There was an athletic event so the room was priced far higher than it should have been for this hotel. It appeared to be well kept, but don\'t use professional "handypersons". We arrived at about 2:45 pm and the room wasn\'t ready, but I had to ask for another room that might be ready. It wasn\'t automatically offered. The exercise facility was closed and the pool was closed, so nothing to keep kids occupied. A little disappointed

The pool was closed. We asked if there was a sister hotel we could swim at and they told us no. The ice machines didn’t work. House keeping entered our room even though we had the sign posted not to. There was also no water in the gym water machine. I have always loved Home 2 Suites, but the last two times have been a swing and a miss……. We will think twice before staying with them again.

The worst Home2Suites we've ever been at and we have been to a dozen+ of them . The hotel had bad air circulation and no air conditioning in the elevators and hallways which made it feel very stuffy. The carpets in the common areas and in our room were dirty with stains. In our room, the tile floors were not clean and had sticky spills on them, there were no sheets and pillows for the sleeper, the bathroom was not clean and had hair from previous stays in several areas. The ice machine on our floor didn't work so we had to keep going to the floor below to get ice. When all of the issues were brought up the manager Jaime, she showed zero interest or care which was astonishing. If you don't want to be in customer service then don't take on a job that requires this level of customer service.

Computers were down when I arrived and I got charged for an extra night even though I was promised the system would be up and running and could remove the third night originally planned but not needed. The pool was closed, and a putrid green. I usually like these hotels, but this was unfortunately disappointment for me this time.

We had a good 2 night stay. Pros: Location, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Cons: Could not use the pool due to water being untreated. Pool was swampy green while three other outdoor pools in neighboring hotels were clean and usable. Limited function TV Remote (no Closed Caption, no sleep timer), Noisy (could hear all of the conversations in the parking lot and next room.)

We had our entire baseball team stay there so they could swim in between games. Online it advertised a pretty pool. When we got there, the pool was closed and had been for weeks, possibly months. Staff was friendly but food, fun, and comfort isn’t something you’ll find at this hotel.

Stayed here with my son’s basketball team and the pool was out of service for repairs? IN JUNE?? It was GREEN! 😡 So disappointed… front desk clerk was not nice. Didn’t offer any explanation or solution.

This place needs gutted and renovated. It stinks like moldish pool area. The carpet and furniture is filthy. Our showers was molded in the creases. The drywall on the walls was wt and crumbling. This place is in very poor condition. I covered the pullout arms and all with sheets so we would not have to make contact with the furniture. The room and common areas smelled so bad we checked out early. The place is way too costly for the stay. I was in shock that people were staying but figured the alternative was to sleep in the car since all other hotels were booked for the Jr. Olympics.

I called to confirm my reservation and let them know I’d be checking in late due to travel, when we got there they were overbooked and didn’t have my room so they gave us one with one bed, they claimed the staff member that spoked to me on the phone was high and was fired… then the bathroom was dirty, beds had hair and when I requested housekeeping they NEVER CAME IN 3 days! I had to go to request towels and trash bags!! It’s a filthy property and they don’t clean the rooms. Stay away

Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm due to it not being cleaned. We arrived early to the hotel and were told to come back in a couple of hours. When we came back our room still wasn’t ready. We were told probably 15 more mins and we waited a hour in the lobby. The cleanliness of the room once we got into it was not great either. The toilet was running and you could tell the bathroom was only about half wiped down. The room had dust build up on the light fixtures. There was a whole drawer of items that a previous guest left in the bathroom as well. The desk chair was missing an arm rest and we had to get a hair dryer from the front desk because it was also missing from the room.

The property and location was decent enough for 1 night. The actual room was also decent apart from the shower. The corners were very rusted and a piece of hair was left behind. The kitchen appliances and set up was great. Breakfast was great. We could the hear the people above us walking around until 1am which is not great for someone whogoes to bed between 8-9pm. I would not stay here again unless I was on the top floor and probably not more than 1 night.

The reception area looks great and the person greeting us was excellent. The room could use some updates. It only had a couple of USB plugs and from those only one was working. The mattresses were VERY soft and the pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The next morning, we found a roach roaming the room.

I waited about 15 minutes or so to check-in. The first room i was given i could not get the door open. Like it was locked from the inside. Went back to the front desk twice, finally she gave me a different room. Overall it looks like this place needs a major face-lift.

I loved the room. Full refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, and utensil to just name a few amenities. The bathroom fixture is every functional and sheikh. I wouldn't mind staying here on a longer term than 1 day as it was very comfortable.

The bed was okay, not overly comfortable but not horrible; pillows were very flat. AC worked great, kept the room very comfortable to my liking. The kitchen area was helpful and nice. The TV was okay, no guide, and not a smart TV. Parking was easy, getting to the hotel was kinda of a pain due to the center dividers in the road. Breakfast was good, it was clean and stocked well, juice isn't great.

Staff shortage and attitude. Although the hotel was fully booked the day we checked in and the day prior that is no excuse for having many rooms not available by 5:45 pm. Secondly people in the long line waiting for the one staff member were told their room was not ready and to get back in line later, that is ridiculous. Almost everyone staying there was going to an early cross country meet, I asked if breakfast would be opened earlier than the advertised 6 am, staff said no and that we should have requested that days earlier. I told him to call his manger to request a change and he said no, too late. This is a poorly trained staff and a greedy place to Jane limited staff at a sold out hotel.

The room was not ready, and the staff support didn't seem that all concerned. The breakfast juice dispensing machine was not working, and the staff wasn't concerned. I've been to several Home2 Suites, and they have been great, but this location I don't ever plan to return.

We liked that it was close to the event that we had in town. The room needed some maintenance but I am not sure that would keep me from staying there again. The bathroom shower head would move when touched. The beds were a little firmer than I had expected but once again we were really just there to sleep/rest and had full days planned away from there.

I love staying at Home2 and all the staff I encountered on this visit were very friendly polite and helpful. I graded down on service because Sunday morning between 8 and 9, the breakfast buffet was very depleted. Out of milk, all eggs and egg sandwiches and the waffle area was a mess and needed to be cleaned. No staff in sight for nearly 30 minutes. The other two days, everything was fine. I hope they will take this review as a poke to address the issue.
