This is a lovely property that has been recently renovated. From the moment we arrived our stay was perfect. The staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, there is tea/coffee and water available in the 24 hour staffed lobby and you also have access to the ice machine and toaster. The beach is two minutes walk across the road, the pool is lovely with pool towels provided and there are plenty of seating outside the lobby to enjoy a morning hot drink watching the sunrise. Parking is free

A block away from the beach. The three queen room was PERFECT. The pool was nice and the outdoor shower was great. A cute little patio in the three queen room was perfect for eating our breakfast and laying out wet bathing suits. We will be back for sure!

Property was newly renovated. Office staff was wonderful. Pools were nice. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, Surf Style, and the marina. We even walked to the aquarium. Highly recommend.

High quality room and facilities. Our studio was small but adequate. Staff were all excellent-friendly and helpful. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants- but also in a quiet location. And only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of little extras that made the stay special- free tea/coffee (gourmet apparently), ice, iced water, juice, we even had complimentary drinks by the pool.

Our family of 4 had a great one night stay at Devon Shores. It’s clean and modern with two lovely heated pools that our kids enjoyed for hours, despite it being a little chilly out. The family studio was nicely designed and decorated with a useful kitchenette. The location is perfect- only a block from Clearwater Beach. We appreciated the convenient parking, and we were allowed to keep our car parked there after check-out while we enjoyed a day at the beach. Overall a wonderful beach hotel that we’d love to stay at again in the future!

The property is immaculate. The rooms were spotless as were all the other facilities. Great pool area with an heated pool. All the staff were brilliant. Would strongly recommend this place and avoid all the big hotels that rip you off for resort tax and parking charges. Support local and get the best experience you can.

Location excellent and very modern , found something on floor but no idea what it was , dealt with very quickly, then noticed debris on bathroom floor but didn’t report however this was still there when we checked out several days later, both not ours btw , would still stay here in future though as this was our 2nd stay.

This was our first day at this facility and we definitely will go back. The staff was excellent to deal with took care of any little issues. Location is great. Room is not central air conditioned. Half of the room is warm. Bathroom shower is not cleaned well. Tiles in bathroom still had residue with pinkish slime which shows Bacteria build up in corners of shower that turned pinkish. Sugar ants made its way in the room onto night stand. Then last day the whole strip lost electricity.

We had a great stay at Devon Shores. Our spacious room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable — I even overheard another guest offering to buy some of the pillows! The pool area was lovely with a nice buzz, and the staff were always pleasant. We made good use of the coffee station in reception too. The only minor criticism is that the acoustics aren’t the best — not so much between rooms, but you can hear a bit from outside. That said, it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again when in Clearwater.

We got a room with courtyard. It is very nice place to sit to enjoy the sunset and it is beautiful outside. The room has everything we need. We love it. The only drawback I would say is that the screen on the door to the courtyard doesn’t block out the street light effectively and that was bothersome especially to me who prefer complete darkness to sleep.

Devon Shores lived up to its excellent reviews. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. The staff and reception facilities were second to none. We loved the coffee and made use of the toaster. Cold bottled water always on offer. This place is perhaps better for couples than families. It’s cosy and has a relaxed laid back vibe. The staff went the extra mile to make sure your staff was memorable. The location is excellent, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. We always felt safe and the parking was a huge bonus. The only minus was the water temperature in the shower which ranged from cold to cool. Overall, a great choice for a Clearwater Beach vacation.

Beautiful room, great shower and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but I like it cold when I sleep and couldn't get the room cool enough for me. I would also like a microwave in the room and another chair/small couch to sit on.

Devon Shores was everything we needed and wanted. In the heart of Clearwater Beach, walking distance to the water, restaurants, and shops, and private enough to feel separate from the tourists there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Smallest nitpick is the mattresses in the rooms, while clean and spacious, are uncomfortable to sleep on, the water pressure in the shower could flay the skin off a person, and the complimentary WiFi signal was not strong enough to reach our room consistently, but we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Would be 5 stars if not for those things, but it was affordable and enjoyable.

Loved Our Stay at Devon Shores – Already Planning the Next Trip! We stayed at Devon Shores in Clearwater and honestly… what a gem! I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but that all changed the second we got there. We were greeted with welcome drinks (yes, please!) and the manager and staff were so friendly and genuinely helpful—it felt like they cared about making our stay perfect. The location is awesome—everything’s walkable. We thought we’d be at the beach every day, but the pool was so relaxing, we barely left! We only hit the beach once because we were just too comfy. I had to finish up some work while we were there, and they even helped me print a few reports—total lifesavers. Made the whole “working on vacation” thing way less stressful. Everything felt easy, cozy, and super welcoming. We’re already checking our calendars to figure out when we can come back. Can’t wait!

We LOVED staying here for our trip to Clearwater Beach. A quick block walk to the beach and close to coffee places, doughnuts, shopping and dining. Property was immaculate and comfortable bed and large shower area. The coffee in the lobby was very very good! The manager Arun and his staff were friendly and helpful for anything we asked or needed. Definitely will stay here on our next trip down. Pool was super refreshing as well!

This motel is very close to the beach and restaurants are in walking distance. The property was clean and the coffe in the lobby was great. My checkin was a nightmare. I asked to split the payment between 2 of my cards.That didn't happen After I left i xhecked my online banking and saw the full amount was charged to my debit card.I was on vacation this vaused my account ro be overdrawn.When I went back to the hotel,to resolve rhis matter they weren't answering the phone. I was told they would comp the qst night because of the error. Which didn't happen.The room i booked was a king suite.It most definitely was not a suite.The room is very tiny.Two people can barely fit in the bathroom .One small chair in the room and a refrigerator .The windows dont open and the toiletries are sparse.If you want a suite check out the Sandpearl.If you dont mind being in a small space tobaleep this will work I personally would not recommend this motel

Property overall was nice , clean and quiet. I had 2 issues . First was the entry door had to be slammed just to close and pulled hard to open . I also did not appreciate asking for towels and when the young lady knocked on my door I asked Who was It and she opened the door and I was Nude . I witness Her doing this later that day when I was In the pool and she knocked on a door then quickly opened the door and heard her apologizing . Her actions are just rude and uncomfortable for most I am Sure ..

A perfect stay and location for a few days vacation at the beach! Just a 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. A nice and reasonable hotel ajacent to the the happenings. What’s also perfect, at least for me, free parking is right out the door!! Will surely stay here again whenever at Clearwater Beach.

I frickin LOVE this place. I discovered it in 2019 and have been going one to two times a year ever since! Over the years they have made wonderful renovations and it is such a lovely place! The room is great, it has everything you need. It has a pool. But most importantly it's right by the beach! That's why we come to Clearwater. You can walk to pretty much anywhere on the island. Oh and there's ample parking!

Location is great. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Modern yet nostalgic to the 50’s and 60’s little motel days. Definitely would stay here again. In my opinion very reasonable rates for the area.
