Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai

The property is beautiful, the rooms are well designed for comfort and convenience. There is a nice exercise facility and a beautiful pool on the top level. I was very impressed by the positive attitude of the staff that cleaned my room (Sange and Narendra), the wait staff in the hotel dining room (Gagan, Sweety, Abbasi, Dipesh and Hunny), and Don the pool manager.

The staff were excellent: Faisal went out of his way to help me; Mustafa the manager was exceptional and Kay helped with checkout. The hotel is just OK - too long of a wait for elevators and breakfast and hot water could be better but otherwise fine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Grand Dubai, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles making me feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of modern elegance and traditional charm. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The panoramic views of the Dubai skyline from my room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, each with its unique atmosphere and culinary delights. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the Jamaican and Indian restaurant, where the food was freshly made and the flavors were authentic and delicious. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring an impressive selection of international dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries. The facilities at Sheraton Grand Dubai are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully designed, providing a serene escape from the bustling city. I also took advantage of the spa services, which were heavenly and rejuvenating. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to major attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and assisting with reservations.

well located ,only One Drawback is it gets too crowded at the Main Entrance parking Porch ,difficult at times to get in to the Hotel

Service was very good. There was noise from my next door and the hotel stopped it timely and had followed up at least three times to check if all ok. The spa was a treat after long haul flight and DWI from Bali was really great.

I met up for a friends’ weekend. The room was lovely and the club was good. Pool area was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a massage on the last day with Rahma-great experience. I would definitely stay again.

A few mins walk from a metro, great facilities, lovely breakfast, really enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and the spa area was amazing. The staff were lovely but as i was there for a weeks it became a little repetitive that someone would ask for a google review personally naming them, when that was the first they spoke to me. Happy to give to reviews when someone deserves this, just not because that was the first encounter we had e.g they did not help with anything but just came up to me to ask for a review etc.

Staff is first rate and all are very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooftop pool, restaurant and bar were upgraded and are excellent.

This time staying experience was horrible. Bedsheets was not clean, minibar was totally empty which not acceptable for 5 star hotel. Housekeeping knocking door early (8am morning) and asking me do I need cleaning for room. One way of waking up service but as per their interesting time.

The room and hotel facilities were all clean and well-kept. As usual to Dubai, you feel like there is more staff than the customer, which is not a bad thing. I will return to this place if I have another business trip to Dubai.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, despite having been a loyal customer for five years. Unfortunately, the rooms failed to meet basic cleanliness standards, with loose sockets and dirty towels provided by housekeeping. To make matters worse, our toilet seat was broken. This was undoubtedly the worst experience for my family and me, and we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

There was a lot of problems water leakage blind fell off, they didnt change bed sheets for five days, till we asked for them to change it. valet would delay almost every day. Not a good experience at all

Safe hotel to stay at very luxury. Very quiet. Transportation it’s right on their door train or tax. They have restaurant inside and bar, jacuzzi and so on very awesome place to stay at if you’re in Dubai I recommend it.

We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for a week in April, during which time we were shown the utmost kindness and respect by every staff member we came across. The check-in process was simple; our hotel room was neat, modern, with decent views of the city and also proved to be soundproof (apparently there are 3 nightclubs on the premises?). The Sheraton Grand is central to most attractions, which was important to us as we wanted to be close to the airport, Dubai mall, the Museum of the Future and a metro station. Concierge was always helpful in assisting us with directions and best route options to our planned activities. Additionally, we used Uber for most of our trips and it was very convenient. For those times we were too lazy to leave the hotel, the 24-hr room service came in clutch. While looking for some snacks, we stumbled upon a grocery store across from the hotel’s side entrance that sells freshly baked pastries like pain au chocolat, pain au chocolate and also…..pain au chocolat. Special thanks to all the staff, and especially Koushima — who ensured our stay was comfortable and gave us a reason to return to the same hotel whenever in Dubai.

The problem was that even though the room was not smoking room there was a clear tobacco smell which is annoying. Otherwise everything was nice

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Great room. However, the toilet in the half bathroom constantly runs after you flush unless you press the flush a certain way or press it a few times to stop the water running. The shower door does not close properly which caused our bathroom floor to constantly be wet and slippery after a shower and we we’re constantly having to put multiple towels on the floor to soak up all the water. The maintenance man came to fix these but nothing was actually fixed.

Rooms are over designed. Shower was not hot for a long time usually I just took a Luke warm shower as I did not have patience.

The service here was otustanding! From the check in process to the constant helpful and cheerful interactions. I can't recommend this hotel more. I only wish other 5 star hotels would hold themselves to this standard. The best experience I have had in a long time.

The staff were amazingly, very helpful and accommodating. The concierge deserve a mention on the level of service and helpfulness also. We had a very late flight and they kindly gave us access to the gym area to change. Will come here again!

Just got back from our stay at the Sheraton Grand and it was amazing. There were so many breakfast options to choose from, the staff are extremely accommodating and the location is so central and close to all the main attractions. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Dubai!

This is a great place to stay if you are attending a conference at trade center or exploring old Dubai. It’s quite a distance from the Palm and JBR. The metro is a 7-10 min walk which is convenient. The rooftop pool is great with good drinks and food. There are two restaurants, one has a Friday feast buffet and the other on level 53, both pretty expensive. Team was responsive to any requests/concerns. The room type I had booked was not available (and I called ahead from the Uk to advise of late arrival time) but they provided club access for a day for the inconvenience. Excellent service , small grocery across the street and overall good value if you get a good rate. Far from JBR.

Great place to stay. Location is close to all the major attractions; Dubai frame, Museum Of The Future, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Transit station is about 500 meters away, easily walkable. Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel food options and buffet were good as well. The staff was welcoming and helpful; Hunny in the buffet was awesome, Aasim the concierge helped us almost everyday and Ayantika checked in on us every evening to ensure we enjoyed our room. Overall a great hotel. 5 star experience.
