The Hotel is 15 minutes drive from the airport and convenient to get to nearby excellent Malls, but not easy to walk around in the immediate area. the decor of the Hotel is a little over the top and dated, but rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Cleanliness could be better and general upkeep. The swimming pools are a great - both of them and the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant.

I love the 2 pools and the gym was great! Amazing restaurant and outdoor space. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast needs normal pancakes

Truth some tender loving care this could be a good to excellent hotel. Maintenance needs to be done . No plug in the bathroom sink. Plugs falling off wall shower Brocken. The service needs to be looked at. No drinks offered during the evening meal. We waited over an hour for a sandwich at lunch. Plastic cups so flimsy I thought I was going to loose my drink . Paper cups for coffee. Really

Wir waren vorher in Hurghada ebenfalls in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Dieses ist im vergleich höchstens bei 3 Sternen. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Fenster sind so dünn, dass man alles aus der Umgebung hören kann. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ok aber die angegebenen 5 sind in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt

Need some renovation but rooms are clean and super nice staff (special thanks to Ghada from housekeeping), they have separate pools, one for kids and another big one, the location tho wasn’t the best, far from downtown and all the touristic places.

The hotel been a 4 stars was great and in my opinion it’s 5 stars great staff and awesome food the facilities were very clean and overall experience was great

The staff at the front desk are horrible. Could barely find a way for us to pay because they couldn’t figure out the machines. Amenities were not as described

Hotel prácticamente de paso , es muy viejo sus instalaciones y el mobiliario, desayuno sin variedad, no lo recomiendo.

Room was cleaned regularly. The number of bars/restaurants open did not match the advert. A mistake was made by the hotel on my payment which meant there was £10 outstanding. My room key was switched off and I was followed on cctv around the hotel at 1am until I settled the amount which was totally unacceptable

Too old and not clean

L'albergo è carino generalmente parlando, ma non è discuro un 5 stelle. Quando chiedevo di pulire la stanza non mi cambiavano le lensula. Li sistemavano è basta. La doccia era quasi rotta, in bagno c'era sempre un odore cattivo. L'aria condizionata ti arriva troppo diretta in faccia nonostante sia centralizzata, questo perché la stanza è molto piccola. Il cibo è davvero di bassa qualità

Fomos para dormir e estar perto do aeroporto, infelizmente foi tempo suficiente para ter uma experiência bastante desagradável. Funcionários rudes, principalmente o rapaz que carrega as malas. Depois que fizemos o check-in, pegamos nossas malas e subimos para o quarto, até aí tudo bem. De repente a campainha toca e um funcionário mal humorado e rude deu uma bronca na minha esposa dizendo que ele seria prejudicado por não termos esperado que ele levasse nossa mala para o quarto. Mas ele simplesmente não estava lá quando fizemos o check-in! Agora a culpa era nossa. Ele ainda se deu o trabalho de ir até nosso quarto brigar conosco! Sem educação nenhuma, ainda mais porque foi minha esposa que atendeu a porta (eu estava tomando banho). Ar condicionado velho e extremamente barulhento, não dormimos bem. Lençóis com cheiro forte (não conseguimos identificar do que era o cheiro, mas era ruim). Leia as outras avaliações e verá que de modo geral muitos reclamam dos funcionários. Pros: Quarto bastante espaçoso, mas não usufruímos porque ficamos apenas algumas horas.

When we first checked in we were upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe room in order to get a king bed and one not facing the freeway. The room was adequate but not clean with smudged glass, dirt in the corners, a dirty bedspread, thin bare sheets. Exhausted, we just crashed and tried to sleep. The noise from the road still penetrated. The next day my partner spoke with management who said they would have the room deep cleaned while we were away for the day. We returned and some improvement had been made it was still not acceptable. Mgmt came and inspected - agreed it was needing additional work and upgraded us again into a suite which was in fairly good shape and it was clean. So- a bit of perspective- this hotel is shabby from use but the staff does try to keep up with it. It just needs an update - toss out the tired furniture, new paint, deep cleaning, and get some fresh linens for the beds. Its primary customers seem to be Egyptians and not tourists so the standard may be different. We also had a soccer team there so that may set some of the level of comfort and accommodations. I cannot say enough how lovely the staff was to us and how much we enjoyed the breakfast. American coffee! Not a huge variety of hot food but plenty to eat overall and the chefs did make us omelets and falafel each morning fresh which was great...you do have to track them down a bit but after the first morning we were greeted like family. Easy to access most of Cairo easily via taxi

Wonderful staff, very professional and helpful, I will definitely stay again. Very good breakfast buffet. It is on a busy road and the hotel advises guests not to cross it but to use the pedestrian bridge. Just get a taxi or uber to go anywhere. Close to Korba district, a vibrant area with loads of restaurants, cafes, shops. Close to Baron Palace. Surprisingly you don't hear traffic noise from your room. A very spacious room.

Rooms are old and smelly. Toilets are old and dirty. Service is great but hotel needs major renovations.

Very nice hotel, very good service and especially a very professional staff that helped us during our stay. I really appreciated everything, in particular the great room service by Mrs/ Hanaa, she was very competent and accurate in every single thing. I really recommend this hotel.

People are not friendly - they never smile - some of them are rude. I asked the lady in the front desk for a pen, she was upset and told me: “but you have to bring it back”.

The bathroom in my room needed work, the shower was spraying everywhere my hair got soaked every time. The hotel is also off a main highway so lots of traffic noise. It is convenient as far as accessibility to the airport but it is a good distance from the downtown area if you are doing any tours, most companies will charge extra for pickup services

Property is good but, there is nothing to do within walking distance. We had to take taxi all the time to go out to eat or shop.

Ingen alkohol, og maten var ikke imponerende. Restauranten brukte lang tid på å tilberede maten og den var ikke noe å skrive hjem om
