It was ok but would be better with a oven not just a microwave for 250 pound a night would expect a oven as its self catering the coffee side was sticky to touch the bed squeaked every time you moved on it the tv so outdated could hardly hear it and to charge 45 for a 2 year old for the night and not even offer a continental breakfast in morning was a joke other than that ok just a bit over priced had better family rooms in hotels with a proper cooked breakfast for cheaper

Lovely spot near Grasmere Lake right in the centre of Grasmere. Lots of nice walks nearby. Plenty of pubs/hotels to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again.
