The room is decent enough. Functionally nice inside, except the plumbing is weird so when someone flushes in another room yours will too. The area is quite run down. The rooms are next to a 24/7 McDonalds which will get gerni’d at ungodly hours of the morning. Good enough for a nights stay if you’re working in the general area. I wouldn’t stay here for a holiday or anything.

Nice and clean, great value for money. Breakfast pack left in the room was a nice touch as was the water bottles. Good location. Check in was quick and easy. Mugs for coffee was great also. Netflix was a bonus!!! The noodle place at the shops was beautiful and very busy.

ケアンズに早朝に到着し、朝のうちに荷物を預かっていただきました。ツアーの終了が遅れたため、深夜0時にホテルに到着しましたが、電話した所、スタッフの方にすぐ来ていただけました。とても親切な方で、部屋の前まで案内していただき、ルームキーの使い方を教えていただきました。近くにスーパーがありますが、夜は午後6時に閉店なのでお気をつけください。

Grundsätzlich sehr großes Zimmer. Leider im Erdgeschoss, 20m gegenüber McDonalds Drive Thru und nicht abgegrenzt - jedem Zugänglich!!! Jeder kann nachts an die Tür klopfen, was die indigene Bevölkerung auch um 3uhr früh gemacht hat - bei jedem der 10 Zimmer. Ansonsten gute Unterkunft.

The noise at night & early morning,was terrible!.We had booked dinner at 5.30 pm,as we thought it would get busy,& wanted to eat early after travelling all day.Sana,the only person behind the bar, was flat out,collecting glasses etc,from the gaming room,before she could come & take our order.She was so lovely & helpful,& our order was put through promptly.However,2 other women staff showed up on duty,thankfully,but just stood chatting & laughing behind the bar,did NOTHING to help Sana,who was still running around,taking recyclables to the outside bin amongst all her other jobs ( i asked her name), even when the kitchen rang the bell not once but twice,announcing our food was ready-they couldnt be bothered fetching it,resulting in it being abit dred out from under the food warmer.In my opinion,those 2 women should be sacked,not just for outright laziness,in what is supposed to be a 'team environment'but what we perceived to definately be bullying behaviour!
