Very nice hotel. Loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and everything was clean. Nice little gym and pool. Pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful. The hot tub was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The staff was fantastic, even though there were two dog conventions going on at the same time, which was sucking up a lot of their time and resources.

I was expecting a little bit better workout facility. We stayed there for 7 days and there was a room with a broken down treadmill, a rowing machine, a stationary bike, and a barbell with some plastic weights on them. The least you could do is have a rack of dumbells and a workout bench? I think you actually might get more customers if you invested a few hundred dollars to improve the workout facility.

The area felt very safe and was a convenient distance from our destinations. Staff was friendly. The heated indoor pool was chilly, though and too cold for our toddlers in mid March.

The hotel itself is beautiful and majestic. The front staff were nice and friendly. Love the room. Love the decor. The only thing negative I have to say is that the hot tub is filthy and lukewarm. Avoid the hot tub but enjoy the rest !!

I felt very safe in this area; it was well maintained and lots to do within walking distance and close to the hotel. Parking and check-in were a little confusing as there was a car parked right at the front doors and driveway was intentionally blocked. After driving around the block a couple of times, I figured out that parking is actually on the street. I later figured out the parking lot down the road a bit, which was also little confusing because you couldn't tell if the parking was for the surrounding shopping areas or for the hotel. There weren't any visible signs to clarify.

The hotel is convenient if you need to be in Wildwood. The rooms are clean. The hotel is quiet. The toilet paper is the cheapest I have come across. I have never seen paper come off the rolls with holes in them. They do not offer maid service on weekends so you need to go to the desk for towels, soap etc. the price for the rooms without service is the same as with daily service. The staff is nice and willing to help. It just seems like corners are being cut.

The bed was horrific. The amount of mildew on the shower head was pretty crazy as well. To take a good shower, you'd have to be about 5 foot 5 inches with how low the shower head hung

We chose this hotel for a little getaway for 1 night. The mattress can definitely use an upgrade. The room size is decent. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing but was a little sketchy to use. There were stain on our sheets and we didn't realized it till the morning after. Overall I think its over priced for the stay. It could be a little cleaner. I do have photo of the stain on our bed sheet but it won't let me upload.

Room was good. Only few downsides was the heat couldn’t regulate itself all too well, had to have maintenance come and fix the TV, and some mold in the shower. But overall, this time around was more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located for my visit and was very clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well for a few reasons. The first reason was the size of the bed. We were in a handicap accessible standard room with a queen size bed. However, the bed was not a queen. I measured it to be sure and it was a full size. We were crammed. The second issue was with the blackout curtains. They don’t close all the way. The third was the noise. I’m not sure what/who was above us but they stomped constantly from 6:30am until ~9 or later. I took off a star for everything but the noise since that may have been outside of their control.

Very average experience. The breakfast was basically all carbs. The bed was way too soft and the faucet in our bathroom leaked. I will say that the quietness of the room was good though. Had no idea anyone else was around us.

The room was great honestly i really liked it but it had a small setback. Theres a big hot tub in the room but the blackout curtains are for show and you can't actually close them to make it more private. You have a sheet like curtain that closes most of the way but not all the way. Everything else was great and definitely worth it.

This hotel looks like a retirement home. Rooms are outdated and dark. The online photos look somewhat different. Our bed was so broken in that I kept rolling downward at night. It seemed like something out of the 1990s.

The staff that checked us in were both extremely helpful and kind but the person that checked us out the next morning was pretty rude. The pool and hot tub, while small and dated, were both pretty nice. There was only 1 towel and 1 washcloth in our room so we had to ask for extra but that wasn't a major issue. We didn't have breakfast as we left super early due to our daughter's surgery time. I was told I'd receive 2 free beverages upon check-in but when I tried to get them another person said I couldn't get them so oh well. The biggest downer was the pet poo station was right outside the door so when you open the door all you smell is dog poo from the small trash can for pet owners to use for their dogs messes.

Air conditioning in rooms was excellent. Being charged an extra $100 potential purchases should not happen. You already have the guests card on file- if they incur a charge, it can be added. I should have to wait days to have that “potential charge” to be amount removed.

Everything was great except the check in took too long. The night before we stayed at a Choice Hotel. I walked in gave them my name, they handed me my key and I was on my way. No Questions. Tonight they needed my credit card, wanted to know the names of the adults staying in the room. The hotel is beautiful, staff was very friendly and multiple places to eat in walking distance.. Plus the Police 'department is right across the street.

We loved this property. The staff is top notch! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We were traveling and part of our trip was cancelled so we arrived several hours before scheduled check in and they were more than happy to give us an early check in with no additional cost. The room was very nice and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again for sure - highly recommend!!!

The staff at this property were incredible. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. I even left something of value behind and they had it shipped to me and I am ever so grateful. The room and the amenities were great and the hotel is in an area that feels safe and has a walking path nearby and also shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and the shower was hot! Breakfast was pretty good too. The wallpaper was showing a little wear but they were doing some renovations while we were there. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they seemed nice. Staff was friendly and helpful! Mostly, we felt super safe! We didn’t worry about a thing and loved the convenient location to Saint Louis.

Free parking all around and garage parking but not exclusively for guests. Property is beautiful, theater just across the street. Police station close so is a safe area. But I didn’t see a lot of walkable eateries

The hotel was decent, but it's dated. Upgraded amenities would have made the stay much better. The continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, and frozen breakfast items, kind of disappointing. Overall lack luster, but it felt safe and was fairly clean.

Breakfast was fresh and breakfast area was clean. Plenty of tables during a busy time of morning. I didn't try the indoor pool but other guests seemed to be enjoying this amenity and I will try it on my next visit. Loads of parking in a quiet area. Beautiful small town. Starbucks was very close as well as restaurants within walking distance. My room was large with a fridge and nice hot shower. Bathroom was clean and the towels smelled nice.

Clean, quiet hotel in a small shopping area-within walking of Starbucks, groceries, movie theater, etc. Beds are pillow top and extremely soft-top soft if you have back issues of any sort. Free breakfast is typical-no fresh eggs/bacon-all prepackaged breakfast muffins, egg sandwiches etc. pool is smaller.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion is to have scrambled eggs and bacon, sausage. More hot food is needed for breakfast. Overall very nice Hotel.

Loved the area and the hotel was nice. There was no restaurant on the property. The antiquated climate control made it very difficult to sleep. Other than that the hotel was very quiet and a nice place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights, went to Six Flags, and continued our treck toward Branson. It was a great stop along the way. The hotel was very clean and all staff was really friendly. The desk staff was dealing with no internet during check-in and they were so patient and apologized several times. They handled it well and we appreciated their positivity during stressful circumstances. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good and had a wide variety of food, and beds were comfy!
