A la llegada super bien me recibieron en el hotel. Solamente que, como fue a las 12 entendía que mi cuarto todavía no estaría. Pero, después llegaron unas personas sin reservación y escuché que el compañero comentó que habían habitaciones disponibles, les dieron su cuarto y yo, que ya tenía reservación, no me lo quisieron dar. Se me hizo algo… raro e injusto. El desayuno bien, nada fuera de lo común. El cuarto cómodo y nada extraordinario, pero para la zona y el precio, esta bien equilibrado. Solamente que, en mi baño, la toalla del suelo estaba húmeda y algo pegajosa la primera vez que la usé. Mejor utilicé la toalla extra que me dieron. El servicio de agua y café 24/7 fue muy útil, muchas gracias!

Great service! My husband, daughters, and I stayed there for 3 nights and every time we left and entered the building we were greeted by the friendly doorman. I also felt extremely safe knowing that the front doors to the hotel are locked every night and only guests can enter the building. Besides that, the rooms are comfortable and the housekeepers are considerate. My husband’s birthday aligned with our visit and I had decorated the room with party decorations. When we came back after breakfast, we saw that our housekeeper, Fernando Lopez had arranged the new towels into a heart on the bed (a wonderful birthday surprise). Overall, good experience!

Overall, staffs are so friendly and always want to assist right away. I had a great time for my solo trip. The location was amazing. You can easily access to stores, tourist places and transportation. You may even like if you like running. One thing I was less like was about noisy from other guest in the middle of night, but it was solved at the end. Overall, it was great time to stay here during my whole trip. Especially I’d like to thank to two of generous security staffs and one of staff lady who helps my needs kindly.

Very limited breakfast options, no even eggs, no gym, no fridge in the rooms, the coffee machine serves coffee with sugar included already, which is unacceptable. The guys are very kind and do their best. Overall I would never stay in an Ibis again.

Very close to restaurants. I was particularly pleased with the staff here. At every level of service (doorman, management, check-in, dining, and cleaning service), everyone was polite and helpful. Not at one time did I feel uncomfortable or disrespected. They did everything to accommodate me and my pup. I travel at least once a year to CDMX. This is going to be my new hotel of choice. Extremely Happy with the service! I was treated at a VIP level. I can't thank them enough!

Durante la estancia nunca limpiaron el cuarto. Un camarista al que no le habían asignado el cuarto fue muy amable en cambiarnos toallas e ir a recoger la basura. El desayuno no es tan variado! Y el baño dentro de la habitación en forma de caja es moderno pero le deberían poner una especie de cerrojo ya que no tienen. El cuarto tenia una especie de terraza sin muebles de patio. Y tuve que comprar rollos porque no me los ofrecieron para todos los días. Elegimos el hotel por la zona esta bien ubicado y por el estacionamiento y por ser pet friendly. Las camas cómodas! Frío de noche solo un edredón. El internet y la red buena! Y por el lugar donde esta ubicado lo volvería elegir. Si cuidan la ecología tienen botellas de agua de vidrio rellenables! Una cafetera! No tienen plancha pero hay un cuarto de planchado al que puedes ir tranquila y planchar tu ropa. Y es apacible no se escuchaban ruidos y eso permitió un buen descanso. Fue una estancia regular.

There was no heating system in the room in November and it was cold at nights in the room. There was no kettle in the room to prepare coffee or tea. There was no safe box and iron. But what takes this place from ok to good were two things: really great front desk staff, and a fantastic location in Zona Rosa. Just around the corner from an amazing Paseo.

Great choice for a reasonably priced hotel in a good location. I was initially apprehensive after being assigned a first floor room suite (functionally 2nd floor) off the street, but had zero issue with noise. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. They provide water during your stay, and there is hot and cold drinking water and tea available at all hours. Breakfast mainly consisted of a variety of fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices, and sometimes pastries and boiled eggs. The hotel is staffed and secure at all hours, and staff and security are excellent. Location is perfect-restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance.

Buena ubicación, muy conveniente, te queda cerca todo. El único detalle que le veo, es el baño, en lugar de pared, es de cristales y tenía filtraciones la regadera por la parte de las uniones de los cristales, también, por la parte de la caja de la tasa del baño.

The hotel has all the necessary features for several types of travelers. They offer a very good breakfast option and their staff is very attentive. The rooms are clean and they take care of their customers. They are always available if you need assistance and are more than willing to give recommendations if you ask them for advice. Al llegar el personal de recepción fue bastante grocero, llegamos eramos varios huéspedes esperando a hacer check in como 30 minutos antes de las 3 pm y nos hicieron esperar a la hora en punto para comenzar a hacer check in, todos los ibis a los que he ido si llegas tan cerca de la hora de entrada te dan la habitación si ya la tienen lista, pero no aqui aparentemente. Durante mi segunda noche el aire acondicionado comenzó a fallar en la habitacion y no enfriaba, solicité ayuda al FD pero no pudieron resolverlo, me dieron otra habitacion en el mismo piso de menor categoria para esa noche en la cual el aire acondionado no enfriaba tampoco, terminé durmiendo muy tarde por este problema y se arruinaron mis planes para la mañana siguiente por que tenia que esperar a que me dieran una nueva habitacion donde si sirviera el aire acondicionado. Solicite reembolso o compensación por esa noche problematica que pasé pero el hotel la negó y expedia no me ayudo en nada mas. Sobra decir que no volveré a este hotel, lo unico bueno que tiene es su ubicacion pero hay muchos mas hoteles en el area.
Al llegar el personal de recepción fue bastante grocero, llegamos eramos varios huéspedes esperando a hacer check in como 30 minutos antes de las 3 pm y nos hicieron esperar a la hora en punto para comenzar a hacer check in, todos los ibis a los que he ido si llegas tan cerca de la hora de entrada te dan la habitación si ya la tienen lista, pero no aqui aparentemente. Durante mi segunda noche el aire acondicionado comenzó a fallar en la habitacion y no enfriaba, solicité ayuda al FD pero no pudieron resolverlo, me dieron otra habitacion en el mismo piso de menor categoria para esa noche en la cual el aire acondionado no enfriaba tampoco, terminé durmiendo muy tarde por este problema y se arruinaron mis planes para la mañana siguiente por que tenia que esperar a que me dieran una nueva habitacion donde si sirviera el aire acondicionado. Solicite reembolso o compensación por esa noche problematica que pasé pero el hotel la negó y expedia no me ayudo en nada mas.
