The Four Seasons is considered the pinnacle of the hotel industry, however it fell short of my expectations of it. Firstly, I was not told about the adult pool closure or the main breakfast hall closure either, which should have been told at time of booking. The rooms are amazing, the service good but not great. They felt short staffed at times and that impacted the service all round. The biggest problem I had was the food! The prices are astronomical and yet the food tasted mediocre at best! For the price we were paying for example £50 for a burger!! You expect it to taste incredible but none of the food hit the spot! We are at other places with similar price structured and were amazed with the food. The pool is relatively small and it does the job but not luxury in the slightest. A real shame for a hotel I had high expectations for.

Stayed for a week during Easter Holiday. Having tried most 5-Star hotels in Dubai, this experience do stand out. In comparison to hotels on the Palm, you have a proper and very clean (thanks to the lifeguards) - the sea-bed is not muddy. Check-in was smooth and extremely accomodating (thanks to Olga). The pool areas has an active zone for kids and an area for adults only - lifeguards are enforcing this, which is much appreciated. Respect for that. Breakfast is with a wide variety of options - if you need anything just ask and they will deliver. The staff is smiling and outmost helpful. An idea could be also to have a smaller area just for adult, who despite vacation needs to process a bit of work, and to avoid that minor kids goes to the buffet themselves to cater with there hands in the fruits etc. Communication with the staff over the Four Seasons App is amazing and sets the standard for swift communication. The SPA area offers a wide selection of treatments from a competent staff member. Restaurant options were excellent - italian to japanese - it were on point. Only restaurant Verde did not quite make a proper performance. All in all minor point in order to get 10 out of 10 - you are almost there.

Scruffy beds & tables on the beach were disappointing - the view of a caravan site opposite is absolutely awful - the loud music from Nammos next door is not nice either. The hotel rooms are extremely dated. Service at breakfast was terrible. The only plus was the amazing housekeeping in our rooms.

The Hotel was great, but the Hotel was unable to arrange for taxis for the guests, which was very unprofessional. We had to take care of our taxi by ourselves, which was not convenient. Next to the Hotel there is Nammos a very loud club, which makes it difficult to sleep. But in total the hotel was nice but expensive.

Next to hotel is a club with club music and attracting party girls for single man in the hotel. in front of the beach they have build a new island, so gone is the ocean view it is construction view (and noise). at 1000usd per night this is a sad story.

Incredible from start to finish! Everything about this hotel is perfect and their attention to detail is unmatched! The rooms are stunning and spacious. If I could give it a higher number of stars, My wife and I have done a lot of traveling. We've stayed in all types of hotels. This by far, has been the best experience we've had. We went with a toddler and a 6 yr old. The staff was super attentive not only to us but our kids as well. We arrived early on a red-eye flight. They were be able to get us a room early in the morning. The front desk staff would bring out different props/toys to cheer our kids up. The staff is constantly pampering you. The experience was so amazing, our oldest said that when we go back to Dubai, we have to stay there. They have a kids club which both kids enjoyed. The pool area is very spacious and kids of all ages and swimming skills can enjoy. The food selection is amazing. I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the team

Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this property. Staff and service at the fitness center, hendricks bar, pool and beach was exceptional. Not so much at the lobby restaurant, where orders and overall service was a little slow. Special thanks to the amazing concierge but especially to Mariana, Noor and Carlos with whom we interacted the most. Even before we arrived and during our stay helped us with tours, restaurants, change of plans with they attentive and knowledgeable service.

Overall our stay was amazing and we highly recommend this property. Staff and service at the fitness center, hendricks bar, pool and beach was exceptional. Not so much at the lobby restaurant, where orders and overall service was a little slow. Special thanks to the amazing concierge but especially to Mariana, Noor and Carlos with whom we interacted the most. Even before we arrived and during our stay helped us with tours, restaurants, change of plans with they attentive and knowledgeable service.
