Good location, excellent staff. IT problems at check-in with my reservation. Only negative about the room was the way the table chair arrangement worked with a built in chair back on a window bench was awkward

Close to the train station, convenient above all else. Staff were helpful, but they seemed understaffed for the size of the hotel. Check in was electronic self service, yet self-service did not make up for efficiency. Our hotel room didn’t separate the shower from the beds with a door. You have to use a curtain to separate them, so the floor gets wet and dirty quickly since you need to pass the shower floor to get into the bedroom. Breakfast was overpriced and not worth it.

The staff were super friendly. The room has everything you need. Something to note is the shower is in the main room with no privacy really except a curtain. Super close to the train station and streetcar. Breakfast had a good selection but expensive.
