My family traveled from multiple states to witness my nephews college graduation. The hotel had a very welcoming feeling. The front desk staff were all very accommodating and gracious. We were even able to come back to hotel after a long day and fellowship outside around the firepit!! I'm sold! If we visit the area again we will definitely be staying here!!

The floor was lifting. Shower doors were dirty. And the pool was broken. Other then that everything was great and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel is easy to get to. The breakfast was good with different options. If I would have known the pool was going to be closed at booking, I would have found somewhere else. The beds are very firm. The staff were all friendly and helpful any time I spoke to them.

95 degree day…no pool. Sign said pool closed to scheduled maintenance. Clerk at counter said it’s been closed 3 months waiting to replace a part that is expensive…unacceptable!!! Glad I don’t have kids that counted on use of pool. Thanks for listening!!!

Stayed 14 days, room was clean,staff was nice only thing wrong was the pool was not working the whole 14 day stay and key card only worked on front lobby door staff said the other doors were broke if you came in late you had to park around back and walk to the front lobby to get in.

The fact that the swimming pool has been closed for a month should have been disclosed to customers when booking. I was left with very disappointed grandchildren. Will not stay at this location again.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and larger suite for our family. The manager, Ashley, was fantastic and helped us modify our reservation — she was the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for our entire stay, despite being told multiple times that it would reopen “tomorrow.” The room had a very strong odor upon arrival, a broken blind that nearly fell on me, exposed wires, and overall cleanliness far below expectations. Multiple amenities, including towels, were unavailable, and only later was a sign posted about limited staffing for the holiday. We ended up spending far more than planned to entertain our kids since the main amenity we booked for was unavailable. Great breakfast and kind staff, but the property itself needs maintenance, clearemmmmcommunication, and improved housekeeping.

Nice 24 hour workout facility

The pool had a sign that said it was closed for maintenance, but we heard from another customer that it had been closed for at last 6 weeks. What a disappointment. It took quite a while for a key to be made. We have never had to wait for so long to have access to our room. The room was large, comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Ants everywhere in my room, pool down for 2+ days for maintance, went to iron my pants and it just leaked water, I don’t recommend for a good time !!!!!!

Upon arrival, 4 people were right in front of the entrance smoking. We ended up bringing luggage through a side door that read out of order, but opened right up, to avoid the smoke. Our room smelled of wet dog. It was coming from the air conditioner unit as well as the floor. If we were not leaving in 6 hours we would have moved all 5 of us but it was late and we're exhausted. The room appeared clean but the odor was strong and 3 of us couldn't use the pillows because they too smelled. Very disappointing.

Visiting friends in the area for a long weekend, we selected this hotel for its location not far from the mall and restaurants and major roads and an interstate as well as its "suite" offerings. More leisure comfort with a couch and ottoman. And a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and dishes and silverware, in the event that we might have a need for such appliances...which we did. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was perfect in its space and shelves and easy-to-use water control. The in-shower shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel all did their job! The bath towels were indulgent! We were truly comfortable each evening after a full day out and about. The complimentary breakfast offerings were enough to give you plenty to choose from and different from the norm. Everything I had was satisfying.

We stay at Home2 Suites where ever we go. This particular stay, the hotel was below average on cleanliness in the room as well as in the common areas and on the grounds.

First off they didn’t have my booking so they had to figure out what was available. The room they gave me there were ants all over the counters.

The kitchenette was my favorite option! We had an infant, so we needed to wash bottles every day. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower toiletries were great!

noise insulation is poor. We can hear running water sounds from the next room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint is the bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

During checkin there was a mild hiccup but the Manager Ashley made sure that our stay was very comfortable. She is very attentive to the needs of her guest and has such a warm and wonderful smile. My family definitely enjoyed our stay and if and when we are in town we will continue you be guest at this hotel! Thanks again Ashley for everything you did to make my families weekend trip a breeze!

I booked a large suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, kitchenette, etc. When I arrived and checked in, they informed me that they did not have a room with 2 queen beds available. They also said a call should have been made to me, but there were no missed calls or voicemails. They told the gentleman that checked in right after me the exact same thing. I’m not sure why they allowed rooms to be booked that were unavailable. They did send us across the street to a sister hotel that did have 2 queen beds available, but the room was much smaller without a couch or kitchenette.

I want to give the hotel a good review so badly, it’s beautiful and clean in a great location. However the lady at the front desk was unbelievable rude during the check in process. I checked in virtually via the app like the hotel requested I did. I called around noon on October 14th to see if my room was ready and she originally told me no but then changed her mind when I called again a second time because the app said it was ready. I arrived to the property around 1pm and the app said I needed to go to the front desk to verify some of my details in order to get my digital key. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes while the attendant huffed and puffed while arguing with me saying I wasn’t allowed to check in and refused to listen to me when I told her 3 separate times I already had checked in and just needed a key. It wasn’t until after I asked to talk to someone else that the computer magically told her I was already checked in and she was able to give me a key. It’s a shame I was treated horribly by, in my opinion, the face of the hotel because it set up the mood for the rest of my stay. If she would’ve just listened to me when I first said I already checked in instead of disregarding everything I said to her all of this could’ve been avoided.

It wasn’t a bad hotel. The staff was nice it just took a long time for check in. There was confusion because I booked through Expedia.

Did not get room I reserved. Was told they did not have any. No manager, so no help. Stayed a month before no issue. Bed was not good this time.

My stay was fine. The room was spacious and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very weak, cold eggs and sausage.

We spoke to an employee and were told we could get early check in any time after 1pm. We arrived at 1:30p and were told they do not offer early check in. We waiting until 3pm in the lobby with special needs child and toddler. Employee at desk during check in did not apologize for misunderstanding and acted like we were crazy for thinking we could check in early. Handicap room had dirty tub and unsafe seat. We did not use it due to those factors. Pool was out of service and unusable. Breakfast had no fresh fruit. All food was frozen and heated up for serving. Understaffed and could not keep up with breakfast demand. No waffle batter, out of bread and muffins, only option to eat was spinach quiche and sausage pucks. Even the orange juice machine ran out. Not impressed.

We had been driving all day from Wisconsin and were looking for a reasonable hotel for our family of 6 that wouldn't break the bank. We only really needed beds but I wanted a bit of comfort, a fridge, and hopefully something for breakfast the next morning. When we opened the door to our suite, the entire family gasped. We were greeted by an amazing room that fit every desire!! The room was perfect, the beds extremely comfortable, clean, tons of space, and the shower felt amazing! And the breakfast the next morning was more than I could've asked for. Eggs, yogurt, waffles, sausage, pastry, coffee, milk, juice, hot cocoa. Fantastic! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was the best hotel breakfast that I’ve had in a long time. We also loved the extra space in our room.

If I can, I would give 6 stars. Everything is excellent. The room is great. The check in is perfect. The hotel is nicely maintained. The foyer and breakfast area is inviting and comfortable. The breakfast actually started at 630am on a weekend - I think this is the only hotel that I know that starts at 630am on a weekend, and I have been traveling more than 10 weekends this last year.
