Booked studio with two queen beds. The bed size is on the smaller side, I think they are double beds. Quiet and overall clean. There are bird nests on the exterior wall facing the pool - can be unsanitary near the pool.

Great room! Plenty of space for several people and nice desk area. The kitchenette was very functional and instructions for coffee pot were clear. Great fire pits out front, slight drawback is they look on the parking lot. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast was terrific and staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights for 4th of July and it was packed! Pros: Nice hotel, accomodating staff, lobby, bathroom, gym, and beverage stations are all well kept, room is decent size, separate seating area, comfy mattress/pillows/couch, full equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, security cameras all over the hotel, pool/jacuzzi area is decent size and comes with outdoor furnishings, towels, and floaties, ample of parking space for all types of cars, on the go breakfast is OK. CONS: The ONLY downside of our stay is that the hotel has flying residents(swallow birds created several nests in the structures of the hotel). Majority of the hotel windows facing the freeway or the business area are filled with droppings(such an eyesore obstructing the view and quite unsanitary considering the hotel is well maintained).Tons of swallows are flying around non-stop until the sunset. You have to stay on guard for additional surprises, especially, when you hang out at the pool or firepit area. You don't always know when the birds will decide to share their "blessings" with you(we got pooped on 4x at the pool). It is poop everywhere including parked cars! From the outdoor furnishings, to bird poop floating in the pool water, side door entrance, smell of bird droppings. It just ruins the moment just when you think you can relax and you just got bombed! It was a nice stay overall, but we did not appreciate the unsanitary part of it. I hope they find a solution to resolve this pesky issue!

Stayed with kids, pool was clean. Continental breakfast was a plus with a breakfast sandwich station, cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker w/ toppings even kids favorite Nutella. Bbq outside that we used to make steaks. No stove inside just microwave. Restaurant was pretty close and a target too. It’s right by the busy freeway w/ car noise. Only inconvenient I had was washer dryer was through an app that wasn’t working properly me and a few other guest had issues, hotel has no quarters, plus it was a little expensive at $9 for a complete wash and app fee of .35 cents. Hotel night staff was super helpful and did all she could to help me with the situation.

will stay here again if we get the chance! kinda spendy but very nice! staff is very friendly and helpful. parking is kinda tough. not much options for a truck pulling a trailer. p.s. is there any way you could get nicer toilet paper?

The hotel was nice the property the area was in a good location. I guess the room was nice. The only thing was in the morning when we were getting ready to leave we had a little visitor in our room. There was cockroaches on the top of our wood shelf Weird because everything is clean, but they showed up.

Our room was great - plenty of room, full sized microwave and good fridge for our weeklong stay. Breakfast was solid, a little thin for whole food plant based people, as there was only cows milk, no plant based option and plenty of meat and egg options for breakfast, fruit was hit and miss. The big downside was that the stairwell we used - far end and we were room 401, so used all the stairs up and down seem to never be cleaned - even after we said something to three different people at the front desk. The main issue many of the rails had blood on them. It was like someone got a pretty serious cut and then used the rails, so there was blood on many of the rails and at least one place on the wall. (two pics below.) It also seemed like the first floor stairway floor tiles were never cleaned in our week there as the same big areas of dirt remained and were the same the whole time. All in all we liked the place and would stay again, but were surprised the fruit was so hit and miss and most places we stay offer a non-dairy milk for those aiming for a plant based diet. And, I was surprised that house-keeping didn't feel the need to keep the rails or floor clean. I've never stayed in a place that had these kind of issues before and I am economy minded - that is, I don't pay for expensive places.

My stay was overall great. The staff and room was nice. I am super picky with cleanliness. There were a few hairs in the shower but other than that, it was super clean. Also, there was a problem with the room card system but the staff was great and tried to make an inconvenience very convenient. They were kind and patient and very welcoming.

Nice space in room. We stayed 5 nights. We were able to prepare some meals in the room with the partial kitchen. It was nice not to eat in restaurants every night. Staff friendly. Only issue is the hotel has an ant problem. They did move us to a different room but there were still some in that room.

We had a great stay! A suite with a bedroom and living room made it easy to separate the kids for sleep. Only thing was when our baby crawled on the floor she ended up completely dirty which just grosses me out - please clean the floors!

Honestly, the room was a lovely surprise. Not just plenty of useable space, but chock-full of amenities (even a dishwasher in the room and washer/dryer in the lobby). Lots of well-behaved dogs coming and going, conveniently located near a freeway exit, but soundproof. We will stay there again.

This hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and willing to help. Loved the fire rings outside in the front, the pool and jacuzzi were immaculate. Enjoyed our stay here very much. The only negative I would say is that there are no safes in the rooms.

Close to being a good budget friendly hotel except I got put on the highway side of the building with no opportunity available to change rooms. Asked immediately to change rooms and was told there was nothing I could do. If I hadn’t spent $250 for the room, I would have left to find somewhere else to go and it would have been quieter to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Ear plugs don’t even muffle the sound. Would have been a good room if it didn’t feel like my bed was on the median of the freeway.

Only stayed one night, but everything was clean, room was a good size, excellent blackout shades, quiet even though we were next to the freeway, a kitchenette (that we didn’t use, but if staying longer we would), all was good…except the pillows were too thin for me and I was sore next day, but that is minor and I should remember to bring my own pillow when traveling. Breakfast was typical of hotels in this price range, though they had a yogurt machine with a local vanilla variety that I liked much better than yoplait. Overall pleasant stay, would book again.

Appreciated the privacy curtain that separated the bed from lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Window treatment effectively blocked light. Kitchen had dishes, cutlery, towels. Refrigerator had a real freezer. Great for longer stays.

The best thing about this property is the staff. We were greeted in a friendly and patient manner. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We asked for quiet, and that was what we got. Even though we were on the freeway side, we had no traffic noise. The suite was smaller than I expected, but it was well-equipped with lots of counter space for the four of us to put our “stuff”. I would have liked bigger trash cans since they only service the room every other day. Although we did not use it, we appreciated that they have a walk-in shower rather than a tub. Much safer for us “oldies”. I just wish they had a room with two kings instead of queens.

I hated the parking situation and the fact that i had to wait at the "automatic door" for the front desk lady to open it because she wasnt paying attention. I had 2 sleepig toddlers on my shoulders ans it was very frustrating when i could not just walk in after checking in.

I travel often and things happen. Key card malfunction. Locks malfunction. It's how we recover from those that sets us apart. I was locked out of my room for about 2 hours. It was late and I was exhausted. The lock malfunctioned. The Assistant General Manager came in from his day off at about 8:30 pm to help. I was very appreciative. He told me that I would not have to pay for that night. I got back into the room and was told that the lock was not fixed and that I'd have to change rooms either that night or the next morning. It was about 10:30 pm so I opted for the next morning. I pack up and anticipate just exchanging keys for the new room the next morning. The person at the front desk had no idea what had happened the night before. I had to tell the whole story before she would give me a new room. When I checked out, i asked for a receipt. The person at the front desk said they would email one in a few hours. That was not done. I called the hotel later that day. No credit was issued. I asked for a call back. No one called me back. The night of the lock out, i emailed the general manager. No response. It is 5 days later. No response. No credit. No receipt.

Check-in time was 3 pm, I called the hotel to tell them that my family need to catch a 3 pm shuttle arranged by the wedding party to attend the wedding. I was told that I would be able to check in at 2 pm because the guests of the wedding party has over 13 rooms reserved and would make it a priority to let us check in at 2 pm so that we can take the shuttle to attend the wedding ceremony. I arrived at the hotel at 1:45 pm and was willing to wait till 2 pm to get into my room to change. I need to drive 2 hours to get to Petaluma and I need to change to the wedding attire at the hotel. However, MY ROOM WAS STILL NOT READY AT 3 PM AND WAS NOT YET CLEANED TO ALLOW MY FAMILY TO GET IN. My family and I had to go to my brother-in-law's room to change into our party attire. This is ridiculous!! When we went to my brother-in-law's room, the cleaning cart was parked in front of our supposedly room but NO ONE was inside cleaning it. I was totally disappointed at the service this hotel provides. In addition, after attending the wedding, we still have to move our bags to get into our room.

I had a beautiful stay in this hotel! They were very considerate with regards to early check-in. Nadine (front desk agent) was hospitable and friendly. Thank you also to Marisol (housekeeper) for cleaning my room. Their sevice was greatly appreciated! The breakfast was so good! My birthday was indeed memorable. Thank you! They didn't clean the room during our stay, even after a specific request to the front desk for that service. There was no do not disturb sign. They checked us into the wrong booking and then charged us for both and were unhelpful with a refund.

It is a nice hotel, has a bit of a homeless population charging their phones on the property.It is a clean hotel, but even though requested the staff failed to fill the shampoo bottle on first request. Nice showers, beds were good. Staff is for the most part very responsive.

We visit Sonoma Cnty 5-6x/yr, trying different hotels. Very few "make the grade" as return choices. Home2 Suites@Hilton is going to be one of them. New, efficiently designed, spacious rooms. Note the open DR area is located BEFORE the Reception Desk, which is to your left as you enter. Also, our GPS indicated the front two office bldgs as the hotel; don't be confused, just continue down the road's curve to the left. The hotel sits between the two office buildings and a strip mall.

It’s our 2nd visit. This hotel is laid out ideally for travellers or longer stays. We plan a return trip in 2 weeks. Bed is wonderfully comfy and having a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and extra sink is great. Staff are super welcoming. Easy on/off highway, food nearby and 10 minutes from the well reviewed Sarmentine (French bakery).

Everything was great until breakfast. They were running out of everything. The juice dispenser didn’t work, no fruit, no water, had to ask for bread cause was out. For this nice of hotel I would have thought they’d have a good selection of breakfast food. Very limited. No muffins , no eggs, no bacon, no sausage. Only had like these dry looking sausage sandwich and two egg omelet thing with cheese that didn’t look good They put a few more things out after I started eating. Won’t be coming back just because of this which is sad cause the hotel is wonderful.

Property and design are excellent. Management could be improved. Breakfast offerings were lame and appeared to be managed by people that don't eat the offerings. Undercooked items, egg/sausage/cheese sandwiches of low quality, butter packages kept so cold as to prevent spreading on bread/waffles.

Stayed 2 nights, everything was good and service as expected in a good hotel. Breakfast had plenty of options the only comment I have is that breakfast table are not been clean after each use and I has to wipe with a napkins before using it. Would be nice if someone would take care of it.
