Overall, a really great stay. Pet friendly and comfortable. We walked to Colton's Steakhouse and that was excellent. Our only complaint is that the parking lot did not accommodate large vehicles with trailers. Problematic. Otherwise, the hotel itself was great and we had a restful night.

Over priced. Fridge didn’t work plugged in but no where near cold. Tv kept freezing. Couldn’t understand the employees. Like they need to be taught English. Website said breakfast was at 6:30 but didn’t start til 7. Elevator sounded like it was falling apart. Parking lot was tight and not enough room for two cars to pass each other.

upon check in we have to wait for about 10 minutes before somebody was able to help. The staff was good and very nice. the hotel needs improvement, the elevator didn't work half of the time. the room does not have enough lighting, one of the bulb was not working, they do not have USB port, not even at the back of the TV, you better bring the entire charger or there is no way to charge your phone. the hotel room smell moldy, even the shower curtain smelled moldy. the lobby has a very strong smell of air freshener, it gave me headache. it almost seems like they are putting heavy cheap air freshener to hide the bad smell of possibly mold or strong cigarette fume. the breakfast was horrible, not a lot of choices, the omelet was hard, the sausage looks gross, the pancake machine does not work, it almost looks pitiful, my dog will probably not eat that food.

Good: The hotel is older, but the rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. It is very convenient to the convention center and restaurants. Not so good: The elevator did not operate all the time. Taking the stairs is healthy, though...right? The breakfast was awful. Plan on something different...Verona Coffee was a great alternative! Breakfast was scrambled egg soup and unidentifiable meat. The pancake maker was not functioning. Overall. I had a great, comfortable sleep and would stay here again if the price was right.

Hotel is run down. Had a room with two queen beds and one of the beds clearly did not have clean sheets on it-there were several black curly hairs (and some were not from a head) on the sheets and pillow cases. Called the front desk and they came down very quickly and put on clean sheets, but we were already grossed out and slept with clothes on.

Looks like mold in the shower and dingy linens. Rock bottom cable channels and poor wireless. 4 out of 10 in my opinion. Luckily I don't eat breakfast.

My family's stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable —there were dirty bedsheets with hair and stains, and I even found a dead fly on one of the beds. It was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep fully clothed. Although the staff was polite and the location was convenient for a quick stop while traveling, the overall condition of the hotel has clearly deteriorated. I would not recommend it!

Cleanliness and sanitation is everything to me!!! There was long hair in the sheets and hair on the bathroom sink!! The bathroom was not sanitized and clean at all!!! There were feces splats up under the toilet rim. I was very disgusted and felt very unclean!!! Luckily I had brought my own sanitation products!! Doors were slamming all night, cell phones ringing, just too freakin noisy!! Plus they charge you a $100 deposit instead of just putting a hold on the card and they don’t rush to refund your deposit either!! I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Worst hotel ever.. extremely dissatisfied. The first room we checked into as usual I always inspect beds for bed bugs. When I pulled back the sheets I found crusty socks by the headboard.. there was candy behind the night stand and our toilet was leaking.. I went down stairs to tell them they took the socks and offered a new room.. this room was a bit better aside from the pubic hair on the beds and dust think enough in the bathroom to write in.. I couldn’t even sleep because I was just so disgusted.. don’t be fooled by the pictures because the rooms are in worse shape then they show. The breakfast in the morning was also a bust.. the pancake maker doesn’t even fully cook the pancakes so they came out doughy and floppy.. just overall a horrible stay and if you have any sense take your money to a better hotel!

Super convenient to the Gateway Convention center and close to several restaurants. Front desk staff were very kind. After you start going down the hallway it smelled odd. Once we got into our room it had the same smell as the hall. Assumed it was just cleaners. The ac filter caused the room to smell TERRIBLE, it smelled like the filter hadn’t been changed in a couple years. The bedding on both beds also had some very weird questionable spots on them. It severed its purpose as a place to lay our heads.

This hotel’s photos are very deceiving. The hotel is super old and needs to be remodeled not just painted. All the linens were super worn and dingy. Carpets were gross in room and throughout hotel.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower was nearly impossible to adjust and the wall were paper thin. It was very disappointing compared to other LaQuintas that we have stayed at in the past. We will not be back.

Building outdated but was clean. Hallway near laundry was very musty smelling but opposite hallway did not smell as much. Room did not smell, clean. Noise was a problem, could hear talking from other rooms, end of hallway doors opening/closing loud on first floor. Overall stay was fine for one night.

Easily in our top 5 worst places stayed. There was patch up jobs all over the hotel but no real remodeling evidence anywhere. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Toilet paper was not close to the toilet but across the small room where the children couldn't reach easily. Only space available though. The vent/fan did make noise but didn't do anything. Everything was wet after my shower; door knob was dripping and my shower was warm at best. The tub of the shower is slippery but they have a hand rail to keep you up. Thin walls could hear people out and about. Breakfast was really basic and the check in/out was easy since I used Expedia.

The bed was super comfortable - I am a super traveler and hands down the best bed next to a cruise ship. Outside the room - meh. Nothing pretty. Easy in and out from the interstate. Breakfast is a very basic "hot breakfast." Again, nothing dazzling. The room HVAC - that was a mess - I had to turn off the unit to turn on the heat and turn it off. Then the room would become very hot, again turn off, and then the a/c would not stop running. The only way to get heat in the room and override the a/c was to 83 degrees. The system would randomly drop to 66 - a little too cold with a small child and very thin blankets. Beyond that, great. Nothing special, clean, loved the holiday fall light-up pumpkins. Made being away from home for Thanksgiving a tad easier. I would stay again.

In need of repairs and updates. I went to hang up a towel on the rack and the thing feel off the wall. I fixed it but this should not happen. Was fully charged a "deposit " they took my money from my account instead of a hold and now i have to wait 10-12 days for a.refund! I jave never heard of such nonsense! I would nevwr stay here again and i will be disputing this charge! I want my deposit back now not 10- 12 days. I checked out today. It doesn't take that long to see if there were any damages to a already disarray room. Also there are no amenities in the room to warrant a 100 deposit

There was no one at the checkin desk on arrival and took 5-10 minutes before someone arrived. I thought that was poor. The representative was very nice however and apologized. The room was very nice. The breakfast was terrible and should be improved or eliminated.

The check-in staff was phenomenal! So helpful and courteous. We stayed here last year for the Lets Go Fishing Show and returned for same show this year. Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was the absolute worse. When we checked in to start our vacation it took an hour to even get checked in because the guy at the desk was to worried about his phone and then they tried to tell me I havent paid for my room and tried to charge me multiple times when i had the receipt saying my room was paid for way in advance. Then saturday night when he got back to our hotel at 1am after a day at Dirt Nationals we found my sister and her fiances stuff packed in boxes in the lobby. They had kicked her out of her room with NO WARNING. They called her at 9am that morning and asked if they were checking out today or staying another day. The staff was the absolute worse. When we checked in to start our vacation it took an hour to even get checked in because the guy at the desk was to worried about his phone and then they tried to tell me I havent paid for my room and tried to charge me multiple times when i had the receipt saying my room was paid for way in advance. Then saturday night when he got back to our hotel at 1am after a day at Dirt Nationals we found my sister and her fiances stuff packed in boxes in the lobby. They had kicked her out of her room with NO WARNING. They called her at 9am that morning and asked if they were checking out today or staying another day. They said that they are staying another day and will be checking out Sunday. They said ok. We left the hotel at 1pm to get lunch and head to the dome. Do not stay here. This hotel tried to charged me an extra $25 for pet fee and also tried to charge me extra $125 for deposit. My experience with the deposit based on 100s of hotel stays over the years, the deposit shows up as pending on my credit card then just goes away when I check out. The fee actually never goes through, however, for this hotel it did go through. I called the hotel and they said it will take 3-5 business day for the refund, I’m still waiting for it, hopefully I get it. As for the pet fee, it took me 30 mins conversation when I checked out to get it off. I was there only 1 night and pet fee is $25/night and they charged me $50. Again, I still don’t see the refund for the $25.

Its been a long time since I had daily room cleaning. A welcomed service. Staff here was super . After leaving I thought I may have forgot something , called them and they checked to room and called me back. My stay here was perfect, thanks .

The night person is very helpful and friendly. He was very good at customer service. The person that worked during the day Saturday was not helpful and kind of rude. I guess they balance each other out.

The property is convenient to get to (right off I-70). Lobby has been updated and it has decent breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. No bad smells in the room and the property is non smoking. Those are all important factors for our travel.

Overall, a really great stay. Pet friendly and comfortable. We walked to Colton's Steakhouse and that was excellent. Our only complaint is that the parking lot did not accommodate large vehicles with trailers. Problematic. Otherwise, the hotel itself was great and we had a restful night.

This property was easy access on and off the freeway, on a quite side road and easy to find during the day. But it was the only hotel that the sign was not lit at night, which made it a little tricky at night to find the driveway. This property is walking distance to a few good restaurants , if weather allows. We enjoyed the Colton steak house. Great salmon, salad and the bring a bucket of salted peanuts for you to enjoy. Good, friendly service and staff and full breakfast to start your busy day 👍😁

Needs attention to detail in areas such as guest amenities (e.g., no soap dispenser at bathroom sink). Breakfast needs extensive upgrading by having more variety and a way to make the food presentation area look full instead of more than half empty. The coffee needs a complete makeover. There was no one at the checkin desk on arrival and took 5-10 minutes before someone arrived. I thought that was poor. The representative was very nice however and apologized. The room was very nice. The breakfast was terrible and should be improved or eliminated.

The property was dingy and rundown with cracks in the walls, mismatched carpet, paint peeling, and grass unkept. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and though we arrived only 15mins after 7am the waffle batter was empty, and the hot water for tea was out.

Good: The hotel is older, but the rooms and bathrooms have been nicely renovated. It is very convenient to the convention center and restaurants. Not so good: The elevator did not operate all the time. Taking the stairs is healthy, though...right? The breakfast was awful. Plan on something different...Verona Coffee was a great alternative! Breakfast was scrambled egg soup and unidentifiable meat. The pancake maker was not functioning. Overall. I had a great, comfortable sleep and would stay here again if the price was right.
