An amazing compact resort with great service and amazing staff, from the gardeners to the managers nothing is too much trouble, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, fresh beach/pool towels daily, fresh food from the main restaurant and snack bar during the day with dining options of a night time all in all a great stay

First off the staff is wonderful, especially kitchen staff and cleaning service. The downfall of this place is the deceit by the management. When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. The pool and beach facilities arent open past sunset, they advertise five pools but really only two are sizable enough for adults. No free ride to/from the airport, and the restaurants on site all require reservation though when you try to book it says fully booked when they look semi empty all night! Other than the management flaws we really enjoyed our stay and the food and cockstails were pretty good too. The reef is right there so the swimming was amazing and I would reccomend this place for a quiet beach getaway.

Our stay at Remal beach resort was nothing short of perfect, especially with the Posh Club booking and the amazing accommodation by Bebo! All staff were very professional and made us feel at home and really taken care of. The pool was well heated and the jacuzzi water managed and looked-after every day! Great live music at night and i enjoyed the more private tranquility of the resort. Would definitely want to go back for an all inclusive escape!

La spiaggia è a poco meno di 300 mt e ci si arriva comodamente a piedi o con la navetta (ogni 15 minuti). Il cibo è buono, cucina internazionale con diversi piatti di cucina italiana (niente di gourmet ma buoni) Musica e animazione presenti, non mi è sembrata all altezza la spa, prezzi alti per il servizio offerto. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen überraschend gut für All Inclusive. Relativ viele russische Gäste. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Per Bus oder auch zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Alles sehr gut und echt top.

Nothing would be better Everything was perfect, the sea was amazing especially for snorkeling lovers, pool and aqua park were clean, rooms were wide, housekeeping and room service were excellent, the animation team was lovely and everyday a new show, the reception men were polite and respectful Many thanks for mr. The hotel is very clean and has stunning views and is very pleasant, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious and delicious, it lacks a little variety, but this does not affect the taste and quality, the hotel staff is very friendly, especially the reception, they upgraded our rooms, overall we very much enjoyed the stay and we will repeat it soon if possible

I have been with my 1.5year old son and to be honest we both have loved our stay! Hotel always spotless/clean staff all are wonderful and looked after us. One big add to this hotel is the animation team! Always made sure me and my son are ok and happy, have entertained us all the time during our stay and Milo have loved them playing with him all the time Thanks to everyone for a lovely holiday

Overall fine place to stay. The room was clean but very sparsely furnished with random pieces that all seemed secondhand. All-inclusive doesn’t mean all-inclusive. You must pay for alcohol after 5pm, which is dumb and weird. Food was okay, but not great. And not ready on time. Check-in took longer than any other check-in I think I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly.

We arrived to find our room was not ready and had to wait in the lobby until 2 pm. While waiting, we were offered cold towels, which was a nice and refreshing touch. I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised as having a sea view, but unfortunately, our room did not match this description at all — it felt like false advertising. On the positive side, Rammy was an outstanding member of the Sunrise team, delivering exceptional service and making our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by an unpleasant interaction with Yousseff, who was rude and even accused us of lying. This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially given the otherwise high standard of service.

Started off as an unimaginable horrifying trip (safe wasn’t working, didn’t get a duvet until almost 3 hours of waiting and multiple calls made to reception). The hotel manager, day and night shift managers and staff however, made our stay overall very memorable. I would recommend going to Sunrise Remal!

One of the best resorts i have stayed at. The best service and top notch staff make your stay memorable. Hospitality is top of the chart with the most courteous staff who are always there to help and address all your needs. Everyone keeps asking if your stay is comfortable and how can they help to make it more comfortable. I would love to come back here and spend more days. I recommend it to my fellow travelers.

Our stay at Remal beach resort was nothing short of perfect, especially with the Posh Club booking and the amazing accommodation by Bebo! All staff were very professional and made us feel at home and really taken care of. The pool was well heated and the jacuzzi water managed and looked-after every day! Great live music at night and i enjoyed the more private tranquility of the resort. Would definitely want to go back for an all inclusive escape!

Overall fine place to stay. The room was clean but very sparsely furnished with random pieces that all seemed secondhand. All-inclusive doesn’t mean all-inclusive. You must pay for alcohol after 5pm, which is dumb and weird. Food was okay, but not great. And not ready on time. Check-in took longer than any other check-in I think I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly.

We arrived to find our room was not ready and had to wait in the lobby until 2 pm. While waiting, we were offered cold towels, which was a nice and refreshing touch. Started off as an unimaginable horrifying trip (safe wasn’t working, didn’t get a duvet until almost 3 hours of waiting and multiple calls made to reception). The hotel manager, day and night shift managers and staff however, made our stay overall very memorable. I would recommend going to Sunrise Remal!

Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen überraschend gut für All Inclusive. Relativ viele russische Gäste. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Per Bus oder auch zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Alles sehr gut und echt top.

Esperienza nel complesso positiva. Albergo fronte spiaggia con barriera corallina. Cucina internazionale di qualità appena sufficiente. Attenzione a chiedere vetture con autista o transfert all'albergo costano molto più della media e nel mio caso nonostante avessi pagato andata e ritorno, per tornare e al Resort ho dovuto prendere un taxi, pagando, ovviamente la corsa.

An amazing compact resort with great service and amazing staff, from the gardeners to the managers nothing is too much trouble, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, fresh beach/pool towels daily, fresh food from the main restaurant and snack bar during the day with dining options of a night time all in all a great stay

First off the staff is wonderful, especially kitchen staff and cleaning service. The downfall of this place is the deceit by the management. When you pay for an all inclusive stay you expect there to be few restrictions. The pool and beach facilities arent open past sunset, they advertise five pools but really only two are sizable enough for adults. No free ride to/from the airport, and the restaurants on site all require reservation though when you try to book it says fully booked when they look semi empty all night! Other than the management flaws we really enjoyed our stay and the food and cockstails were pretty good too. The reef is right there so the swimming was amazing and I would reccomend this place for a quiet beach getaway.

Late Check-in took 2 hours and the room had an issue with the electricity that took some time to be fixed. Few staff members were unprofessional and spoke inappropriate Arabic words to the foreign guests. The buffet selection didn't change for the whole 5 nights and the food from the set menu of the other restaurants doesn't match the description.
