Nice and cosy cabin for a short stay. This was a nice place to stay amongst the RV’s. Restroom and shower was downstairs and could be used by everyone in the resort. But the room was nice and clean. But be aware that you can hear the people next door very easily. Kept me awake until 2AM. And remember towels if you stay in a cabin. Did a nice little hike to the falls. 1 hour walk there and back.

Was not expecting to not have a toilet/bathroom in the cabin. It rained the whole weekend. Not much to do in the area when it rains. If I ever would go back, I'd stay in a deluxe suite or an rv with a bathroom.

This is a wonderful lil piece of heaven under the stars tucked up a lil Hollar road. Decor was new and very nice. Everyone was friendly and very nice to help anyway. Beautiful cabins, pond an inviting pool and enjoy a homemade pizza after a game of putt- putt. I/We “Highly Recommend “ The suite’s are decorated oldie but with new stuff. Wonderful 2-person jacuzzi Bath tub w/stand up shower. Grab your kids and come enjoy a night under the stars, do some fishing or enjoy a hike. Good for both Family’s and Couples. We have already scheduled to bring grands and com back this Summer. You won’t be disappointed 😊

Great stay and great value! We stayed here while exploring the New River Gorge and had a simple check in/ out process, stayed in a brand new cabin (so new there was still packaging materials on the lamps) and were even able to use the pool once. The kitchenette has some utensils, a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge, the private bathroom had plenty of towels and the cabin had AC/ heating that worked great. The staff was friendly and the resort was clean, quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent staff, very clean cabin! We originally had booked a deluxe cabin, but I made the mistake on the date, so when I changed it, we could only get the small cabin. I was informed that it was a shared bathroom, but we were just staying one night with a new puppy, so we booked it anyway. Bathroom was right downstairs, very convenient. Campground was nice, and they did have a camp store and sold pizza, which was good, because it was storming, and we did not want to drive for dinner. Would stay again!

The girl at the front desk was very sweet. She answered all of our questions and took all the time we needed. There was a nice pool, small pond and two playgrounds great for kids. There was also a neat putt putt area.. we didn’t get the chance to try it though. The room/cabin was very nice and clean. We rented one with a shared bathroom and laundry area.. also all very clean. We were impressed and will be back.

We arrived completely soaked off a 7 hour motorcycle ride and they was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful host you could ever ask for!!! They got us towels and told us to go on down to our cabin get cleaned up and then they delivered a pizza to us so we didn’t have to come back up in the rain to get it. I was blown away with their customer service!!!!! Will be back for sure!! I would give them a 20 star review out of 5 !!!!!!

Great location and loved the cabin but tiny fridge, and not dining space like a bar or even a desk. Children sat on the floor at a cocktail table. I was cool with one tv in living area and none in the bedroom but I like watching kids tv. ☺️. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool and mini golf. Near state park with a waterfall. Liked checking out all the RVs.

We loved the Emperor's suite! This was the perfect alternative to a hotel for us. The suite was cute and cozy with a barndimonium/cabin feel. This is a beautiful property and there were many family-friendly activites! There was a little confusion on our booked dates, but Tina handled it quickly and professionally. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The only negative was that the floors were very dirty in our unit.

This is a lovely cabin in a wonderful RV park. It was new and clean. My only regret was no internet or tv after I reconfirmed on the reservation there would be. No matter, we enjoyed our stay. And I plan to return. I believe the owners will get this glitch worked out. I was impressed with staff checking us in.

If you’re looking for something better than a tent, and has air conditioning, this is your place. Bare minimum I expected a coffee pot. I expected the shower would have a mix of hot and cold called warm but alas the settings were cold af or melt my skin. The bed is from 1997. I expected at 8 when I woke up that the county store might have coffee. I hoped that they’d have cleaned the floors from the previous people and there wouldn’t be ants all over the floor. That was allllll silly expectations lol

When we drives there was still coffee in the coffee pot with mold in it and clearly hadn’t been clean for a very long time The tub also was not clean and we bought cleaning supplies to clean it in order to use it. People beside us were smoking pot and loud outside the door. It was otherwise clean and the bed comfortable.

Cleaning staff did not do a thorough cleaning. We had to pay a cleaning fee of $40 yet there were black hairs on shower walls and floor. AC was inadequate and there were ants everywhere. I know it’s a camping site but if they are going to rent cabins then they need to be sprayed more frequently than they are doing currently.

We were expecting a cabin based on the description but it was a little suite above the bathrooms. Super cute, clean and nice but not what we were expecting. Had an amazing tub that we unfortunately couldn't use because there was no bathtub drain plug. There was no parking for us when we got there (got in after dark due to the highway being closed). Also there is a decent amount of noise from the highway, shouldn't keep you up, but not the most relaxing.

The resort is located near the interstate. Would have like to gave a 5 star.The mattress was very uncomfortable. Shower soap is not provided, and if you drink coffee take your creamer, and sugar with you. Overall place was nice and clean.

We stayed in the Queen suite cabin, it was just this side of rustic, very comfortable, and kinda charming. The highway noise was probably the biggest drawback. The staff was friendly and informative. Dinner options in the area could be a lengthy drive. Also, be mindful that it's still overall a camping environment, so seeing the occasional spider or bug shouldn't surprise you.

We have stayed several times at the resort on our way to and from FL. My only complaint would be there was no rug for the front door. I paid a cleaning fee plus a pet fee for each dog on top of the off season rental fee, making this an expensive one night stay. The outside grounds were extremely muddy and had to use a bath towel to wipe off dogs’ paws. Also, no TV in this cabin in the bedroom. There’s a plug on the wall for one, but no TV?

Love the deluxe cabins with hot tub/bathtub. Because we booked with outside party checking in after hours was a little scary. They didnt receive our booking until after hrs and had no idea we were booked and it would be late. Booking with most resorts you dont have to much to worry about what time you get in and when traveling on the road you never have an exact time. I did call in and leave a message before store hrs were over but attendant didnt hear it. Fortunately the attendant was checking on something in office and we had only been waiting about 20min trying to get a hold of someone because i did prepay and we weren't about to leave but she was supper nice about it. So all that being said check in after hrs needs work especially for cabin rental because it is called a resort!

I have never had to leave this type of feedback and am disappointed that I have to. Would not recommend staying in the cabins. I booked a one bedroom cabin with a pull out sofa bed. When we went to prepare for bed, There was not a sofa bed so one teenager slept on the couch cushions on the floor and the other slept on the couch without cushions. The door wouldn’t close properly, called to have someone look at it. No one showed up. We had to wedge the door closed and did not feel safe. The cabin is bare bones- only sitting room for 3 people. Plenty of room to make the cabin much more inviting and comfortable. Don’t plan on a shower. The water got hot for about 3 seconds then ice cold- this continued through my very quick shower. The property itself was nice and the staff were very friendly. Be ready to spend money. Didn’t realize the cleaning fee was not included in tue price. The putter golf costs money and the mountain coaster is very cool but costly. Adds up fast if you have a family and are staying for a few days. I would recommend the mountain coaster at least once and the pizza was good and inexpensive. The view on the porch is beautiful! Unfortunately we will never stay here again, one night and done.

Plenty of room to make the cabin much more inviting and comfortable. Don’t plan on a shower. The water got hot for about 3 seconds then ice cold- this continued through my very quick shower. The property itself was nice and the staff were very friendly. Be ready to spend money. Didn’t realize the cleaning fee was not included in tue price. The putter golf costs money and the mountain coaster is very cool but costly. Adds up fast if you have a family and are staying for a few days. I would recommend the mountain coaster at least once and the pizza was good and inexpensive. The view on the porch is beautiful! Unfortunately we will never stay here again, one night and done.

We arrived completely soaked off a 7 hour motorcycle ride and they was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful host you could ever ask for!!! They got us towels and told us to go on down to our cabin get cleaned up and then they delivered a pizza to us so we didn’t have to come back up in the rain to get it. I was blown away with their customer service!!!!! Will be back for sure!! I would give them a 20 star review out of 5 !!!!!!

The woman at the office wasn't the nicest when we got there. Wouldn't really talk and Expedia had changed my dates and said they spoke to a manager and the dates was changed but once here dates was not updated.

My husband and I drove up from Virginia for our 25th wedding anniversary. We booked through hotels.com and received an email that our reservation was set and there was no need to call to confirm. Upon arrival the owner told us she didn’t have a reservation in our name and that there was nothing she could do. She proclaimed that this wasn’t the first time this had happened today and seemed way more concerned about her bad day than ruining my anniversary.She waited until I was on my way out the door before even bothering to try to rectify the situation. I can’t recommend Bushcreek Falls RV resort for a special occasion. As a business woman myself I know that this is not the way to conduct a business.

Nice and cosy cabin for a short stay. This was a nice place to stay amongst the RV’s. Restroom and shower was downstairs and could be used by everyone in the resort. But the room was nice and clean. But be aware that you can hear the people next door very easily. Kept me awake until 2AM. And remember towels if you stay in a cabin. Did a nice little hike to the falls. 1 hour walk there and back.

We were expecting a cabin based on the description but it was a little suite above the bathrooms. Super cute, clean and nice but not what we were expecting. Had an amazing tub that we unfortunately couldn't use because there was no bathtub drain plug. There was no parking for us when we got there (got in after dark due to the highway being closed). Also there is a decent amount of noise from the highway, shouldn't keep you up, but not the most relaxing.

We stayed in the Queen suite cabin, it was just this side of rustic, very comfortable, and kinda charming. The highway noise was probably the biggest drawback. The staff was friendly and informative. Dinner options in the area could be a lengthy drive. Also, be mindful that it's still overall a camping environment, so seeing the occasional spider or bug shouldn't surprise you.

We were traveling south with our dog and needed a dog friendly place so a cabin right off the interstate was perfect for a night. The park was full of RVs in Oct which surprised us since it is right off the interstate and noisy. But the cabin was clean (brand new!) and better than a cramped hotel room with a dog!! Just not a place I would stay for a week if I was looking for a peaceful setting in the woods.

If you’re looking for something better than a tent, and has air conditioning, this is your place. Bare minimum I expected a coffee pot. I expected the shower would have a mix of hot and cold called warm but alas the settings were cold af or melt my skin. The bed is from 1997. I expected at 8 when I woke up that the county store might have coffee. I hoped that they’d have cleaned the floors from the previous people and there wouldn’t be ants all over the floor. That was allllll silly expectations lol

This is a wonderful lil piece of heaven under the stars tucked up a lil Hollar road. Decor was new and very nice. Everyone was friendly and very nice to help anyway. Beautiful cabins, pond an inviting pool and enjoy a homemade pizza after a game of putt- putt. I/We “Highly Recommend “ The suite’s are decorated oldie but with new stuff. Wonderful 2-person jacuzzi Bath tub w/stand up shower. Grab your kids and come enjoy a night under the stars, do some fishing or enjoy a hike. Good for both Family’s and Couples. We have already scheduled to bring grands and com back this Summer. You won’t be disappointed 😊

Great stay and great value! We stayed here while exploring the New River Gorge and had a simple check in/ out process, stayed in a brand new cabin (so new there was still packaging materials on the lamps) and were even able to use the pool once. The kitchenette has some utensils, a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge, the private bathroom had plenty of towels and the cabin had AC/ heating that worked great. The staff was friendly and the resort was clean, quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent staff, very clean cabin! We originally had booked a deluxe cabin, but I made the mistake on the date, so when I changed it, we could only get the small cabin. I was informed that it was a shared bathroom, but we were just staying one night with a new puppy, so we booked it anyway. Bathroom was right downstairs, very convenient. Campground was nice, and they did have a camp store and sold pizza, which was good, because it was storming, and we did not want to drive for dinner. Would stay again!

Thank you so much for another fantastic stay at Brushcreek. This is our 4th stay in the cabins and we always have felt right at home. I would recommend 2 things: shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap for bathroom and paper towels/garbage bags for the kitchen. Our go to place traveling between Michigan and Florida every time!

We loved the Emperor's suite! This was the perfect alternative to a hotel for us. The suite was cute and cozy with a barndimonium/cabin feel. This is a beautiful property and there were many family-friendly activites! There was a little confusion on our booked dates, but Tina handled it quickly and professionally. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The only negative was that the floors were very dirty in our unit.
