A convenient hotel. They charged for holding my bags after checkout. Small, well equipped room. No in room facilities (eg kettle, coffee maker). I would in future pay for a better equipped room.

Great location. Currently under renovation, though it is being managed well and didn’t impact our stay. Staff were lovely and welcoming. However our bathroom was dirty - the shower hadn’t been cleaned and the lights in the room didn’t work properly - unable to change the settings etc. the rest of the room was nice and clean however and bed is quite comfortable. Location really can’t be beat if you’d like to stay in Canary Wharf.

There are 2 buildings for this hotel, we were given a room in the building that doesn't have a reception or any staff. Felt a bit weird as someone was trying to get in the main door by banging on it and the staff didn't even know until I told them, so security isn't great. Rooms are quite small but they are quiet and comfortable.

Great staff, helpful and polite. Rooms are small, very small, but we knew that going into this, and it’s what we needed, so no complaints. The hotel itself is very nice looking, and offers a very good breakfast for 13£ unless you order it with the hotelroom itself, and which we didn’t. There is only really one thing we thought could have been better, the hygiene. When we arrived, my friend had a tiny bloodstain on his pillow, size of a hairpin maybe. There were hair on the pillow and blanket. One of the two cups in the toilet still had dried toothpaste in it and hadn’t been changed if i were to assume. My pillow had what looked to be streaks of ash on it, or some sort of ink. These things didn’t really bother us personally too much, but still it shouldn’t be like that, and it could bother others more than us, so I’ll add them. All in all, I would go back for a shorter stay. The staff were genuinely really nice, helpful and sorted us out very quickly when we arrived.

The room was adequate- decent double bed and ensuite shower room. The location is great, feels safe and close to transport. However, the cleanliness was not good: stain on bed sheets, grit in shower and food on surfaces. As we entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of damp. We had to keep the window open overnight. Unfortunately we needed to leave soon after checking in and returned late at night, so didn't have a chance to report this. I therefore cannot comment on how the team would have dealt with this and thus have not rated this as low as I would have, as there was not a chance for it to be rectified.

For our trip it was ideal, we stayed for a weekend and we're out all day each day. If you're looking for a place where you can stay in the room to recharge or relax then this wouldn't be the place for you. The room is tiny. It's basically a bed and a bathroom. You could sit in the lobby but it wouldn't be very relaxing. If you just need a place to sleep then this place will do you perfectly. It takes about 15 - 20 mins get to central London once you're on the tube. You also have the option of the Uber boat which is right by the hotel. If you do stay here, consider visiting Pizza Pilgrim. You won't regret it.

Nice welcome at reception. Very comfy bed. Not sure I'd book a room without a window again but otherwise very comfortable. Great shower and nice bathroom. Had a problem with noisy guests in the next room, but asking them to keep it down at 2.30am they were quiet afterwards.

We weren’t expecting anything luxury but unfortunately we could hear everything another room was saying and doing through a vent in our room. The member of staff who we spoke to about this was not very helpful and we would definitely not return. Being able to hear all conversations and everything this couple was doing in their bedroom was not ok!!

Staff on reception were really accomodating. But we weren't gvien any notice before we arrived that there was building work going on from 8-6. I feel we should have been told so we could have made an informed decision about whether we still wanted to stay there. Rooms are small, but all we did was sleep there, so no bother there.

Unfortunately there was a dripping noise behind a locked cupboard door which made sleep very difficult. The next day I was moved to another room and was told I would be emailed by the manager. I have waited a month before leaving this review to give the manager time to email me but as yet have not received any email.

The hotel was a good price in a convenient location. Easy to access all the bars and eateries of Canary Wharf but in a quieter location. Easy access down to the ferry pier in the morning for unusual transportation to work! Really great staff, lovely and friendly.

There was a mistake on the property’s part as they could only see one room under the booking when I had two, the staff were not helpful at all and were rude the whole time. Will not be returning!

Great clean place to stay. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kinda hard to get to, but it’s not the hotel’s fault. About. 15-20 minute walk from the jubilee tube station. There are restaurants to stop and eat on your way if it’s early enough. Had to travel through canary wharf at 3:30am due to a concert and there were about 5 security guards along the way with no other people around. Felt safe and the room was great

Ideal location if you are going to O2 arena for event and on doorstep for canary Warf shopping. 5 min walk to Jubilee line and a Wetherspoons is on the corner (30 second walk) great little hotel for the price. Staff friendly (24 hrs).

And the nearby Jubilee line, Elizabeth line, and DLR stations allow for multiple public transit options all within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk from Canary Wharf station. There's a cobblestone path midway, so we recommend that those with wheeled travel cases take a longer route. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable for sleeping, and the facilities are new, so I'm very satisfied.

The booking was for a twin room and breakfast. The hotel was having renovations which meant the breakfast was not available. No prior communication on this had been made. The rooms are very small, with no cupboard space, just fold out shelves on the wall.

The staff were great. The room was snall but cleverly had the essentials needed and was modern and clean. No air conditioning but thankfully not needed in the 2nd week of October. The continental breakfast was nice - super busy with all tables filled when we went to eat; but staff trying to clear tables to seat you. I only had 2 negatives: 1) only 1 pillow; & 2) I was woken by people outside our room (we were in the separate building across the road) as you could hear easily through the Room door, plus we were near the main building entrance door (guests weren't inconsiderate, just making a regular amount of passing noise).

Perfect for a short stay. The hotel is in a nice area only a single tube stop away from the O2. Our room was clean, and had a remote to control the air conditioning and adjust the brightness and colour of the lights. It was quite small, however, so try to travel light – the view from the window also wasn't great as we were on the lower ground floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the lobby was nicely decorated. You can have a breakfast buffet for £13pp which was a nice way to end our stay. I'm not sure if I would stay in this hotel for a longer trip due to the room size, but it will definitely be our go-to for future concerts at the O2.

An excellent location in the heart of Canary Wharf. Building work going on outside and hoardings make the outside unattractive. Inside the staff were polite and welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the beds comfy and fluffy huge bath towels and a spotless shower were put to good use. No breakfast available, but we knew that when booked and there’s loads of nearby offerings. Overall a really good stay and a really good price.
