In 2025 and in Dubai you would expect a hotel room to have USB integrated ports and this didn’t. Also never I had my room checked before I could check out?

The breakfast was poor, everything was over baked and I ended up opting for eating elsewhere. Cleanliness is not at even a medium standard, the room I had was unclean, the bath leaked, and there was cigarette butts left on my balcony for the entirety of my two week stay, and they weren’t mine. I visit Dubai often and I know that standards are higher than this. Especially for the amount of stars this hotel has.

Scammers didn’t refund my deposit said it’s done come back to uk still pending and after 30 days the payment cleared and they didn’t refund. Stay well away from this hotel.
