WoodSpring Suites Morrisville - Raleigh Durham Airport

Everything was great.

Room was very clean, and simple. Would like to see the rooms get some updates- new desk chairs would've been better than a dining chair, upgraded shower heads w/3 settings, and since the rooms have a mini-kitchen with stove tops (but no oven), upgraded microwaves, and full-sized refrigerators, how about some complementary dishes and silverware along with complementary dishwashing liquid and dish rack. Also with my room specifically, the nightstand that was mounted to the wall showed signs it was partially detached from the wall. I showed this to the employee at the check-in desk and she put in a work-order to have it fixed. The nightstand held up for all 3 of my nights that I stayed.

Left Kindle in room after check out. Hotel staff called and we agreed to ship it due to distance. Never received item. Lobby was closed at inconvenient times. Kiosk available but took a long time to connect.

We had a great stay. I wasn't in love with the virtual front desk kiosk since they did have to have an actual person finally open the front desk to check us in after about 15 minutes of waiting, but the lady who came out was nice and apoligetic and took care of getting us checked in quickly. We were in town for a horse show so it was clean, quiet, and affordable for what we needed and easy to find.

Pros: great price and clean rooms. They also have streaming services. Cons: Extremely sketchy people constantly hanging around the outside smoking and doing who knows what. Little to no signs of hotel personnel and you check in virtually.
