Best to avoid this place and its poor service. Also, the smell of cannabis smoke was prevalent.

We arrived late afternoon 6/9/23 and checked in for a one-night stay, took our suitcase to the room, then left to meet friends for dinner. An employee was in the hall, and my husband complimented her on the cleanliness of the room. We should have looked around a bit more. When’s we returned after a long day staffing a FAIRTAX table at the Georgia GOP convention and dinner, we brushed our teeth and went to bed. The next morning, I woke up early, planning to take a shower. Oops! No shower curtain. I decided to wash my face and skip the shower. No trashcan in the bathroom. No plastic bag for dirty clothes. No lightbulbs in one of the bedside lamps. When my husband woke up and wanted to take a shower, I called the front desk, and the desk clerk brought a shower curtain within a few minutes and hung it up. My husband showered and tried to use the hairdryer. The plug was cracked and we saw green corrosion inside it. The desk clerk brought a replacement, but she would have needed a screwdriver to remover the dead dryer and mount the replacement. There is no elevator, and the stairs leading to the second floor needed vacuuming. We won’t stay here again.

I was originally staying in Auburn, but my hotel was overbooked, and there were no rooms available. I found out at 5 p.m. on a Friday, during a football weekend, so basically, there was nothing available in Auburn. A quick search on my phone showed this place had rooms, so I booked a room without reading any reviews (bad idea). The room was as others described, old, and had a weird, musty smell. However, it was relatively clean (all things considered). Then there was my card reader lock on the door. After returning from the football game at 2:00 a.m., it wouldn’t read the key. I guessed the batteries were dead, so the desk clerk had to call in someone to unlock my door. That took about 20-30 minutes, but still, it shouldn’t have happened. The property itself was terrifying. I was terrified of what was behind the hotel in the other building. That area was as sketchy as an area could be. In short, if you’re on a budget, need a large room, and don’t mind a 45-minute drive to Auburn, this place might work for you. But if you have the time and money, there are much better choices a few miles away.

Dump! Especially for the price I paid. Room was musty, tv plugged into the nearby lamp, no blackout curtains, Seedy people. And pay $5 to use a pool towel. Bathroom toilet barely flushed, toiletries were substandard. Thin bars of soap cracked during 1st use. Not worth it.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Not gonna lie. Was kinda nervous about how the room was gonna be when we pulled up to the hotel but Once we walked in we were greeted and immediately taken care of. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. Will stay there again

The 1st night Tracy and Lee checked me and made me feel very welcomed it's til the point I left my keys in my room because I was just that comfortable with their vibes are very loving and caring for they customer and of course I can't forget about me Michelle and Joanie ( I apologize if I misspelled your name) she the property manager and I almost forgot Lee partner I didn't catch his name but all of the crew have great customer service skills, reliable, and very helpful

I’m a platinum member with orbitz. I’ve stayed in all sorts of hotels and motels. This by far is my WORST experience. During check-in, I was told that I needed to pay higher than what was quoted by orbitz. I was able to explain my case and the front desk person let me in. When I got in my room, it wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair on sink and the hair dryer was broken. And the room wasn’t really cleaned properly with a musky smell and all. I was to tired to talk with the front desk nor ask to change room. But the check out was the worst part. I did not know that Phenix City, AL is on eastern time—coz my iPhone was still giving me central time. So at 10:30AM my iPhone time, they started harassing me to get out of my room. I explained my confusion with time and asked for 15 minute extension. The cleaner and the front desk person came back with 3 burly maintenance guys to kick me out. THiS was so rude and unhospitable! I’ve never been treated like this in any of the hotels/motels I’ve stayed at.

Outside the property is infested with cockroaches and inside the property as well. I will not refer anyone to stay at this place whatsoever, bad experience unsafe, people were hanging around outside by the hotel that we're not even staying there. I'll let the person at the front desk know about people hanging around and don't know if they did anything about it.

I went to check in on friday after i got checked in i immediately checked out. The hotel smelt of Marijuana horribly and had trash all on the floors. They had squatters all over the premises that were drunk and doing drugs. We went up there with pur 6 month old granddaughter. Again we left immediately from feeling unsafe and disgusted. We have been trying to get our money back but they have not reaponded yet. When we spoke to the clerk he saidhe would tell his manager but haventheard anything.

Maintenance man tried to walk into room when there was clearly a sign on the door that said do not disturb. Lot's of people smoking weed. Hotel reaked of it. Had to do laundry because all of my things stunk from the hotel. Itching all night, probably from bugs. Slamming doors all hours of the night. Literally the only thing that worked was the fridge. No towels, no breakfast, the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. Literally my back/neck is still killing me. needles to say i probably would of been better off sleeping in my car and saving the money for the week.

We arrived 45 minutes early, I didn't except to be able to check in but it was worth a try. Joanie said rooms wouldn't be ready til 3 or a little after so we went to eat. We got back a few minutes after 3. Our room wasn't ready. They said it would be a few minutes but we didn't get in our room til 3:40. Joanie went above and beyond to help housekeeping get rooms ready. They must really be short staffed. Joanie was great. This is a dated hotel but clean. I was most disappointed because there was NO BREAKFAST. It was advertised as having breakfast included but was told because of covid it was not available. That's nonsense. We've stayed in several hotels since covid and breakfast was served! That's one of the reasons we booked there. But like i said earlier, you get what you pay for!
