The rooms were spacious and pretty clean for the most part. Breakfast was good and the pool/hot tub area was nice. However the chlorine was overbearing and was irritating our eyes, so we couldn't stay in there long. Also, it would have been nice to have bedding for the pull out couch.

Everything was clean and newly renovated. Still alot of work being done in hallways. Breakfast was terrible. No potatoes or bacon or pancakes. Hilton Breakfast is usually better.

I loved the staff everyone was friendly especially the mid shift guy hes really outgoing and animated. I really was disappointed the Jacuzzi was broken thats what i really was looking foward to. The room was clean anf lovely there dishes werent all clean we found some nail polish pink spot in a pot. So we didnt make a fuss about it , we use to work the industry so we know how hard housekeeping works. Overall it was a good experience. Breakfast needs some improving in the selection course category. Its a little bland and out of character.

This is our go-to hotel for our family reunions each year. It's conveniently located just off from the freeway, with many stores and restaurants nearby. We love the outdoor patio, where everyone can gather in the evenings. Staff are always kind, helpful and accommodating. Newly renovated spaces, have made for an even more comfortable stay this year.

We've stayed here many times. The room is very clean, the bed is super comfortable. We love they are pet friendly and don't charge a fortune. The staff are very friendly. The gal that prepares and runs the breakfast is wonderful and does a great job. Everything is tasty and well-prepared. We see her every trip, usually around Christmas, and she's always there. You feel like you're one of her own she's cooking for and always friendly. Really, the only thing that is less than stellar here is the fitness room. It's cramped with limited equipment. Wish there was a little more to it. But I appreciate there is one.

We were very pleased with our room, as well as the staff. They had some snafus while we were there, such as an elevator down for a day, and an ice machine down for 3 days, but they got them fixed as quickly as possible. The only thing we did not care for was the breakfast, but that seems to be a running theme with all the Homewood Suites we have stayed at in the US. Everything in our room was in excellent condition and worked well. We would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

Only issue was the pool being closed twice in three days but we did have the option to swim at the hotel next door. Otherwise a great experience.

The staff and pet friendliness of this hotel were both excellent, but we booked here specifically because of the pool, hot tub, and adult-only pool time from 11-12pm. The first night, the pool was contaminated and had to be closed early, which is totally understandable. These things happen. But the second night, the adult hour was not enforced, the hot tub jets were not working, and both the pool and hot tub were filthy and full of hair. Seriously gross; not just a few stray hairs but literally clumps and flecks of debris swirling around in the water. Yuck and a big bummer.

Overall the facility was top shelf. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floor in the room. It had not been vacuumed very well. Some visible hair on the carpet and in the shower area. I travel quite a bit for work, so I am an experienced Hilton traveler. Wasn’t bad enough to complain, but felt it could be better.

Couch had vomit on it, shower barely functioned, just kept finding grime on the walls, the floors, in the bins. I don't have high expectations for a hotel in this price point but it was dirty which is never acceptable.

No complaints from me about this hotel. The suite I booked was perfect for my work trip. It allowed me space to spread out. The breakfast was on par with what I would expect of a free/included breakfast at a hotel. Every area I was in was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel has a very nice lobby . Breakfast was decent. Our room was nice but all kinds of white paint or plaster splattered on blue wall. Curtains don’t close so bright lights shone in. Bathtub was missing some porcelain. Not the cleanest room - fridge had spills in it.

Found trash in the sofa, someones shorts in the let out couch, let out bed lining broken, mold in the bathroom, cabinets door at the bottom not aligned making it easy for a toddler to slam their fingers, original blanket piled for the let out bed but replaced with a nicer one. On last day, only given two towels for a room with 6 people. Still waiting on my credit for the first night because there was not another room available to move too.

Paper thin walls. Heard someone running non stop on the floor above me. I made every effort to grant grace as I know how difficult it is to have children in a hotel room. it turns out, it wasn’t a child, yet at least five people and a dog. this would’ve been no issue at all. Had there just been better sound production. In the meantime, 400 dollars later we haven’t slept in days.

We reserved a one-bedroom suite and were assigned room 428 on the top floor. The room was standard Homewood Suites - spacious and well furnished. But maintenance and upkeep were sub-par. The stove top didn't work correctly. We complained about it on the day of our arrival (Saturday) and were told it couldn't be fixed until Monday and there were no available rooms to switch us to. Monday came and went with no repair - apparently they just forgot about it. The mattresses were old - uneven and lumpy, and badly in need of replacement. The pillows were also old and had lost their bulk. One of the TV remotes didn't fully work (the on-off button didn't work, among others), so we had to use the other remote for both TVs. The A/C fan in the living room was extremely loud. We had very loud neighbors with kids bouncing off the walls until midnight all three nights of our stay. Traffic noise was disruptive, especially early on Monday and Tuesday mornings.

Absolutely loved this place. We got a studio king. It was just like a studio apartment with a small Kitchen and full size refrigerator. Also two burner stove and plenty of dishes and silverware. Very roomy and very clean. Could easily stay here for a vacation and easy of I-77 and back on. Large tv and you can sign into your Netflix account. Plenty of options for food. Burnt Grill was very good. Would definitely try Home Suites again.

It was nice but the glass shower door was broke and i couldnt close it when taking a shower! They shouldnt have given me that room. I was only there one night and by the time i took a shower it was too late to switch rooms

Went to a concert, came back and my Vera Bradley duffle bag was soaked along with all of my belongings inside. The AC unit had leaked all over the floor. My Vera bag is ruined due to the color bleeding from being soaked for hours. Was offered a refund, did not get it.

The room we had was very nice, thoroughly enjoyed it. The best part of the stay was at breakfast and I believe the guy working was Paul. Paul should be the poster guy for customer service, he is amazing. Greeting everyone, asking if he can get them anything, I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time. He is a true asset to this facility.

Slow check in. The clerk was finally able to find my reservation. Primary elevator was not working to third floor ( able to transport up to floor but Not able to use to exit third floor. There was an alternative elevator at the back of hotel which was not convenient. Breakfast was great!

This stay was very disappointing. After 9 hours on the road, we were looking forward to an evening of relaxing. The young lady, Zionna, that check us in was unable to help us with a luggage cart as they were being used. While checking in, another guest interrupted our checkin by asking for pool towels and informing the desk that there was a pool of blood by the pool. She said the pool would be closed for the night. That may not have been true since right outside the elevator and inside, there was a lot of water which posed a clear slipping hazard. Then, when ivtroed to make up the pullout bed for our son, there were no extra linens. I called down to the desk hoping to find out where to find them. The phone rang 12 times with no answer. I then came down from our room to find Zoionna leaned back in her chair, feet up and on her phone. She grabbed a bag of bedding and responded by saying that they were a self service hotel and we had to come and get what we needed. Her attitude was both unprofessional and disrespectful. We will most likely never return to this particular hotel.
This stay was very disappointing. After 9 hours on the road, we were looking forward to an evening of relaxing. The young lady, Zionna, that check us in was unable to help us with a luggage cart as they were being used. While checking in, another guest interrupted our checkin by asking for pool towels and informing the desk that there was a pool of blood by the pool. She said the pool would be closed for the night. That may not have been true since right outside the elevator and inside, there was a lot of water which posed a clear slipping hazard. Then, when ivtroed to make up the pullout bed for our son, there were no extra linens. I called down to the desk hoping to find out where to find them. The phone rang 12 times with no answer. I then came down from our room to find Zoionna leaned back in her chair, feet up and on her phone. She grabbed a bag of bedding and responded by saying that they were a self service hotel and we had to come and get what we needed. Her attitude was both unprofessional and disrespectful. We will most likely never return to this particular hotel.

Would not allow my wife to check in when we were coming from different locations. I had to buy a second room bc I wasn’t getting there until midnight, just so my kids including a 1 year old would have a place to go. They said no to every way we gave to prove my identity including FaceTime with my license. “We’ve had fraud before”… Well seeing as we share the same last name, you can work with us a little bit. We travel a lot and have never had this problem before. Absolute garbage.

The room was not ready by check-in. There was a large group ahead of us and they only had one person working check-ins so we ended up leaving and coming back later. The phone system was down so I texted for more towels and they were not bright to our room. The service was rather poor. We also did not like the complimentary breakfast. The eggs were not appetizing (runny, watery). The bagels were not good either. They also ran out of batter so we could not make a waffle. On the plus side, the room was clean. The beds were really comfy, which is not the norm for hotel beds (most are not soft). The suite was a great size and had everything we needed for our stay.

At my check in i swiped my card and 475 dollars was taking from my account. No problem. The next morning i was told i either had to pay another 187.00 or leave. I proceed to let the receptionist kno that i paid i had proof of the transaction being made on my account, but I was still treated rudely and disrespectfully. The problem clearly was the hotels fault and i was treat terrible because of it.

We were looking for an option close to blossom music center. This is about a 10 minute drive. We were welcomed immediately when we entered . The room was clean and neat. The free breakfast the next morning was wonderful! the attendant even mentioned if there was something we wanted that they didn’t have fixed to just ask them for it and if they had it, they would make it special for us .

This is our go-to hotel for our family reunions each year. It's conveniently located just off from the freeway, with many stores and restaurants nearby. We love the outdoor patio, where everyone can gather in the evenings. Staff are always kind, helpful and accommodating. Newly renovated spaces, have made for an even more comfortable stay this year.

Very nice and well maintained. In good condition and clean. They did run a little low on breakfast items even though we were at the breakfast more than an hour before it's scheduled end time. In addition the evening desk person that checked us in was somewhat gruff and not particularly friendly. Fairly minor issues though. A solid 4 star experience.

Very happy to see that the entire property had been renovated. However, our room had lots of Dust, no hot water in the sink in the bathroom, phone in room had no cable to hook it up and use. The breakfast is not up to par as it had been in the past. Oatmeal was a brick, even adding water since there was no regular milk, only chocolate. Unfortunate, we have been coming to this property at 2 times a year for the past 10 years.

We've stayed here many times. The room is very clean, the bed is super comfortable. We love they are pet friendly and don't charge a fortune. The staff are very friendly. The gal that prepares and runs the breakfast is wonderful and does a great job. Everything is tasty and well-prepared. We see her every trip, usually around Christmas, and she's always there. You feel like you're one of her own she's cooking for and always friendly. Really, the only thing that is less than stellar here is the fitness room. It's cramped with limited equipment. Wish there was a little more to it. But I appreciate there is one.

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, the staff was so friendly and attentive. The breafast was by far the best we've had. On the last day we were leaving at 6am and they were so kind to let us grab some cereal for our kids on the road. They always had fresh coffee out all hours of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was warm and it was wonderful.

We had a nice remodeled room but the staff makes that place very enjoyable. Everyone was nice, polite and will go out of their way to make sure you would stay there again. Wednesdays they cook dinner there, breakfast is just as tasty as the dinner. We will stay here again and tell our friends how nice it is there.

Everything was great minus the fact that we couldn't get towels other than what was in our room. Pool didn't have any every time we went down there and I asked for some in the evening but was told it was hours before they would have any.
