There was no shuttle service. They called a Lyft and it took 85 minutes for them to pick us up. The front desk person when we arrived was horribly rude and unapologetic about the lack of the shuttle service advertised. Very disappointed

The shuttle from the air port will collect you after you contact them - there is a specialist phone direct to hotels etc for immediate use in the airport shuttle collection area so if your own phone does not work in the US as soon as you get off the plane you are still good to go. Not as good getting you back to the airport as it only runs on the hour. Breakfast was on the amazing side due to the choice the only problem is you have to ask the server as there are no labels on the cooked food. There is use of two Apple computers in the lobby area however, when I was there one was awaiting updating and the other was very difficult to use with long waits for it to be ready to be used, I don't know if this is usual for Apple but the hotel might like to think about having the usual Microsoft system installed as the other kicked you out of whatever site you were on after printing and not allowing you back in to print anything else. It is probably better, certainly quicker, to email your printing request to the desk. Room was very large with good lighting (they can do it) in the bath room and kitchen area; not so much if you want to use the desk, there is a lamp but I still found it difficult to work by; luckily I had brought an extra light with me

Convenient location near all the malls/shop. It would be nice to have 4 pillows per bed instead of 3. I liked the indoor swimming pool. One of the BBQ grills was not working but another family said the front desk has a hot pan & pans to borrow so that worked for us. One of the dryers was out of service & each working dryer took at least 90 mins to dry a small/med load of clothes due to that there was a line of families waiting for dryer. Fitness room was clean & spacious.

Overall good property. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was quick and efficient The one thing I didn’t like was $10/night for parking. Parking is not a premium in that area and lot was 75%empty both nights.

Loved the hotel. Great room, large, comfy bed. I had a corner toom with more windows. Yummy hot breakfast. Good pool for swimming laps. Modern lobby. Staff friendly and welcoming. I wish i could have stayed longer.

The room was dirty! Toothpaste splatter on the cabinet drawers. Noticeable red scum around the shower Both couch cushions had stains front and back! Pillows were very lumpy. Towels were very limited. Pro, room was big, loved the kitchenette, pool was fun and warm!

This is our second time staying here and our room is okay. It’s not as clean as our last stay, the tub drain drains slowly, and the a/c is loud. Overall we like Home2Suites because the rooms are spacious and the free breakfast has more options compared to other hotels.

First impression was that the hotel is looking worn. Our room was very spacious. The overall cleanliness for the daily house keeping was pretty good, but all of the fabric furnishings including the sofa, lamp shades, bed spreads are stained with dirty and finger prints and need it a good clean or replacing. The mattresses and pillows are also very worn and in need of replacing. The main lobby and breakfast area is much like the rooms. All of the fabric seating is worn and stained. Breakfast was pretty descent with enough options for everyone. The window for breakfast is small, so I recommend going early as it closes at 9am during the week and was packed with people and no where to sit. The first day we arrived the pool was not usable as there was a layer of hair and clumps of hair floating on the top of the water. 2nd day we were there they must have cleaned it and my kids were able to go for a swim. On a plus note, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to and from the airport both days to catch the light train to downtown Seattle. The front desk provided maps of the train and down town. No need to drive to sight see.

Nicole was awesome. We arrived late at night and she got us right into our room. We had fresh towels when needed, and absolutely no issues with the room. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. On the down side, the mattress was definitely showing some wear. It has a few broken springs that could be avoided, but it is definitely time for a replacement.

Check-in was a breeze. The rooms have everything small kitchette, sofa/bed. The walls are thin, so you know when everyone is up and about.we were anble to walk 20 minutes to an huge shopping with a lot of restaurants- at all price points. Felt safe walking. Overall this is definitely a great place to go for the night. A lot of cruise people in the hotel.

Service was great, very friendly staff. Breakfast was not that good and seating arrangements were terrible. Not many food options and mostly picked over if you got to the buffet after 8am. You basically have to squeeze behind a large table of people to get your food and take it back to your room if you want a place to sit. Rooms were very spacious and clean. I do recommend getting food and preparing in your kitchenette vs the continental breakfast.

Hotel was clean. Staff was great. WIFI in rooms was terrible, kept dropping off making it tough to get work done. Then no signal. Lobby was fine for WIFI. TV channels take 10 seconds to change. Felt like cable and wifi from 10 years ago.

Our room was on the first floor directly off the lobby, there was a party or something in the lobby that got very loud. It calmed down after about 30 minutes. The room had a slight smell. I honestly thought it was my family until it was still there after we all showered! We only stayed for one night or I would’ve said something. The room was super clean and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. The mattresses were TERRIBLE. You could feel the springs. The fold out couch mattress was even worse, my daughter chose to sleep on the couch cushions instead of using the fold out. Breakfast was great and the airport shuttle was efficient. If they replaced the mattresses we would definitely stay here again.

Just a quick refresh after flight back from Alaska. Needed sleep and quiet. Hotel shuttle wasn’t available, but they called us a Lyft. The hotel was amazing! They let us check in early and eat breakfast. We were able to catch up on sleep. Lovely place! Very friendly and super accommodating. Will stay there again!

I booked a room for a king sized bed through Expedia, and when I got there they said they were all rented out and that I would have to stay in a dual queen room. It was just me and my wife, and we’re both not small people, so we couldn’t even sleep together. My wife had had a sort of terrible day and I was ready to fall asleep behind the wheel practically while getting there, and I could hardly sleep that night. The management did nothing, nor did they even reach back to me when I left a message and an email. Luckily, Expedia was sympathetic and at least credited my account $50 for the inconvenience.

I was disappointed in the reception desk staff. When I arrived to check in, the woman looked at me like I was interrupting her and I had to ask if I could check in. She gave me no greeting as I walked up to the desk. She checked me in with no enthusiasm for her job or warmth. Not the personality to have when you are in a client facing job. About 10 mins after checking in, I had the went back to the reception desk because I had forgotten to ask if a late check out was available. This time there was a different woman at the desk occupied with something. Again, this person gave no greeting as I approached the desk but just looked at me. I told her that I had forgotten to ask about a late check in. She replied flatly that it was going to be at least 10 minutes before she could access the computer because she was just starting her shift. She did not give me the impression that she cared to help at all. I said I would check back later and left. When I checked back she was friendlier, but that first encounter was unacceptable from someone whose literal job is to greet guests and make them feel welcome. On an operational note, I thought it odd that the reception desk staff would be changing shifts at 3pm, which is when check in begins. Seems like the hotel would want staff to be available to help guests consistently throughout the check in period. Other than the poor reception desk service, my stay was good enough.

The property is nice and well kept. The staff is super! I learned while riding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel that I had lost something that had been found at the airport. The shuttle driver, once completing his run to the hotel, immediately returned me to the airport to retrieve my lost item, even though it was really at the end of his shift. He also arranged with the desk clerk to arrange a Lyft pick up at the airport to return to the hotel when I was ready. This same great and caring service was displayed the next morning at the breakfast where the staff was always helpful and exceled at keeping the buffet & dining areas spotless.

I don’t want to go into the details or throw anyone under the bus, but between their ineptitude in check-in (and allowing a stranger to access our room after we went to sleep) to being trolled at check-out and being weird about our shuttle to the airport, I do not trust this brand to maintain good standards in their staff.

This was perfect for overnight between train and airport. Nice exercise room, better than average breakfast and restaurants within walking distance. Good airport shuttle. Only downside for us was lack of place to walk or spend time while waiting for late departure. Neighborhood is department stores and heavy traffic.

Love staying at home2 suites! The rooms were clean and had everything our family of 6 needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was a huge plus. It really IS an excellent hotel, with a great breakfast buffet! Here's a heads-up: it's located on a dead-end road surrounded by abandoned train tracks which prevent access in any direction, but one! If you miss your turn (or turn when GPS says to turn) you'll end up driving in a 2-mile loop to get another shot at making the "correct" turn. (Most of the side-roads in this area do not connect in any organised manner!) After a couple of trys you'll learn precisely how to get there, but it was frustating for a one night stay. Hope that in time, the tracks will be ripped up and the roads connected as they should be.

Yolanda, the desk clerk, is a gem! She answered the telephone while checking us in, and directed the pickup person - if she had two more hands, I'm sure she would do even more! Our room was fine; it was large, clean, and had a full fridge. The only drawbacks in the room was that the closet was just a spot for a rod to hang clothes, and the bathroom door was a pocket door that didn't latch, but stuck (I panicked a little at being stuck inside). If we had our grandkids with us, I would be uneasy about going to the bathroom or showering, as the littles might just barge in! Shuttle was timely, and Yolanda guided us to a car service to take us to the cruise port (he was also right on time). We were disappointed with the breakfast. On the first day, we were down for breakfast at 8:30 (it went on until 9:00); there were no eggs, no muffins, no yogurt - we had the quiche that came out almost at 9 (other people already had left), and some scraps of toast. The second day, we were down at 8:00, hoping to get some eggs. Unfortunately, we got nothing - until almost 9, nothing came out. Then, just before 9, more eggs, more canadian bacon, etc. were all put out - unfortunately, most of the people had already given up, so it was all wasted (unless the staff had it). Overall, I have a positive view of our stay - just please have the breakfast staff more attentive! And maybe give Yolanda a raise!

The room was nice but the sheets and towels felt cheap. Having a place to do laundry was appreciated. Breakfast was so disappointing. We were there for a week. Each day staff was playing catch up to get food out. One morning I was told things would be refilled in two minutes. 15 minutes later, still waiting. Two mornings they were out of coffee, had to ask that another urn be brought out. One replacement was full of grounds. For two days they were totally out of butter! They also need to review the flow of the line. Highchairs in the way, people at a standstill because of those making waffles. Just aggravating.
