Perfect for travelling family Heena checked us in and inquired about our stay daily. Thanks Heena!!!!!!!! Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. Lobby has an area selling some essentials etc. Sainsbury local is around the corner. Bus stops are across the street as well as the cutest coffee shop across the road. Safe and clean area. After traveling from so far, we were happy to have this place to come to at the end of our daily London adventures!

Reception staff were very professional and helpful. The check-in was fast and timely. The location was excellent with few step to bus station if you don’t have a car. There is a bus can take you to down town but I don’t remember exact number of the bus. There is one co-op or a super market just facing the entrance to the hotel. Parking is very good other you pay through app or Hotel staff can arrange it for you in their designated spaces.

The apartment was nice and spacious. The bed was really comfortable with good black out curtains. There is a laundry which was very handy. You need to book a time slot to use and you pay a fee to use the washer and dryer. The buffet breakfast had all the basics but was pretty average. The only downside really was just the proximity to public transport, as you need to catch a bus to get to the nearest tube station. I would happily stay here again if it were a bit closer to a tube station as it was quite good value for money.

The hotel was walking distance from the bus stop, a very nice grocery store, and an outstanding pub (the Brooke). The room had a good array of things we needed like scissors, dishes and cups. The gym was a disappointment due to outdated equipment.

Room fairly clean and equipped. However, shower was not really adjustable. Could not get it to produce lukewarm or cold water. Only hot and very hot. Pressure also not good. Elevator 1 broken and elevator 2 so busy. Had to wait 5 minutes twice. Aircon very noisy.

Great apartments, clean and comfortable. There is a good supermarket a minutes walk away, which makes shopping convenient. Although you are limited with utensils for cooking. The car park is essential, this is a negative, particularly given the price of £15 per 24hours. This was particularly frustrating for me, as I was leaving at 6.30am and returning after 7pm every day. Reception staff were very helpful, she even came to meet me on the first evening, as I couldn't find the car park. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely return.

stunning views! It was a lovely place to stay, the balcony’s were amazing and the rooms looked nice when you walk in. for the price, I would stay there again but there was a few problems which could be improved . None of my tvs worked we had one in the living-room and one in the bedroom. They managed to fix one but the other didn’t gave a cable. They couldn’t fix this. Was annoying because they could have just grabbed one from an un occupied room. The bath was blocked so water didn’t drain when showering. Things were under the bed from the last guests and there was greasy hand prints and marks all over the headboard. There is a constant breeze from the fan which was annoying when you’re trying to sleep. Parking was easy to find but when in the car park the signs are not easy to understand. They direct you but don’t clearly say which spot you should have. Sainsbury’s is literally opposite the front door which was very handy.

The water kettle was brown and burnt on the inside. Unusable. The laundry machines in the basement are good machines, but not kept up to a clean standard. There was standing water in the seal of the laundry bin. Basically a dirty wash. The shower had mound spores in the ceiling. We had to change rooms because the sheets had too many hairs from another person. We weren’t sure if they were fresh sheets. Other than that it was ok. The rooms are in decent condition and the dishwasher worked well.

Not sure why this place has such high reviews. Staff was nice all around, no complaints there. The place was not that clean in general. The bathroom sink stopper was missing a part so it would constantly fill up unless the stopper was removed. The shower drain would fill up instantly while showering. There was trash left in the hallways every night, some of which was dumped on the floor. The parking garage seemed to be a hangout for hiding from the cold and never really felt safe. The only thing within walking distance is a sainsbury local which was kind of sad. The lobby "breakfast" was some sliced lunch meat and drink containers that looked to be filled up once a week?

Mediocre stay. The hot water kettle was unusable. Laundry machines were filthy and unfit for use. Had to switch rooms on check in, due to the sheets not being clean. (A lot of someone else’s hair inside the sheets.) Dishwasher worked well and sainsbury local was convenient.

I loved the mini apartment it was perfect for our stay. Although a little work needs doing in places. The bathroom had nowhere to put your toiletries and there was no shelf or ledge in the shower either. The dinner plates were extremely small, more like side plates. It would have been nice to have 4 of each item and not 2.. like cups, bowls and cutlery.. we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to be able to use them again. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay with decent climate control in the living and sleeping area and a very comfortable bed and very quiet. The balcony was very cold, but would have been nicer in the summer, and it offered a nice extra space to walk in, it was rather large. I would definitely go back, the staff could not be more helpful they were amazing.

Overall the building and rooms were nice. Could use a couple of cushions on the hard wooden chairs.Given it has a kitchenette it was poorly equipped for it. No cooking utensils, only 3 plates, glasses etc. no lids for the pots and no pans to use in the oven

It was not clear that the single bed was a sofa-bed. This was not made-up on arrival (and no supplies to do it ourself). Young man at reception was rude when this was raised and stated (repeatedly!) that it was our fault for not booking the room for 3 people or telling them to make up the sofa-bed in advance. There were only 2 of us (we were just not sharing a bed) and we did not tell them to make up the sofa-bed as the booking does not mention a sofa-bed so we had no idea that we would need to make them aware to make up a bed. Do not advertise a room a "Double Bed + Single Bed" without making it clear that the single is a sofa-bed. Stayed here before the Richmond marathon and the sofa-bed is uncomfortable and I would not have booked it if I had known in advance. Customer service at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired.

The apartment was perfect for a temp stay while house was being renovated. Freondly and helpful staff and really spacious bright property. probaly could do with more kitchenware for the apartment it was very limited and missing some things but all workable. Even though next to a road the sound proofing was fantastic

There was an inaccurate representation of what room I was booking and when I challenged this they at first told me I’d have to pay an upgrade, but they quickly changed this once they realised I was not at fault and gave me an upgrade far better. Lovely place to stay and I’d stay again

The apartment itself was lovely, ideal for our one-night stay. Parking and check-in was easy. Our only issue was when enquiring about parking (particularly disabled parking) before arriving, the emails I received back were very unhelpful and each time I asked more than one question in an email, I wouldn’t get an answer to each one which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was great and breakfast was lovely.

Friends and I have just enjoyed a stay here and it was perfect. It was easy to get to from our event at Gunnersby Park and a bus and tram ride away from Kings Cross. The apartment is well equipped and we had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. A gem of a place!

First, I want to say that I live in the US so things are a bit different than in the UK. The hotel in overall is nice, my room was a “studio”, it had a microwave, stove, dishwasher, sink, some cups and plates, a decent size room and bathroom, not a lot of room to put clothing away. The hotel is NOT close to the city where tourist would go, you need to walk to a bus station which is not too far, take a bus to the train station then take the train to the city depending where you are going, it takes an average of 40-50 mins depending how fast the bus and train are scheduled. One thing I did not like was that I stayed for 10 days and they only cleaned once, on day 6 I had to ask for extra towels and they gave me two small ones. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There’s a laundry room but you need to book it and pay for it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but I would not stay here again; mainly for the distance to the city.

An Aparthotel where you could actually cook a meal and eat in a dining area! We moved tabled and chairs into large double glazed balcony area and cooked a simple pasta meal for 3 (us and a guest) - Sainsbury's Local next to hotel. Nice, comfortable queen bed and decent bathroom. Nice, half an hour walk to Kew Gardens or restaurants on Chiswick High Street.

It's a bit more out of the way than most but for a nice and quiet stay it's perfect. The room had everything I needed and then some, and the staff was super helpful (shout out to Vanisha!). Another bit I love is that the lobby has snacks, coffee, and other drinks like wine as well as other little conveniences. I forgot my adaptor at home and the front desk had one available for purchase which was so perfect for my long stay in the UK ahead. Would recommend!

I really liked the friendly service. The hotel building and the lobby are really nice, the room was spacious. I also liked the breakfast. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a metro station a 15 min. walk away.
