Nice pool, hot tub, exercise room Breakfast wasn’t great - eggs rubbery , sausage undercooked.

Had a great stay at the La Quinta Inn. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Was a great stay for us and our baby and crib was provided to us by which suited our needs. Staff were kind and helpful. Pool area was a bit outdated but did the trick, and it included a kid area. We did notice a sign that said the pool area was to be renovated soon so it looks like this is already being addressed. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Pool was closed. This was a surprise as this was not disclosed when I reserved the room in advance. I was told to just go to the CanadaInn and pay for their water park but at $10 a head, that’s a lot…when I’ve just spent over $600 for two rooms for two nights ! Why they didn’t broker a deal with the Baymont across the parking lot is beyond me! The parking lot had broken Corona bottles and glass right out front in the handicapped parking area making walking with a cane difficult. The TV had lots of channels but nothing watchable as it was very scrambled and the audio quality was terrible. Beds were super firm. Not particularly comfortable. We have stayed here many other times and this is the first time we have been so disappointed..

Gym and pool on site was nice.

Pool area was horrible. No ventilation and way too much chlorine. Everyone from our group felt sick during and after visiting the pool.

Breakfast had a great variety. Bed was very comfortable - a bit tricky with temperature controls, but was definitely nice air conditioning! Very quiet and lots of easy parking which was appreciated!

The pool area was great with the area for smaller children. It was a bit dirty tho.

So disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed ! Online info said was closed and reopening Oct 27, main reason we chose this hotel.

Great hotel, nice and clean and lots of parking.

The beds were not comfortable. The floors looked like they needed to be vacuumed. The hot tub was cold. The water slide doesn’t work for the kids and the pool was freezing.

Hotel itself wasn't great. Dirty in places. Pool area was gross and dirty, pool and hot tub were cloudy. Hallway floors were dirty. Elevator smelled. Beds were God awful uncomfortable and noisy. Front desk wasn't very friendly nor there most of the time. Years ago we liked staying here and it was clean and friendly. It has definitely gone down hill. Very disappointed. Won't stay again.

Aged and not as clean as it used to be. A good scrubbing would be great

Room was average clean - carpet and furniture had multiple stains. Tub was actually clean but the drain was slow which is disgusting. Set a bag of garbage in the hall day 1 of our stay and it was still when we checked out 2+ days later. Note - we didn’t have our room cleaned but the room across from us was cleaned which means the staff ignored our bag completely while it was in plain site. Carpet in the halls and stairs had chunks of dirt and other misc on them the entire time.

The hotel is under construction out side. Dirty parking lot. Dirty lobby. It smells poorly. My room has water damage in the ceiling. Long black hair all over the room. Floors, walls and shower. Shower head is rusted badly and made me feel unsafe in it. TV isn't high def and no streaming options. Bed is decent but room is old dirty and out dated. Not worth the $122 per night. Would not stay again.

Carpets need to be cleaned. Our room had a funky smell. The shelves in the bathroom were dirty.

The carpets throughtout the hotel were stained and some areas not vacumed. The couch in the room had multiple stains on it. The pool area was fine and the childrens area is a big plus. The breakfast was fine. Bring soap because you get very little. The beds were fine.

Everything was fine but the cleanliness. We found a bunch of hair on the floor in the bathroom and the carpet has been vacuumed a long time ago.

Room was not totally clean garbage still under both beds. Dog next door kept barking because owners left it alone, not fair to other quests

This property left a lot to be desired. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so they get top marks, and the price was descent, but the overall condition of the property and the overall cleanliness of the room were both sorely lacking. Not at all what I expected based on previous reviews and the hotel's overall rating. So perhaps my stay was an outlier. That said, the room we had for our stay was... Not really clean at all. And despite having the number of people using the room on the reservation, they didn't give us enough towels or the bedding needed for the sofa couch and we had to go request it. There was some type liquid smashed into the carpets in multiple places. I suspect fingernail polish... There were stains on the bed comforters. The screen on the window was distorted and torn up that we couldn't utilize the window at all. The TV didn't work. The chair and table in the room were covered in scratches and spots that had worn through the top layer of fabric, etc. There was also a lot of hair and other pieces of debris in the carpet and I wondered if they'd vacuumed at all. There were maintenance doors being propped open in the hallways with broken broom handles, the list goes on. It was a very tried and poorly cleaned property when we were there. So use caution booking here as I feel the recent state of the property may not be exactly as the reviews show.

We went to stay for a night specifically for the kids to swim and have fun. The pool was in very poor shape. There was sheet rock removed from a portion of the ceiling. The water was freezing. The door was off of the bathroom in the pool area and the other door was blocked. In our room the fridge still had contents from the previous persons stay. There was candy in the couch cushions and it just felt a little dirty.

Room was average.... clean. But the window didn't shut all of the way. Staff (which, by the way, there was one person on shift to do everything in the hotel) did check it out when asked but it was never fixed. No follow up, no option to change rooms because the hotel was apparently booked for that kind of room.... nothing offered to help offset this problem (hint-hint, discount) was very dissatisfied with how this problem was not taken care of. Will not stay another night at a La Quinta Inn because cause of this.

Things were not clean looking, lots of stains and dirt looking spots all over. Our window to our room had a huge crack and did not shut all the way. It made our room cold and was very noisy on windy days

Would have liked heavier blankets. Heat was hard to adjust

sound proofing would be great, can hear almost everyone going down the hall. usually not the case in most hotels

Rooms were not aound proof. Could hear everything going on outside the room. Along with the people walking in the room above us. Also could hear their toloet flush as well.

Tv didn’t work when confronted front desk staff they said yes another lady in another room on our floor was having same issue we replaced her box and still didn’t work so they were unsure…..they didn’t give us any answers or suggestions just left it like that. Bathroom sink tap was very loose and had to be very carefully when turning it on and off, bathroom vent was left hanging down full of dust we had to push it back up multiple times. Wi-Fi is terrible on the forth floor and no answers to why that is.

The TVs didn’t work, there was something spattered on one of the walls and the carpet did not look clean. The bathroom was super clean though so that was good. Sheets were clean but the beds are super soft which made sleeping uncomfortable for us but some may like a soft bed. Breakfast was good!

Arrived at the hotel and got into our room and BOTH TVs were non-functional. The wiring on one of the TV's was literally hanging on the wall. After a few phone calls one of the front desk attendants came and looked at the TV's and decided to allow us to change rooms. We would be staying for 5 days so we had multiple pieces of luggage to move, so it was inconvenient. The second room was good and everything was working. It is a very busy hotel and has construction and military using the hotel so it gets loud and busy at 5am most mornings.

The property itself was nice and conveniently located for our needs. It was disappointing we were not able to get into our room until after 4:30 even though check-in is clearly stated at 3:00.

Everything was great besides checking in. Was advised our room was not ready at check in time. Got others checked in and sent to rooms and we had to wait over an hour to get in our room as they were still cleaning it.

The staff when out of their way to make the stay happen and were able to make some last minute changes that really helped Thanks Chris and Tiffany. You guys were great. Mark

Not the LaQuinta Inn I was used to staying in. Elevator floors were discussing. Rooms were clean and mattress was good. Stayed five nights and had to request somebody to attend to my room once in five days. Breakfast was done at none in the morning during the week. Had several family members stay and they all said the same thing, never again. Front desk was unattended most of the time and the cleaning crew were outside smoking all the time. Place needs a manager.

There was a confusion about the day I was checking in. Thank goodness Sarah the girl manning the front desk wasn't afraid to do some investigative work, double check with her supervisor, and do it all with a smile. Would totally stay here again just because of the kind staff. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Our check-in experience was undesirable. We arrived around 300 pm, check-in time and was told our room was not ready and to come back. An hour later, we tried to check-in and our room was still not ready. They asked us to try again at 5:30 pm. That would have been too late as we had a banquet to get ready for and be at by 6:00. The reason for the visit was the banquet and graduation. I'm not sure we will stay here again. Bummer becasue everything else was fine with our stay.

I walked from the hotel through a nice quiet neighborhood. I notice a park for kids less than a mile away. Easy drive to shopping and the airport.

The last 2 times we stayed at this hotel we were disappointed in the breakfast. They no longer offer biscuits and gravy and sausage.

Very family friendly! We met family and the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was very nice and enjoyed the hot tub! Young kids enjoyed the kiddy pool area and older kids the pool. Breakfast was very nice!

The continental breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel. They have eggs, sausage, pancakes made by a machine right in front of you. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagel, toast and muffins. Juice, tea, coffee, as well as unlimited amont of pods for your in room coffee maker.
