A lovely 1 night hotel stay. Fabulous location, clean, modern room with great facilities including air conditioning, plugs in the right places, sky TV channels, long mirror, some toiletries and a very comfortable bed! Would highly recommend.

Perfect location to get around london right outside old street station, plenty food around hotel too! Room was clean, on the small side but ideal for a solo trip but also acceptable for a couple trip providing you dont mind having not much room to walk around. This is based on the room without a window. It had air-conditioning but it wasn't that great/powerful so didnt seem to make much of a difference. Room was quiet but occasionally could hear the underground but wasn't too excessive. Its really ideal if its just somewhere to put your head for the night but not if you were going to be staying in the room for long periods or having to take awhile to get ready to go out.

The hotel is very clean and at a very convenient location, easy to access busses and the tube. The basement rooms are sweltering though. And the air con in my room only stayed on for 4 minutes at a time. So i had to keep turning it on over and over again till the room cooled down. It would have been nice to have actual wash clothes included with the towels. But thats a minor detail. Also nice would have been a mini fridge...maybe where the kettle is and put that on top of it. I would stay here again...just not in a windowless room. Beds were a little hard but i got used to it.

The entire non-smoking hotel reeks of smoke. The carpets throughout are filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no top sheet so you had to sleep with the hotel comforter directly on you. The floor in my room had soft spots from prior water intrusion from the bathroom.

I booked a room without a window so that was as expected. However there was a constant hum of an extractor fan which kept me awake even wearing earplugs. Flush on the loo wasn’t great. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was very noisy with a water system for the air con for the hotel constantly filling. the basement room is also close to the main Old Street underground which can be heard clearly. IMO this should not be a bedroom

Simple rooms with all necessary amenities. I appreciated the tea/coffee/water set up, it was great. However, I was put in a stuffy basement room which shook every time a train passed on the Northern line. It was loud and uncomfortable.

The internet was ok. The room was to small no cupboards for clothes only a couple of hangers on a peg on the wall. Only suitable for 1 night stay. If you take in the floor space it is only about 2sqm. S this is well overpriced.

I noticed a mistake with my booking dates and contacted them immediately after booking (weeks before my stay) but there was nothing they would do to support. This is worse than the service offered by notoriously low-service airline Ryanair. The room I'd paid extra for 'with a window' was underground with the window blocked out by a smoking shelter or similar. The air conditioning was very noisy and kept waking me up through the night. The window blind was broken. I was moved to another room for my second night which was much nicer and in better condition. I've stayed here before but this experience was poor overall.

The location here is everything, right by the subway, plenty of restaurants around, couple of grocery stores in a 5 min walk. Found the room being really nice and clean, front desk employees: Marija and Alena making the room available early made my stay enjoyable and definitely I will stay here again. Saturday afternoon with different kind of cheese and wine was a nice surprise.

Hotel is in a great location very close to Old Street Station. Loved the complimentary cheese and wine on a Saturday night. Room was tiny which we expected but the bathroom has only a glass partition and even though it looks like frosted glass its completely see through so you can see the other person on the toilet! Most off putting and wouldnt consider staying again purely because i like a little more privacy

Fab little budget hotel, a convenient 5 minute walk from Old Street tube. The windowless room we had was very warm though, even though the air con was set at 18’C. Otherwise highly recommended, friendly helpful staff who didn’t mind us having a late drink after a concert we went to. The windowless room was a similar design to Bloc or Yotel. Thumbs up and will stay again.
