I stayed at this airport hotel in order to be able to go to the airport early in the morning. The shuttle did not start running until 8:00am on Sunday. Too late for my flight. If you are an airport hotel with a shuttle it should be available early in the morning every day.

The hotel was nice. Parking was great. It’s in the business park so it wasn’t busy on the weekend. Average hotel. It had a restaurant and bar, small gift shop and offered free coffee in the morning. Only downside was no jacuzzi and the pool was really cold it completely shaded. I felt safe parking my car and the hotel staff were nice.

It was a nice stay, except 1 elevator was down while we were there which made it hard to get up to our room. Location was good for me visiting UCI every day. And no hot tip which would have been nice. Otherwise was not a bad place. I go a couple times a year and have stayed many places, the convenience of the commute for me was worth it.

Room was not clean at all. Very disgusting, hair in shower, trash full in bathroom, not vacuumed, very dirty but there were clean towels so housekeeping was very low service. Tested smoke alarms for every room on the floor without any warning or notice. For business traveler, very inconvenient. Manager at least reimbursed half my charges but I will never stay there again.

Overall good, nice staff, easy parking although pricey 28$. Good amenities. Pool was closed during our stay. The elevators could have more security like using the card to go up for enhanced safety. I noticed a baby roach or small beetle like bug in our hotel room and have a picture, the bathroom didn’t have good circulation and gave us allergies so not sure if the filter was old or someone brought their pet into the room prior. We were fine in the bed area but if we were in the bathroom our eyes got itchy and nose was super runny

Property shows allot of hard use and does not feel clean. Rooms had numerous black mold present on the walls. First room had the mold and after switching to a second room that room also had very visible signs of black mold that contributed to coughing and chest congestion!

Despite the sleek and new lobby and exterior, our room had many issues and was outdated. The water in the back of the toilet was not refilling after flushing, so we had to manually reset it every time. Our TV also broke midway through our stay; the mechanic was unable to fix it. We had a very good experience at the Irvine/Orange County Airport Hilton Garden Inn. The room was almost exactly like the rooms at the Washington DC Hilton Garden Inn that I always look forward to staying at. The bed - and the room in general - was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good too. My only complaint was the very weak water pressure in the shower. Discussing this with the folks at the front desk, I was informed that water pressure throughout all of Irvine is very weak - the municipality trying to conserve water. So I guess this is not something the hotel has any control of and the water pressure would be the same at any Irvine hotel.

We have stayed here many times. It is in a great convenient location. The rooms are comfortable however they are a bit small and cramped. We have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns, and their rooms are larger. The facility is starting to show its age and could use a renovation. The hallway carpets are stained and the walls are scratched. In the bathroom in our room, the wallpaper next to the shower is starting to peel.

Upon arriving the front desk was very impersonal, barely said a few words and had a smug look on his face. Room was the worse part! The bed was incredibly squeaky. One slight turn and the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart. The annoying noise kept me up all night!! Was impossible to get a good nights sleep. If it wasn’t 1am I would’ve demanded another room- it was that bad! Water pressure in shower was so low felt like a slow trickle. Such an unpleasant stay. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We have been coming to this hotel for several years and the service keeps getting worse. No one at the front desk. Will answer your call from your room if you ask for items which they will promised to have for you they forget no one seems to know how to apologize or provide service I will not be staying at this hotel again. Also, this is at least the third time that we’ve stayed in a suite and the toilets are horrible. I’ve had to fix the toilets myself every time.

Clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner and drinks downstairs and it was delicious. The only negative was having to pay for parking. It seems a little excessive to pay for parking at a hotel that you are paying to stay at. Additionally, we have never had to pay for breakfast at a Hilton Garden Inn. Otherwise, our trip and experience was great!

#1 I find your breakfast buffet extremely expensive being on my past visits I could order an omlet or special egg requests which today after paying $20+ they want to charge extra for this. Not good. On my last 2 days in my room their wasn't any air. Said the second floor was the only floor but didn't offer to switch my room if requested. Not good. I expected a credit toward my $700.+ bill but on check out I was offered free parking. WOW
