Easy parking, quick check-in, clean with pizza next door!

This small hotel is surrounded by some of the more expensive hotels. It has been undergoing renovations for the past year. Everything is up to date and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Also the coffee is drinkable. The only thing is that it is located on the outskirts of the city. It could take a while to get to the city pending traffic. Oh, the airport is on this side of town. Booking this hotel was money well spent.

Looked very sketchy inside. Elevator smelled like mold. Room was very empty so it echoed a lot.

The amenities are dated and many are not available. However, the room was clean and quiet and for a bargain price was adequate and serviceable. The jacuzzi did not work, but the clerk told us that when we checked in, and we weren't looking to use that anyway. All told, it is a good buy, for bare-bones motel/housing. The only problem we had was that the driveway is after the crest of a hill and somewhat obscured, but that was not terribly problematic. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and capable.

Extremely no frills low cost hotel in Monaca, PA. There are many to pick from as this area experienced a hotel "boom" while a petrochemical plant was being built ten years ago and The Inn Forza is always the lowest cost option. Generally clean but very dated, and the bathroom layout in particular is fairly cramped. One plus is that all of the room beds were recently replaced. If you need a place to sleep and don't care about not having any of the amenities of a higher cost hotel (dining area, phones in the rooms, etc.), then this is the place for you. Staff are generally courteous and attentive.

Checking in: The person at the desk informed me that if I booked online I may not have a room. Luckily, unlike the couple checking in before me, I was given a room. Upon entering the room there was a strong smell of cannabis even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Room: Jacuzzi didn’t work (I wouldn’t have used it anyway). The furnishings were well used (nicks and gouges in the wood). The bathroom had been redone. Shower, sink and toilet all seemed new. The bed was fine but the blanket was really old and looked dirty. Cleanliness of the room was ok. I don’t like giving bad reviews but felt I needed to say something so others won’t be surprised.

We had a ground level room, so the view was of the parking lot, so you can at least keep an eye of your car. The room was clean as was the bathroom, the bed was semi-firm, which i liked and the pillows were super soft. Our room had a jacuzzi tub for 2 and that was the best part in my opinion. They don't offer any kind of breakfast, which i didn't realize till after check-in, but there are several breakfast restaurants within a 10 minute drive, and a really good coffee shop within a 5 minute walk. Overall, it was a nice comfortable stay.

Confirming reservation was difficult. Room had a hot tub. Only 1 coffee and 1 decaf for 2 guests to share. At least it was affordable.

Looks as though the property is undergoing renovations and still needs to keep going. Felt like I might go through the floor of the shower. Got one TINY bar of soap to wash hands and shower with for two people. Was able to get two more tiny bars. One tube of shampoo and there were no more to be given away. The main door was unlocked all night as we were told the manager tired of fixing it due to it continually being mishandled.

For the value 10/10. Overall, a solid 8. Very clean. Like exceptionally clean. The furniture is a little dated. Staff was great. Some of the reviews after I booked had me a little nervous. I would definitely stay there again.

Snot and other bodily stuff was on the walls in the room, hallway and bathroom. Gross.

Room was dirty

Smelled like smoke. Had to walk through laundry room to get to my room. Very disappointing.

When I entered the room there was animal droppings on the floor the bathroom sink was full of hair and dirt there was ramen noodles all over the bathroom floor, I was switched to another room and the toilet seat was Completely broken off the tv did not work there was sticky stuff all over the floor it was a complete disaster. I am extremely unhappy.

Dirty smelly just gross. Take your money and go somewhere else. There are much better hotels/motels in the area for just a couple dollars more. I can’t stand that these kind of motels are offered on Expedia/hotels.com. They should have better standards.

Clean but no frills. No daily housekeeping, only gave 1 tiny bar of soap so you'll definitely have to bring your own. The ac made loud noises. Rooms were clean but hallways were only cleaned so-so. Some of the bedding had cigarette burns and needs replacing asap. Clean rooms and great location though.

Didn’t even stay here. Left and went to the hotel next door. Walked in, saw a dirty pillow with black stains, and spider webs in the corners. Unswept floors hair in the sink. No carpeting in the whole room

They need to do a better job cleaning

The hotel smelled like animals and pee right when you walked in. The first room they tried to put us in had large stains and cigarette burns on the sheet. The walls are so thin I could legitimately hear the woman coughing next door, as well as her and a man fighting all night and throwing things around the room. Sounded like they were rearranging furniture at 1am. I informed the front desk. We were there for work so sleep was essential and not good, which defined affected my work ethic the following days. We also saw a very weird interaction with a male and female in the elevator. We informed the desk about this as well. I would not recommend staying here what’s so ever unless you are desperate.

Really not sure why these rooms were receiving ratings of 7.0 or above. Mine was missing hangers, coffee cups and an ironing board. The floors were uneven which meant that the bathroom door couldn’t open all the way. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was solid and I got a good night’s sleep. But the condition of the room was subpar. Would give this a 4 out of 10 and only recommend to people who need a cheap place to spend a night or two at most. Otherwise there are much nicer options just a stone’s throw away.

We accidentally booked a smoking room online. The woman at the desk asked if we smoked. We said no, but she still put us in the smoking room that smelled horrible & had burn holes in the bedding. Then you only have 2 options for window covering. Black out curtains or nothing & everyone in the parking lot can look right in at you.

Ive stayed here before, and given the same review - this is FYI for those that use reviews to choose a hotel. There is a sign at the front desk: YOU MUST BE 21 TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. You mist be 21 to check in. You may not have visitors. This is not a 5 star hotel, however, its clean and has what you need if all you're doing is sleeping. The TV station selection is non-existent. There are no ports to charge your USB devices. The coffee maker sucks. They do not give out extra towels. The beds are spring - of you're used to memory foam, youll be disappointed. They are comfortable, but not heavenly. There was shampoo and toilet paper in the bathroom. That's all. My king size bed has three full-sized pillows. The walls are thin. People four doors down were having a grand time, and i could hear them. Turning on the A/C (which works well) and the TV drownded out the apparent honeymoon. Some baseboards are scuffed, some wallpaper is old, and my bathtub had a big, patched hole in the side. But, like this hotel for the convenience, price and cleanliness. There are no frills, nothing special about it, but it suits our needs when we travel to Beaver County. Its clean and doesnt smell like feet, mildew, or BO. We will definitely stay again.

Decor could use some freshening up. Room was clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. My room card didn’t work 2 different times. That was a little inconvenient having to go back to the desk to get it rest. Overall a decent stay

Rooms are really big and there is a lift for the upper floors. Efficient heating. In a budget hotel the lack of carpet in the room is actually a plus. Couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower so we had really enjoyable baths instead!

Read the details… This is not a smoke-free facility. I was taken aback to find an ashtray on my bedside table, which surprised me given the lack of smoke odor in the room. The room was large and had the acoustics of a YMCA locker room. A cricket fart would echo in there. The in-wall AC unit didn’t blow any air until I discovered the washable filter was completely plugged with dust. I removed the filter and the air began to circulate. The check-in process affords the chance to talk to a person in a booth behind glass, like an inner city 7-11. There are notices posted about how all guests must show ID and be 21 , no visitors in rooms, etc. This makes me wonder about what sort things have happened at this hotel. All in all, for the price, it was an okay place to sleep for a night. If you’re looking for a place with a better vibe, there are big name-brand hotels in the immediate area.

The bed was comfortable, but it can make popping sounds when you flip over. The TV didn't work, but the internet is fine.

Pillows were awful. Bed on some kind of frame that made loud noises everytime i moved.

Good choice along hotel row for low cost no (seriously, NO) frills two night stay. Bathroom is cramped but serviceable and room is acceptably clean. It also appears that all of the rooms had their beds replaced recently so that's also a plus.

I’m originally from a town over, so this area definitely is safe and convenient. If you familiar with motel6, well there one and the same. Simple place to stay and keep it moving. If you get the African American male, he’s great and make you feel welcomed. But listen up, if you get the women that work here, the energy is off and it makes you want to leave.

Excellent place for a quick stay over, Ilene at the front desk was terrific. Free parking, close to interstate and shopping malls.

The only thing was not having staff to refresh rooms if you stay more then one night.

I appreciated the check in at 1 AM . I was tired from driving and the lady attending at the front desk was very accommodating and gave rme no hassles. Thank you.

We booked here two weeks early and paid in advance. I called and let them know we would be checking in a little late. They gave our room away and we were there by 10 pm. Expedia covered an upgrade, but we couldn't put our one year old to bed until 2 am, once they found is a room. Again, it was reserved and paid for in advance. I don't care if i wanted to leave the room empty. I already paid for it. Glad i got the travel insurance!

Customer service is unmatched, very kind and personable.

The lady checking me in was not very friendly. Upon checking in I requested a room on the 3rd floor. Which they did not have. So she gave me room 107. Which I do not recommend this room. You can hear the running water from the room above you the person in the room walking around also, and some lights are missing or burned out in the room. Room needs some fixing of things . and the a/c heat fan is very loud. One good comment is for the nice lady Tanisha that checked me out the next day she apologized and was very very nice. Probably will stay again just need a bed and a shower cheap place.

Broken air conditioning, staff finally got it running but on a higher temp & informed of set lower it’ll shut off, no guarantee it’d keep working, staff said to “hover” over it to cool off. Refused refund when we immediately left to go next door to other hotel.

Convenient with walkable dining options

Location seemed sus- people wandering around the back parking lot. They only gave us 2 pillows and 1 towel. The phone did not work, there were drawers missing and mold on the ceiling outside the room.

Great deal for a great price! Clean and cool (the air conditioner blasted). I asked for a late check out and got it. Area is good and the parking lot is well lit. I read reviews before staying since it is such a good price. Totally great. The floors are laminate (at least mine was). No stopper in the bath tub. Other than that…superb.

No frills. Basic hotel. Hotel is half the price of neighboring hotels. No free breakfast but the money I save is enough to feed me for an entire day. Clean room....Not sure if maid service is available. Property is newly refurbished. It appears that the team tasked with the refurbishment were NOT perfectionist. That being said, all the basics were fine. Good aircon, good TV, good wifi, good bed and bedding. If the price point remains the same, this is my spot in Monaca.
