I like this place for its location, and the degree of comfort for the price. The breakfast is good, the fitness center has the equipment I need, and the rooms are a decent size. The bathroom has a generous amount of counter space. I've stayed here a number of times since it was new, and upgrades might include better pillows, and they should replace the batteries in those giant clocks that are installed in each room, because they no longer work. Those are relatively minor quibbles.

No parking it’s $65 a day to park and you can’t go in and out you’ll have to leave it there or you’ll pay again. They also take half of your incidentals as credit use at the hotel and you don’t have a choice. They don’t tell until you’re already checked in

Room was very cozy. Loved having a kitchen with microwave & fridge. The lobby has a bar which includes a happy hour menu! Bartenders made me feel very welcomed in nyc with great advice. Overall great hotel and will be booking again in the future

There was a used plastic cup inside the closet that was not taken out by the time we checked in. Room is pretty standard for a studio suite. I noticed they did not provide any dishwashing soap nor sponges though unlike some other studio suites I have stayed at. Before we left for the day around 10am, we called housekeeping to have our room cleaned. However, when we got back around 4:30pm, room was still not cleaned and when it was almost 5pm, that was the only time someone knocked from housekeeping to clean our room. They have a destination fee of $25 daily per room which is consumable. However, their mini market options isn’t a lot. Breakfast was decent. I had better ones from other hotels. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I’d say it’s pretty underwhelming for a 4-star hotel (based on Google).

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and will definitely be returning—highly recommend it to friends and family! The location is incredibly convenient, just off Broadway near the Financial District, making it perfect for both business and leisure. The hotel is well-maintained and very clean. We stayed in a studio room that felt more like a fully equipped apartment—it had all the necessities, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. One of the highlights was the included breakfast: fresh granola and apricots made the perfect topping for my oats, and the latte from the in-house coffee machine tasted like something from a boutique café. If you’re driving, be prepared to park at a nearby parking station, which is about an 8-minute walk from the hotel. Not a big deal, but good to know in advance. Overall, this is probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far. My family and I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back. PS. No photos to share. Hotel is same as pictures and stay yourself to see.

We enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious for NYC. We appreciated the kitchenette and the huge refrigerator. The location is very convenient; close to the subway, a couple blocks from Eataly, and a short walk from the WTC. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. It would be nice if they had more water dispensers since there are only two in the whole hotel. Also, kitchenette was missing flatware.

The room was spacious for an NYC hotel room. There were plenty of restaurants within a walkable distance and the metro was very close. The staff was efficient and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

overall, this hotel room fit the description. however, some of the microwave’s buttons did not work and the pull out bed was VERY VERY uncomfortable, mainly due to the extremely thin mattress. considering other pull out beds i’ve used through marriott in the past have been comfortable, this was disappointing; all it needs is a thicker mattress!!! overall we enjoyed our stay, but are glad it wasn’t for long due to the uncomfortable sofa bed.

I read the reviews about this hotel and was excited to book this hotel. Appreciated the larger size of the rooom versus other similarly priced hotels in the area. Location is great. Easy to walk everywhere. Check in was easy and non-eventful. We had booked the executive studio becuase it was larger. However, when we got to the room and opened the blinds, there was practically no light and just a view of rooms across the narrow courtyard. If you left the blinds open, you stare into other rooms on your floor and nearby. Even at noon, the room seems dark because of the layout. No reviews that I read mentioned this. Would have loved to know that. Additionally, our bathroom sink did not drain properly the entire visit despite housekeeping coming in daily. Love most Residence Inn hotels, but will not stay at this one again.

Very conveniently located. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Only a dozen or so rooms on each floor so it was more like an apartment than hotel. Staff was very nice.

The room was fine. We arri wd erly amd could not check in, so we were told we could leave our bags downstairs at the bell stand. However, we waitef a long time foe somebody to show up and we then had to go back upstairs to the lobby and have them call for somebody to help us. The same thing happened at check out and we asked to have our bags held. It took forever.

This hotel location is great and close to all attractions However, the hotel manager Gideon is extremely rude and unprofessional when we informed him that there were dirty dishes and opened bathroom soap in the room we checked in. We were too tired to switch room not to mention that the only other room able to switch to is in the lobby level. We simply can’t believe Marriott has such an unprofessional and rude hotel manager who not only did not introduce himself but was generally untrained in how to talk with customers He even raised his voice in talking with us. Very unbelievable and will be filing a complaint with Marriott directly soon

The overall experience was good. The 20-30 Minute check out time was unacceptable. Only one person on staff at front desk despite a long line she was helping multiple as well as unlocking the bathroom and other things which delayed everyone. They need to better staff the front desk with more and better trained people. Otherwise a good stay.

Had a wonderful stay here. Check in and check out was wonderful. The hotel itself was gorgeous and clean, and the breakfast was nice. Jane B. at the front desk was so helpful, professional, and sweet. She was a HUGE help in every step of our stay, check in till check out. I would recommend this stay when visiting the city.

A very service minded hotel on a great location. Big room with a kitchenette and very comfortable beds. Breakfast included with surprisingly very high standard. Can really recommend it both for a family or as a tourist.

Our favorite thing about this hotel is the location. Subway stop is right outside the door. It’s a five minute walk to the 9/11 memorial and museum. It’s also close to Battery Park and the Brooklyn Bridge.

It was clean, comfortable. The breakfast was chaotic and not enough places to sit. To find the entrance to get in was difficult because it does not match the address. Elevators were hard to get for going down from the lobby which is how you got out of the building We waited atleast 10 mins to get the down.
