Wonderful friendly smiley and helpful staff. Nice little cozy room and tasty breakfast. Nice area to stay in London

The location and room were fine, clean and safe. For US travelers, keep in mind European hotel rooms are smaller and more compact. I was expecting to be shown up to my room beyond the desk, but instead was told I would be across the street (another building, but same hotel). I was a little taken aback, and had security concerns as I was traveling solo, but everything was fine. Great stay, clean, safe very convenient and reasonable.
