Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh /Crabtree Valley

The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. We weren't quite ready to go to bed so we decided to hang out on the terrace to the side of the lobby. Wonderful fire pit (table), comfortable chairs, and just a great relaxing atmosphere with a almost beach-like breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

The pool water feature (looks like an umbella) was not working. I should have called first before I booked, b/c the Hampton Inn next door also had the same feature and it was working.

I love that the property was conveniently located to the mall, major interstates, and many restaurants. The staff was amazing. I had an event to attend to, so I had to complete an early check-in. So, I could receive my keycard before 12 am. The agent checked me in and let me know that my room was actually ready. She gave me the keycard and also told me how to check in without actually physically come into the facility if this ever happened again. The agent was super knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and polite. I loved the additional security of requiring guest to use their key card to move the elevator to their floor. The room was on level 4 and upon entry the room had a strange smell. Even with the air on low, the humidity was present. The room was very clean, but the pillows were horrible with no density, and the bed felt worn out. The bathroom was clean, bright, and had plenty of toiletries, towels, and wash . It definitely looked like it was renovated, but it had some cosmetic wear/tear. The caulking was chipping near the bottom of the shower floor and it was worn down. I enjoyed that the room came with the refrigerator & microwave that was clean and in excellent working condition. The tv was a great size with plenty of options to fall asleep too. The lobby was immaculate. The decorum, the brightness, the cleaniness, and the overall aesthetic was just a chef's kiss and top tier. The pool was a great size, clean and the room was warm and inviting with plenty of towels.

Great last minute choice for our girls’ night out! Room and bathroom were both very clean and spacious. Nice decor throughout the hotel. There were some events going on during our stay, which could be why parking was limited. However, parking is free and there was additional parking available at the hotel next door. I would definitely stay again.

I came here on a trip for my daughter's birthday and was highly disappointed. First I wasn't told about a $60 a night fee that would be returned supposedily when we checked out. I haven't received my money back. The pool was overcrowded with extremely rude people and I had to beg for towels. Plus upon check out there were no carts for me to take me and my familys luggage so I had to carry several heavy bags right by myself with some staff watching me struggle!!!

Had a great stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything was in great condition and well kept. The staff was so nice and the shuttle was perfect for us to get to close by places easily. Would stay here again on any future Raleigh trips.

This was our first time at this hotel and my overall thoughts are great. The service, room, and amenities were awesome. The only thing that wasn't great was the strong smell of urine in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Eh. I booked based on reviews and location of a venue. It was rated 9.4 i think, when i booked. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the short weekend stay. Breakfast buffet was not amazing. Eggs were COMPLETELY TASTELESS uncracked eggs. Myself and kids would not eat. Staff was friendly at offering "cracked eggs." A la carte of course. Super weak coffee. I'd give the buffet a 3/5 stars. I refused to return the next morning, and spent the same amount of money on an amazing breakfast off site. We were down an 1 out of 2 elevators during our stay. It happens, understandable. Well, our 1 elevator got stuck while we waited from the top floor. We had to take the stairs from the 7th floor, and notified the front desk who weren't aware. Staff hopped on the phone right away and notified us when it was up and running. Maybe 45 min wait. As you consistently travel from the elevators to and from your room, you become aware of an odor of sewage or sulfur. You even become aware of the smell in your room. I kept realizing that the air smelled like a lingering post BM. It was unpleasant. Beds were comfortable and supportive. The shade of our window came off track, and I had to MacGyver the curtains to block light pollution from entering the room. Our toilet smelled. Shower pressure felt amazing. Staff were urgent at filling requests for towels. Parking was easy and lot was well lit. Felt relatively safe, close on and off interstate.

The only thing I could complain about is that the charging port between the beds did't work and that there should be more ports to charge inbetween the beds. I didn't get their names but the two ladies working the night shift on thursday the 28th were extremely nice to us

There must have been a dog In the room before us bc I found small size dog food on floor. The window coverings were not black out so early morning sun came in.

The staff were excellent The room however was not as clean as it needed to be (trash left in wastebaskets and shelves in closet very dusty)

My husband and I had a wonderful quiet stay. The parking lot is a little hectic but the check-in process was smooth and easy. Everything was accessible and nice. The only reason we didn't give a 5-star experience is because the pillows were horrible but we would definitely stay again but with our pillows :)

Staff was great, and room was very comfortable, roomy, clean and quiet. Just what I needed. I also appreciated the Keurig and liquid creamers!

It was a nice room and clean. However the bed was too soft and the pillows need to be replaced; they were too flat. Otherwise this would've gotten five stars.

The walls are so paper thin that I could hear normal conversations very clearly in the next room, and I could feel every time someone got into their own bed because it shook the wall and shook my own bed. I would never stay here again.

The room was clean but the beds are hard, very uncomfortable, the pillows are too soft but the worst part was their heater didn’t work, I put it to 75degrees and it was blowing cold air and no I didnt have the ac on, I brought it to the front desk guy when I check in and he didn’t seem to care, will not book here ever again and to mention the freaken door closed so hard that hit my back and still hurts, they should try to fix that before someone gets a bad hurt like a kid or an elderly person

This was a nice, clean and expensive hotel. We were unable to turn the heat up to stay warm in the room. We asked for blankets and they came readily. For the money, really didn't think being warm would be an issue.

The tv remote did not work and the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor's tiktok algorithim

Staff was helpful. The a/c was not working, and we had to wait for a maintenance person to correct it. A confusing situation with multiple controls for the unit.

They gave us a lot of grief about our age even though the age limit was never told to us prior to booking the worker who checked us in was rude and just talked down to us

I was in the area because my Mom was in the hospital. From Loran at the front desk asking about her to the great bar staff helping me forget about it for just a few minutes while I would sit at the bar for a beer before going to bed. Great place.

Customer service was sub-par. At check in-the staff seemed uninterested- forced greeting- no smiles. Room was ok- clean in places it counted but could’ve used a vacuum in the corners and at the ac unit. Bar service was ok, however staff were complaining that they were overworked, bartender hasn’t seen her son because she’s worked so much since the manager was caught doing something questionable and fired so they were all managing the best they could. Was awakened after midnight due to marijuana smoke coming in under the connecting room- called front desk to report and seeking assistance only to be told to “not bother calling the cops since they won’t show for stuff like this.” Stellar stay- do better Hilton!

Fast check in. When we stay the night in Raleigh, this is where we prefer. Easy to get in and out of, free parking, close to everything without being in the heart of downtown. Downtown is cool, but a lot of those hotels provide ear plugs because it's so loud. Also, this place is half the price of many hotels it's either nicer than, or on par with.

Staff on last day check out was rude and distracted

The room next to me were very loud. When I call front desk to express my concern nothing was done. As much money I paid to sleep here and couldn’t do what the purpose of the hotel room was.

The gentleman who checked us in was awesome. The hotel had released our room (we checked in at 9:30pm) but he came up with several different options and made it right for me and my family. I’m very impressed and grateful

This property is close to everything. The layout of the roads around the hotel can be a little confusing. Breakfast was also a bit pricey. But the area is nice. We would stay there again because of its proximity to everything, the friendly and welcoming staff, and the quiet rooms.

Property was Clean. Room and bed were very comfortable. We did not rent a car. The area is not very walkable.

Excellent free breakfast including made-to-order choices. Friendly staff. Bright, clean lobby, restaurant, and room. Seemed to be some long-term guests at nearby hotels.

Property was clean inside and out! Nice outdoor seating area with heat! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Very convenient location to shopping mall and restaurants! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Had buffet breakfast that was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Great deal for a great room. The amenities were off the charts as well. Fed me like a king for breakfast. No charge!💪💪

I chose this hotel for the room service. I was looking forward to breakfast in bed. Apparently, their room service is only for dinner. Our mattress was creased down the middle and terribly uncomfortable and finally, housekeeping walked into my room 45 minutes before checkout. Just a bad experience all around.
