Hotel is amazing! Staying in the winter is tough but my family and I utilized the igloos they had on the property and played games and had dinner in them. It was so fun. Best shower also! Can’t wait to go back

We came here off season, but the staff were great the the igloos were really a nice experience. Some of the ateas in the hotel felt outdated. But its a small business so understood. Not much to do here during off season times honeatly.

You'll be surprised on how friendly and responsive the team is. We definitely enjoyed the pool, fire pit (s'mores) and clean spaces throughout the facility. My family and I will definitely take advantage of the barbecue grills and kitchen on our next visit.

We stayed in the Koda suite it was beautiful. Full kitchen only thing it didn't have was a coffee maker. Loved that it had a fireplace and 2 outdoor heated igloos. Staff couldn't have been nicer 😊Would definitely stay again.

This is a great small family owned motel right in town in Montauk. The rooms are all recently renovated with eclectic furniture, high end parachute bed lines, in room microwave & fridge. We stayed in the standard queen, which is on the smaller side but has a small table and chairs, dresser & plenty of space for 2 people. The bathrooms have a large stand up shower & public goods bath products. The pool deck is large (but closed for winter in April). Our favorite part was the courtyard area with Adirondack chairs, fire pits & heated igloos. Walkable to everything in town and to the beach. All the staff were super nice. Head across the street to their restaurant Bird on the Roof.

Just a perfect little break! Property was very clean with everything we need. Staff so helpful and would definitely return and recommend Daunt’s Albatross! We did New York as well but Montauk was the best! Especially loved the fire to sit around in the evening under the stars!

Absolutely make reservations at the Bird on the Roof directly across the street from Daunt’s Albatross, great food and vibes. We found this hotel by luck and it was an amazing experience. Clean rooms, the shower just amazing, nice bedding. The front desks are super friendly. We will come back here.

Absolutely loved this spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful (shoutout to Koda the golden!). Their restaurant, Bird on the Roof, had phenomenal food and drinks for dinner as well as an excellent breakfast with great coffee options.

I can’t say enough great things about Daunt’s Albatross. It was like coming to visit friends instead of just staying in a motel room. They made sure I was taken care of even though I was arriving after the front desk closed for the evening. The level of service they offer should cost a lot more than it does. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. And the location couldn’t be better! One block of the main drag and a block from the beach! I can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

Second year we stayed here. Very clean, staff great their restaurant across the street was good as well. Probably will stay again next but will pick a different room, was not crazy about the way they had the room we stayed in was set up.

Cute motel, great restaurant (across the street), friendly staff. Room heater was very loud and the floors were cold (not an issue in the summer). Overall nice stay and walkable for getting around town.
