Hotel bem situado, perto da estação de trem. Não tem vista para o Matterhorn, é bom que se diga. Atendimento excelente na recepção. Dois pontos negativos apenas: a sala de fitness, sem ventilação; e a cama, que não era de casal, nem queen, mas duas camas de solteiro com um vão no meio, cujos colchões não eram confortáveis.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Simi. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: - Great location - Suite (rm 125) was huuuge and perfect for a long stay; nice table, a sitting chair, a very large lounge couch (which could be a 2nd bed), nice warm duvets, and QUIET - Breakfasts were incredible--don't believe anyone who says it isn't. - Room was cleaned well every day, and in-room Nespresso maker and mini-fridge were great - Hotel wellness area was wonderful--loved the sauna and the small amount of people allowed at any time - Ski room was great--the heated boot wall was a nice treat every morning - Afternoon coffee/tea and cake was really nice - Great location too--only a short walk to the station and ski train - Nadja was a pleasure to see every day--she was cheerful, took the time to converse, and was always helpful - Pet-friendly, but we decided not to bring our dog due to EU/UK pet travel costs and challenges CONS: - Likely due to staff shortage, but the hotel shuttle could not be used for daily transport to the far lifts/gondolas while skiing - Biggest disappointment was that some of the staff were not friendly at all--the bartender especially was extremely cold, even though we tried our best to order in German and be friendly. We are very happy we stayed at hotel Simi. The lady at the front desk helped us book reservations for dinner two nights in wonderful restaurants. We used the sauna and loved the great location. It had a separate room for snowboards/skis which was nice. The breakfast was very good. While it was right in the middle of things, it was tucked away on a side road so it was very quiet. We had a queen room for three people with one sleeping on the pull out couch. Just be prepared as the couch is very firm. I would definitely recommend this hotel

It’s also very quiet, so there’s no risk that nightlife will interfere with sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. The quality of the food is very high with a nice selection of breads, jams, juices, cheeses (the usual assortment included a Swiss mountain cheese, Gorgonzola, and an aged goat), European style yogurts, Swiss muesli, fresh fruit, and some made to order options like soft boiled or fried eggs and crêpes. The ski locker room was kept nice and tidy and we really appreciated the heated boots in the morning. Note that you can rent lockers at Bayard by the train station if you don’t like walking in boots carrying skis. The afternoon sweet treat (a rotation of cakes and fruit crumbles) and coffee was another nice touch. Finally, I want to make the point that the entire hotel is kept in impeccable condition. 4.7

I stayed at this boutique hotel with my two kids in a family room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are more spacious than any other traditional hotel room. We loved that. Room had both, shower and bathtub. Location is very convenient. We walked from the station to the hotel and it took us about 3 minutes. Hotel has a small steam, sauna and whirlpool which I enjoyed after a day of skiing. Bus for ski gondolas/train stops very close too. PS. This is a traditional European hotel so you will not find a bar soap. Only liquid soap and shampoo. Which I can live without but if you can’t just pack one.

Very spacious room and excellent staff. Check-in was a breeze and the room was exactly as advertised on Expedia. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The spa wasnt working but we wouldnt have used it anyways.

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit. Het is net alsof je 'thuis' komt. Met de meest vriendelijke medewerkers die mijn verblijf tot een feest hebben gemaakt. Alles was zeer schoon en niets was onmogelijk. Ik kom heel graag weer terug.

Though it was only for a night, l had a lovely stay. The breakfast is very good. But l must warn old people staying in the room with bathroom attached, it can be very slippery with soap, especially in Room 319 where l stayed. Please install grab bars and anti-slip surface.

Very close to train station. Walkable to everywhere, yet a block or so off the main street...so quiet. We had the fourth floor, which had very nice views of the mountains. Our room was beautiful.

It had a separate room for snowboards/skis which was nice. The breakfast was very good. While it was right in the middle of things, it was tucked away on a side road so it was very quiet. Loved our Jr Suite!. Had everything we could have needed. Had a great stay and the front desk was always friendly and helped out with anything that we needed. Breakfast was also great and convenient with options for all diets. Will definitely look to stay here again the next time in Zermatt.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Simi. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: - Great location - Suite (rm 125) was huuuge and perfect for a long stay; nice table, a sitting chair, a very large lounge couch (which could be a 2nd bed), nice warm duvets, and QUIET - Breakfasts were incredible--don't believe anyone who says it isn't. - Room was cleaned well every day, and in-room Nespresso maker and mini-fridge were great - Hotel wellness area was wonderful--loved the sauna and the small amount of people allowed at any time - Ski room was great--the heated boot wall was a nice treat every morning - Afternoon coffee/tea and cake was really nice - Great location too--only a short walk to the station and ski train - Nadja was a pleasure to see every day--she was cheerful, took the time to converse, and was always helpful - Pet-friendly, but we decided not to bring our dog due to EU/UK pet travel costs and challenges CONS: - Likely due to staff shortage, but the hotel shuttle could not be used for daily transport to the far lifts/gondolas while skiing - Biggest disappointment was that some of the staff were not friendly at all--the bartender especially was extremely cold, even though we tried our best to order in German and be friendly. I stayed at this boutique hotel with my two kids in a family room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are more spacious than any other traditional hotel room. We loved that. Room had both, shower and bathtub. Location is very convenient. We walked from the station to the hotel and it took us about 3 minutes. Hotel has a small steam, sauna and whirlpool which I enjoyed after a day of skiing. Bus for ski gondolas/train stops very close too. PS. This is a traditional European hotel so you will not find a bar soap. Only liquid soap and shampoo. Which I can live without but if you can’t just pack one.

We are very happy we stayed at hotel Simi. The lady at the front desk helped us book reservations for dinner two nights in wonderful restaurants. We used the sauna and loved the great location. It had a separate room for snowboards/skis which was nice. The breakfast was very good. While it was right in the middle of things, it was tucked away on a side road so it was very quiet. We had a queen room for three people with one sleeping on the pull out couch. Just be prepared as the couch is very firm. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We loved our stay at Hotel Simi. The location is convenient to the train station, the gornergrat train, and all that the village offers. It’s also very quiet, so there’s no risk that nightlife will interfere with sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. The quality of the food is very high with a nice selection of breads, jams, juices, cheeses (the usual assortment included a Swiss mountain cheese, Gorgonzola, and an aged goat), European style yogurts, Swiss muesli, fresh fruit, and some made to order options like soft boiled or fried eggs and crêpes. The ski locker room was kept nice and tidy and we really appreciated the heated boots in the morning. Note that you can rent lockers at Bayard by the train station if you don’t like walking in boots carrying skis. Though it was only for a night, l had a lovely stay. The breakfast is very good. But l must warn old people staying in the room with bathroom attached, it can be very slippery with soap, especially in Room 319 where l stayed. Please install grab bars and anti-slip surface.
