Paid $20 extra for parking and couldn’t even figure out how to leave the gate from the inside! My husband had to get out walk around and do it from the entrance side. Annoying.

Our stay was great. We were unsure what to expect as we've never been to the area before. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and allowed a great night's rest. The breakfast was your typical hotel free breakfast; biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom. The only thing that wasn't great was the parking. You have to pay $20 a night and that gets you into a small back lot parking area guarded by nothing more than a single arm gate. However I do understand that's more an issue with the property owner than the staff itself. The staff and the building itself were all excellent.

Had to wait for the lady at the front desk to decide to put down her phone and acknowledge me which she finally did so I could check in. Very rude. Property seems clean. Pool is not open which was not advertised at all.

Don’t stay here. We found a bed bug in our room. We paid little to no attention to the room next to ours that was “sealed off” from the other rooms. Not knowing they do that to kill bugs. I have never had this problem anywhere but here and they seemed nice and moved us rooms, they even offered to give my money back for one night stay. Now that it’s coming down to giving me my refund the hotel will not give my refund for my room.

Our stay was great. We were unsure what to expect as we've never been to the area before. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and allowed a great night's rest. After we checked in there was a Roach / Waterbug big as my hand crawling across the floor the lady at the front desk killed it so I do know for sure there are Roaches there

The hotel and staff are great! But know that if you are in room #136, you are right next to the kitchen and will hear them starting around 4:30/5am and will not stop hearing the very loud banging of food being prepared, talking guests at breakfast and talking staff in the kitchen and hallways until long after 10am. I would definitely stay here again, I would just make sure it was a different room.

While the hotel itself was clean and in a good location and the staff were friendly, I've noticed that when you book through Hotels.com you don't get the best location for rooms. We were placed in a room that was right off the lobby and shared a wall with the breakfast prep area. We were awakened at 4:30am as breakfast crews stocked and started moving around the breakfast prep area, banging pots aroubd and talking loudly. Then when the lobby traffic picked up with breakfast, we were woke up again with loud groups talking. We booked this stay as a romantic get-away and a chance to sleep in and do some relaxing. We ended up checking out by 9am and when we complained at the desk we were told to call tomorrow to talk to the manager. I will be calling, but Hotels.com needs to make better agreements with locations. This has becone a trend over the last two years with room assignments when booked on Hotels.com.

The room we were given was too close to the kitchen and it was loud. Sleeping in later than usual was not an option as you could hear everything going on in the kitchen. There were metal pans clanking all morning. We even bought earplugs because we thought this would resolve our issue and it didn’t work. We could still hear all the metal pans with earplugs in.

Excellent location to explore Bricktown-Downtown OKC first time for myself and my sister in town for the PBR Teams event at Paycom lots of eateries, great light rail system close to the hotel, the hotel was clean and well maintained inside and out, free breakfast, pool, rooms were comfortable, and spotless kudos to the hardworking housekeeping staff, the room also had a microwave, Keurig and mini fridge, mini store for basic food items, drinks off the lobby which was great with cool sitting areas and natural light, felt safe in the area and had spaces outside to sit to chat with fellow guests, Want to shout out to the young lady who gave us goodie grab bags what a fun touch, shout out to the manager Kevin who knows his stuff, personable and who made us feel so welcome during our entire stay and gave us good restaurant ideas and the young man who checked us in was super helpful and others, would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time I'm in OKC, Thank you!!

This stay was not my first here. I first stayed here 2 years ago when my daughter had a major knee surgery. We live 2.5 hours from the hospital so we stayed there after her discharge and until her first follow up 3 days later. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their mini fridge doesn’t have a freezer so they graciously kept her ice packs in their break room freezer for us. They checked in on us and made sure we had all we needed. Since that stay they are my go to when I need to stay in the area. They are always polite, helpful, and clean. They offer a decent breakfast as well.

Shout out to the staff. Showed up after booking with expedia to find that my reservation was not showing on there end. Staff was great on figuring out the problem and working with expedia to fix the problem. Then in the room the TV was going out. My husband notified the staff and they had it replaced within an hour of notifying the staff. Honest really pleasant experience. Great location for Bricktown.

They tried giving us a room we did not book. Two queen beds was not what we reserved for our anniversary. The hotel was fully booked and even though we had a receipt showing a king room, they refused to help us. Very rude and unhelpful staff. We spent the next 4 hours driving around looking for another hotel. Everything was booked due to a concert in town. We would definitely not stay here ever again.

The hotel was alright, good location. We had problems checking in and the staff was not very helpful. We got into our rooms and one of the TVs was not working and they would only try to troubleshoot it over the phone, and when we asked them to have somebody to come look at it we were told At it they told us it would be the next day before they could do that. The hotel was nice, just an overall poor experience and with them.

Overall, we had a great stay here. The price was great, rooms were spacious and clean, and free breakfast was a plus. Close to multiple stops on the streetcar line. Proximity to Bricktown canal walk was perfect. We also discovered the Deep Deuce neighborhood accessible via the stairs at the back of the parking lot. Staff was friendly, parking was easy. Would stay again.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay right in bricktown! Stayed here for a trip to bricktown and it was PERFECT! Easy parking, everything was close enough to walk to, tons of food options and it is on the backside of bricktown so it was quite later at night. Even was able to grab a few lime scooters right outside the front door, perfect way to explore.

Great hotel. Convenient for visiting the Oklahoma Memorial Museum. Only about 2 blocks from Amtrak, we came in from Fort Worth. And only 1 block away from a bus stop to catch a ride to the museum. Numerous choices for eating at Bricktown. Which is walking distance.

Hi. Solid property. Convenient location in brick town. Good bedsheets and the standup shower/bathroom has the soap dispensers, not the smaller Tchotchke size. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also had yogurt and fresh cinnamon rolls. Weight room, pool and outdoor courtyard available.

Receptionist made me wait a minute before saying anything, I stood there looking at her waiting for to even say hello which she didn’t. Parking is not great as it is only one way and not enough spots to park. Breakfast was not great as they didn’t seem to have anything. The ladies that cook just stood around looking but would not replace anything until being asked. They did not have anything in the mini fridge or any other types of bread or cinnamon rolls as it had a section just for that. I know holiday inns have good breakfast but not sure what happened at this hotel. Only one elevator worked which took forever so we ended up going down the stairs. The room was fine and comfortable.

The front desk person was welcoming and efficient. She was the highlight of our stay. Our room was just ok. The sofa in the king suite was very worn and the layer of dust under the bathroom sink was unbelievable. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Usually Holiday Inn Express breakfasts are pretty good, but this one was ridiculously bad. The milk was soured, pancake machine didn’t work, oatmeal and gravy were both watery to the point of not being edible.

The staff was great. The receptionist was very helpful. One negative: the breakfast left a lot to be desired..the cinnamon roll looks like a brick… And cold.. I had to throw my milk away because it was bad.
