Amazing club lounge and fabulous views from the tallest building in Hanoi; complimentary food in the club lounge (for club rooms) was great - had a light supper there on some nights; room was excellent; special check-in desk was appreciated, though it seemed the regular one wasn't too busy either; staff were always incredibly helpful.

I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The club lounge is basically free dinner in the evenings, in case you don’t want to eat out. However, the best part of the lounge was AN, who works there. She was incredibly attentive to my business and personal needs while I stayed there. I joked that she was more of a concierge. Honestly, she made the best ça phe da I had my entire years of coming to Hanoi for business. I ventured often to Pharaoh bar too during my stay. One of the best jazz clubs in Hanoi. I will definitely stay again. One warming, beware the elevators…it’s a process as you have to one elevator to another if you have club access. I got embarrassingly lost twice.

A short stay at a very nice hotel. Everything was clean, the view from the room was great, the pool and gym was nice and the staff was helpful and polite. Did not try the breakfast option, but dinner was one of the better we had in Hanoi, but more expensive than other places in Hanoi

Excellent and new property. My room was a corner Junior Club Suite on the 56th floor with floor to ceiling wall windows on two sides, expansive views of West Lake, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Red River and other parts of Hanoi right in front of me. This room had Club privileges - breakfast, snacks and hors d'oeuvres were served for Club guests on the 59th floor, separately from other hotel guests. The staff was courteous, helpful. Joey, a Club Floor Manager, went out of his way to make my stay wonderful and memorable. Great job, Lotte Hotel Hanoi! If I return I'll stay with you again!

Amazing stay in 5 star hotel. Very reasonably priced. Great bathrooms and view of Hanoi - we were on 52nd floor. Breakfast was not included in our rate and the buffet was 749,000VND per person so we opted for another choice down then street.

昨年の滞在に引き続き予約しました。ハノイの宿泊と考えるとお高めですが、金額とハードのバランスは良かったと思います。ツインを予約しましたが、コネクティングルーム？(隣の部屋との間に扉が設置されているタイプ)で隣からのテレビの音等が結構漏れてきていた。同じ金額で通常タイプの部屋もあると思うので、少し不公平かと感じる。

Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it.

宿泊自体は悪くは無かったですが、コンシェルジュの対応は本当に酷かったです。ホテルから離れた観光地への車の手配、観光地でのチケットなどを依頼、相談したのですが、車は信じられないくらいボロボロの車を手配され、観光地ではチケットを買う事が出来ませんでした。片道3時間もかけて移動したのですが、危うく旅行先での1日を無駄にするところでした。車は自身でホテルの配車係に事情を説明して変えてもらい、観光地ではグループ参加ではなく、プライベートでの参加交渉を自身で行い、なんとか貴重な1日を無駄にする事は無かったですが、ホテルに戻るとコンシェルジュから交渉はコンシェルジュが行ったと訳のわからない手紙をもらいました。決して高級ホテルと思えない対応でした。部屋は高いだけあって悪くは無かっただけに、本当に残念でした。今後、二度と宿泊はしないて思います。

Beautiful property with many dining options and a beautiful roof-top bar. It is a little far from Hanoi Old Quarter, so grab is the way to go. Prices are pretty expensive compare to local prices, so be prepared to pay U.S. prices, but otherwise, amazing hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hanoi. The hotel is very clean and the overall environment was very comfortable. The staff were excellent as the service they provided was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel had a lovely view and had great amenities. The hotel is also connected to a department store so it was very convenient to go to for any daily or essential needs. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi as it is a great location. Central to hot spots but not dead centre to very busy tourist areas or sites.

The lighting inside the elevators is too bad, we can not even read well the info of each floor. The staff who received guesses at the breakfast entry is rude. Waiting Time to get service we asked is longer than expected. Foods (breakfast) doesn’t vary much. Very disappointed.

Amazing hotel. Easily the most attentive and welcoming staff I've ever known. Facilities are exceptional and well maintained. We absolutely loved it. Only downsides: Pharoah bar singer was so loud we couldn't speak to each other, had to leave straight away.
