Ottima posizione e costo davvero contenuto, stanza modesta ma pulita, bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Uno dei due ascensori che servivano la porzione dei piani assegnata era rotto per tutto il tempo con disagi molto evidenti specialmente la mattina con attese lunghissime. Rumori molesti continui di colpi come pesanti passi sul pavimento dal sesto piano davvero irritanti. Colazione con poca scelta, buffet piccolissimo e tavoli scomodi.

Reception & bar area very good but rooms, although clean and well decorated had paper cups for drinking water plus no coffer/tea facilities which I expect with a hotel of that standard

They were unapologetically doing construction in the main lobby/bar, and on the floor above me. The elevator use was troubling. The hotel made no acknowledgment or compensation for that disturbance. Not even a bottle of water or a free coffee. I think that is plain rude.

Heads up: This is the only hotel I stayed that provides no basics and amenities at all. and I mean: -No phone -No coffee maker -No tea, coffee -No fridge -No complimentary bottled water -No beverage cups (only paper cups in toilet that is not replaced) -No toothbrush -No slippers -No razors Just hair/body soap. Not too familiar with 3.5 star hotels in Europe, but even 2 star hotels in Asia would give you complimentary water. Very expensive for the value (or lack thereof). Room paid during check-in and staff charged me more than what was invoiced in Hotels.com. Refunded when I raised it the following day. Excellent location though. Walkable to all the main attractions. Lobby is nice. Room is clean though feels stale and small. Thats the only positives.

Excellent location, very easy to walk around the city and also next to one of the major metro stops. Staff were polite and friendly. Bathroom was nice and modern, some bits of the room felt a little old fashioned and it is missing some basic things like a safe and kettle and mini fridge, but I was aware of this before I booked and my main requirement was location and cleanliness. I’m satisfied with my stay.

Centrally located near the Opera. There are many restaurants around and easy access to public transportation. The hotel has clean and modern rooms and the staff is friendly. I only didn't give it 5 stars because of the lack of a minibar and a safe box in the rooms.

Petite chambre mais confortable. Pas de frigo, pas de machine à glace, pas de café offert. Coûte 3.50€ au bar pour café régulier noir. Très bien situé mais manque de paufinement pour le bien des clients.

Lage bei der Staatsoper, Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus Kärtnerstrasse pro 24h ca. 22€ bei Bezahlung im Hotel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Metro in Gehdistanz

Was a well kept and clean hotel. Location was perfect and we had prioritized this. No regrets.

The clean up of the room was done but empty kleenex box not replaced for several days. The room was occasionally provided with paper glasses but not replaced everyday. The room had no phone and no clock: I had to to go a local store to buy glasses and an alarm clock to compensate for those deficiencies. Considering the price of the room, it was well under expectations.

Good location. But the room is small. No fridge. The toilet smelled urine and seems not very clean.

We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel didn’t renew the towels (they just put the dirty old ones on the shelf…) and didn’t refill the shampoo either. Super disappointed

Leuk hotel midden in Wenen, alles is op loopafstand. Vriendelijk personeel, schoon en verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader.

The room is very small. No other amenities. you have to pay for breakfast which a lot of people seems confused whether it’s free or not. staff are a little snubbed. no sure if I like this motel one.

Very conveniently located, and very friendly staff, but the room was tiny. By the time we got our suitcases in there was no room to move.

For a competitive price we had a small but clean and comfortable room located a couple hundred yards stroll to a major U-Bahn and Tram interchange, the Opera, a grocery store, a variety of places to eat,; three blocks to the city tourist center; and walking distance to St. Stephen's cathedral and the central district.

Typical room here is quite small. College dorm rooms are bigger. having said that the rooms are clean, quiet and the hotel is ideally situated.

Overall it was good, however the rooms are EXTREMELY TINY. For a superior king suite with a view I expected way more, honestly you can bare move in the room. But it was tidy.

The hotel is in a good / central location and close to public transportation. The facilities looked clean. The room, though small, was comfortable and quiet.

Upon arrival 3 hours prior to check in the receptionist notified me that I can access the room right now if I want to without asking. The hotel is perfectly located, right in city center walking distance to St. Stephan's Cathedral, steps away from the Opera, restaurant and shops near by. Beautiful spacious lobby. Unbeatable price. I had a way too short stay at this hotel. Thank you for being so accommodating. I have highly recommended this hotel to friends who will visit later in the year.

Friendly staff. They have been very kind and responsive when I needed help. Less bureaucracy, maximum efficiency. Location is great with walkable distance to areas of interest and easy access to the public transport. Environment friendly measures are remarkable and appreciated.

Der Start war schwierig: Auf meine Anfrage, ob ein früher Check-In möglich wäre, hatte ich eine vorgefertigt wirkende, ebenso höfliche wie nichtssagende Mail erhalten. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich gebeten, gegen 12 nochmals nachzufragen. Um 12 dann hiess es 13 Uhr, und um 13 Uhr meinte der sehr professionell und freundlich agierende Rezeptionist, ich hätte ja ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, da gäbe es kaum je eine Möglichkeit, früher einzuchecken. Ein Tageszimmer? Fehlanzeige. Als ich schliesslich um 15.10 erneut erschien ("Check-In ab 15.00 garantiert"), erkundigte sich derselbe Mitarbeiter telefonisch, ob das Zimmer bereit wäre und erhielt offensichtlich eine abschlägige Antwort. Er verschwand dann kurz und eröffnete mir nach ein paar Minuten, es sei nun bereit. Im Zimmer dann ... keine Minibar, kein Wasserkocher, kein Tresor, keine Aussicht. Superior ... Ich hab' mich organisiert, bin aber nach wie vor wenig beeindruckt. Eine Bitte ans Hotel: Wenn schon ein Early Check-In so gut wie ausgeschlossen ist, dann teilen Sie doch dem anreisenden Gast auf seine Anfrage hin mit. So könnte man sich rechtzeitig anders organisieren und müsste nicht, komplett übermüdet von der Anreise, noch einen halben Tag totschlagen. Zu den Zimmern: Alles da, um zu übernachten, aber nix, was einen Aufenthalt zu einem erfreulichen Erlebnis machen würde.

From the lobby it looks nice, and it stops there. The rooms smell like a staled bowling alley. Basic things like a phone in the room, restaurant, room service, coffee maker, or even simple cups to pour a beverage, were all nonexistent. The room was cold and never came close to what thermostat was set and even the shower never got that hot. I used the bar the first evening and the guy took my order then took people's order after me and made there drinks first. The next day early afternoon someone different was there and I ordered a latte and he told me I would have to walk up to the cash register to pay, that he didn't want to have to walk back, even though he had a mobile pay machine. That was the reason he gave when Is asked after noticing paying on mobile machine. How disgustingly rude and lazy. The loser looked like he could have used the few extra steps judging by his gut. The location is good, that's the only thing this place has going for it.

Great location with easy metro access. Staff are efficient. Mattress didn't sleep great (personal opinion, this will differ with people). Hotel bar had great prices for drinks and snacks.

Overall the hotel is good, the location is great, service is kind of bad but I think that comes with the personality of the people of Vienna and this part of Europe 😅

A great central location near the Opera House - an easy walk into the city to see most of the major sights. Its also very convenient for trams and the subway. The accommodation was excellent value for money - clean and very friendly staff. My second visit so it must be good!

booked two twin beds, got a small double... not the room we booked - but "all full". RUshed by front desk, no time for questions and basically Rude or rather Annoyed with tourist questions.... that IS YOUR BUSINESS,,, adapt or get ourt of HOSPITALITY. Will not recommend

Easy walking distance to the Hofburg and the opera house with plenty of restaurant options.

Excellent location

Motel One is directly across from the Vienna Opera House, adjacent to the Karlplatz U-bahn station, and walkable to St.Stephens cathedral. It’s just off the Ring Road which makes it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. Great staff. Comfortable, new rooms, new decor, atrium, great breakfast (€15). We will definitely stay here again.

The property is ok however, THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. IT HAS NO AMEMITIES. NO MINI REFRIGERATOR, NO SAFE. NO TELEPHONE, NO WASH CLOTHS. THE ONLY THING IN THE ROOM WAS A PAPER CUP WHICH WAS NEVER REPLACED. BREAKFAST LIMITED. NO HOT FOOD.

Easy walk from the tram station Nice open reception who were very polite I arrived on an extremely hot day and they had a nice touch by giving me a large bottle of water as I checked in The area was nice very close to the opera house very clean and felt safe all round My only negative, which really is being perhaps picky the room whilst clean was surprisingly small and the bathroom very tight/small with just a shower no bath especially as I had upgraded from the basic room to superior Breakfast was good loads on offer a complete buffet for €16.90 Overall, a pleasant stay nice people and I would stay again

ordentlich Hotel in guter Lage. Leider gibt es im Zimmer keinen Safe, beim Frühstück war sehr viel los - es war schwer einen Platz zu finden.

Alles gut, allerdings ist das Frühstücksangebot relativ bescheiden.

chambre correcte mais pas de coffre fort et pas assez de rangements pour les vêtements. salle de petit déjeuner sur deux étages avec le buffet en bas, assez mal organisé et personnel peu aimable lors du paiement du petit déjeuner. pas assez de places au bar le soir.(la cour était fermée pour cause de météo) bon rapport qualité prix quand meme.

Hotel lindo, café da manhã delicioso pago a parte (17 euros) incrivelmente bem pago! Fica a uma curta caminhada da rua central, onde tem várias lojas, restaurantes e prédios históricos suntuosos. Tudo perfeito!!

nice hotel in a great location across the road from the Opera House and a 10 min stroll down to St Stevens. lobby and bar are really nice - the rooms are Very basic - similar to a UK Travelodge. Some rooms are facing into an internal courtyard and are quite dark - so ask for an external / street facing room. TIP - if you book a KING size bed, its actually 2 singles with a zipped together mattress, which isnt that comfortable - however a Queen bed is one large double mattress - so ask for a QUEEN bed if you want a double. My one issue with this hotel is the Breakfast - its a fairly basic cold buffet for £15 - with good coffee ...but only served until 10am... and at 10.15, the staff remove everything and start vacuuming around you making you feel unwelcome!. The bar and bar staff are all excellent
