Everything is fine. Cleanliness, conditions, and location are excellent. But I find the parking price very high compared to the price and amenities offered by the hotel. I'm not saying it's free, but the price could be a little lower.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric Loop! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. I loved the 24-hour gym, which made it easy to squeeze in a workout on my own schedule. “The Corner” was a nice touch too—having coffee, snacks, and a cozy spot to relax was super convenient. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with gorgeous views of the city that made evenings extra special. The location can’t be beat—right in the Loop, within walking distance to so many Chicago landmarks, restaurants, and attractions. It made exploring the city effortless. My bathroom had someone else hair on the floor as well as a piece of tissue. Luckily I always bring bleach. I have locs and my daughter has braids! The pillow had a stained spot! Other than that it’s a decent getaway

Was excited to stay in a suite. The room was nice and big but there was a lot of overlooked cleaning. For spending $435/night, I expected a better presentation of the room. Dirt on the walls and tables. Broken wood and cracked wood panels. Window trim coming off. Everything seemed to have some sort of damage.

Overall, we had a pleasant weekend for my daughter’s 17th birthday. The room could have been cleaner, but I appreciated the clean duvet. The window ledge, corners of the bed under the mattress and floors were not clean. The staff were attentive and quick both times we called about the toilet not flushing, and every time we requested extra towels and Kleenex, however twice the clean towels were not very clean at all. The water pressure was next to nothing in the shower, but we were on the 21st floor, which can be expected.

We had a great stay! We were tucked away on the 4th floor and liked our room. Loved the 3rd floor coffee/chill room!! The hotel was in a wonderful location for us and the staff was friendly! We did not like that the walls appeared to be thin… we could hear women in another room close by too clearly… it was strange.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the Chicago loop. When we checked in, we informed the desk clerk Lola that we were celebrating an anniversary and she was able to upgrade our room, which worked out phenomenally! I couldn't be happier with the accommodations and the friendly service that we received.

This hotel was overbooked even though they paid for one night at another hotel, they expected me to wait around for a possible room for the rest of my stay. I was not notified of the overbooking until I arrived at hotel at 11PM. I chose to stay at the other hotel they had room for me and continue my vacation.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally document a highly disappointing experience I had at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled, despite having received confirmation prior to my trip. This created immediate stress and confusion. After several calls and back-and-forth communication, we were told there was a room available—only to be sent to the wrong room, further delaying our check-in and disrupting our plans. Once we were finally assigned a correct room, we encountered multiple unacceptable issues: • The TV was not functioning properly, and all settings appeared to be in Japanese, making it unusable. • The coffee machine was broken, leaving us without a basic amenity. • Towels and rags were not provided in the room—we had to call and request them ourselves, which is not the level of service expected at this price point. • The overall quality and experience did not match the $531 charged for our stay. This level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of service is completely unacceptable. I believe I overpaid for a stay that did not deliver the promised experience or amenities. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused.

Was given keys to an occupied room. Walked in and found someone’s valuables. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and the girl was less than apologetic and disgustingly rude. She snarkily offered to cancel my reservation but without a refund only. The room itself was subpar, small with stains on the wall. The view from the room was of construction. I’d never stay here again.

The good news I arrived on my check-in day at 11:30AM and was told that my room was ready. Perfect, ready to check-in and was told there was a $25 fee to check-in before 12PM. Needless to say I told them to check my bags and I would be back after 12. This is downtown Chicago, not Vegas. This is a frivolous and petty charge for this hotel....will not be back.

Great location in South Loop accessible to at least 3 different L train stations (red, blue, and brown). Walking distance to shops on State, Millennium Park and several restaurants. The staff was incredible helpful and sought to be as accommodating as possible during a busy holiday. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the price was right for a quick two night stay.

Front staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our flight came in early and since our room was ready, we were able to settle in right away , which was amazing and appreciated. Blue line subway is super close and everything else that you might want to see and explore is walkable. We enjoyed our stay

Very pleasant experience. Perfect location for the many attractions in Chicago. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The rooftop bar has a beautiful panorama of Chicago’s waterfront and served delicious drinks. The Corner was an added bonus.

We had a great time celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday from June 5–8! We traveled from Detroit and really enjoyed the hotel’s ambiance—especially the rooftop, which I was super excited about. It was also a plus having a really nice restaurant right inside the hotel. The only downside was parking. I prepaid $225 through SpotHero since it was cheaper than the hotel’s valet. But when we arrived, valet directed us to park in an area that wasn’t affiliated with SpotHero, and we ended up getting a ticket. Thankfully, the hotel stepped up and offered to cover it. So far, no surprise fees in the mail! Overall, despite that hiccup, we had a wonderful stay—and I would definitely stay there again.
