This hotel facility is not that great. For instance, most hotels in Korea have bidet, but this one does not have it. Also, not able to use Dyson hair styler US model, which needs 120 volt.

Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel. Le gym est spacieux, propre et contient suffisamment d’équipements. Le lit est super confortable. Le check-in s’est fait rapidement et amicalement. Les employés à qui je parlais comprenaient l’anglais. Je n’ai pas profité du petit-déjeuner (montant à débourser). Attention, il n’y a pas de buanderie en temps que tel, c’est plutôt un service de buanderie. J’ai donc fait mon lavage à la main et le séchage sur la corde à linge incluse dans la douche. On a le contrôle sur l’air climatisé, donc la température était très confortable dans la chambre. Un excellent emplacement pour marcher, faire du jogging, manger des mets coréens et prendre des photos.

It is pretty typical holiday inn, clean and comfortable although the property seems a bit old and dated. It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we were originally assigned had stains on the carpet and had unpleasant odor. We had to wait a little to be moved to another room but the staff were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us.

Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was very well cleaned and had all the accompaniments needed. The location was great for walking in Central Park and there were numerous restaurants to choose from. Taxis were plentiful. The true stars were the staff. Went the extra mile to assure our stay was great. Can’t say enough about them.

Holiday Inn Incheon was perfect in every way, except one; they turned off the A/C. When i called down and told them it was 23.5 degress Celsius in my room they said open the windows, which crack open about 4 cm. They gave me a story about people being cold, which i responded t"they can turn off their A/C," He finally relented and turned it on for two hours to cool off my room. Leave the option for A/C or heat on 24/7,365 and charge more for the room if that is the problem. I should always have the option when a hotel comes with A/C and heat. Otherwise great staff, breakfast bufffet, local shopping and a Hyundai Premium Outlet a couple stops away on the subway.

Staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and organised, but the air-conditioning was lousy. It is a centralised system set at 25.5ºC and cannot, apparently, be adjusted. So, my sleep quality was poor and I am leaving feeling shattered after two restless, uncomfortable nights.

We stayed here for 2 nights in room 1207. Room was cleaned tidy and met our needs. Toiletries were complimentary Dove products and water was also provided. Walk in shower was a bonus and large with rainfall shower head Close to shopping centres, outlets and Costco as well as many restaurants. Close to the Cruise port terminal which is why we stayed here Staff organised taxis to take us to various places which was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again

Overall, I enjoyed staying at this property but I gave it a lower ranking because of 2 peculiar experiences while staying there. 1. I asked to use the hotel wheel chair for my 85-year old mother. They provided a wheel chair but notified me that we could not take it outside the hotel. I found this quite funny since the purpose of the wheel chair was to provide greater mobility for my mother so we could enjoy the wonder Central Park area nearby. Guess they wanted to keep their wheel chair "unused". 2. I tried to order in-room breakfast on Sunday morning around 9am. I was told by room service that I had to go to the buffet upstair as they would not deliver in-room breakfast even though their in-room menu clearly stated "In-Room Breakfast until 10:30am". After escalating the issue to the F&B Manager on duty, they took my request for in-room breakfast. All the staff were friendly and tried hard to be helpful but not always effective. I\'m guessing these are just temporary post-COVID staff training issues, except for the "indoor use only" wheel chair.

Super convenient location, connected to a subway station. Costco is across the street and you don't need a membership to buy from the food court (you do need cash though). Lots of food around the hotel and eaay access to everything via the subway. Friendly staff, allowed me to check in 2 hours early. Highly recommend!

Disappointing service. Went to the rooftop bar/restaurant with our 3 children. Ordered and waited almost an hour and still no meals. Had ordered fish and chips and fries so not that hard to cook! Attendant was not apologetic, simply brushed off and asked us to wait. Ended up leaving, no dinner. Rooms are ok, but the bathroom doors aee apring loaded and noisely crash closed every time. Area around the hotel is pretty dirty, a few dining options but nothing special. Will stay somewhere different next time.

이 주변은 참 괜찮은 호텔이 별로 없는거 같습니다.. 그나마 이곳이 낫습니다. 조식은 기대보다 좋았습니다. 주차장은 넓고 편했습니다. 시설도 괜찮고 룸관리 상태도 나쁘지 않습니다. 하지만 아침시간 리셉션 직원이 한명밖에 없어서 줄서서 한참을 기다려 체크아웃했네요;; 땀 뻘뻘흘려가며 부족한 영어실력에도 외국손님들 귀찮은 요청 다 응대해주고 계속 울리는 전화도 받고 열심히 하는 모습은 보기 좋았으나, 프로다운 모습은 아니었습니다. 그 직원의 문제라고 보이지는 않습니다. 그 시간에 직원을 한명밖에 배정을 안하는 관리포인트가 다소 이해가 안됩니다. 전반적으로 봤을때 이정도 퀄리티와 프로세스, 직원수면 숙박비는 10% 정도 내려야 적절하다고 봐요

It is very conveniently located near the Central Park Exit 2 subway station. Great location to grab food as there are restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The central park is just nearby for a good stroll. Hotel check in service is fast but doesnt seem to have concierge to help me with the lugguage (i got a few bags on my hand). I actually said i may need help but the receptionist could have not heard it (not sure though) Property is generally very good except that the powerpoints are a tad to stiff and is so hard to plug in and out the chargers

From check-in to check-out, super clean rooms, Fantastic breakfast buffet and a professional and helpful staff, FANTASTIC!! GREAT central location, short walk to Songdo Park, the river walk and wonderful boat tour on the river. Our next trip to Inchon, we will certainly make our reservations at the Holiday Inn. Tolles Hotel. Wir waren erst skeptisch, da wir mit Holiday Inn schon mal Pech hatten. Das Hotel ist aber absolut top! Die Lage ist optimal. Direkt am Canal Walk mit einer Metro Station vor der Haustür. Neben kleinen Convenience Stores (GS25 und 7eleven) gab es diverse Restaurants. Auch im Hotel war das Restaurant sehr gut. Besonders das Frühstück als auch das Mittag wurden in Buffetform serviert und waren sehr vielfältig. Wir werden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in, and for a bargain price too. Staff is top-notch and very friendly. Cost of breakfast is a bit spending day, especially if you only want coffee and a bagel. But if you’re hungry, it’s the way to go. Nice room, very clean. Hotel feels very welcoming. I would stay there again and highly recommend.
