Good place to stay, communication was great. Unit had everything ready. This facility is not pet friendly but the beach in front is. Pool was clean but small, grill access was easy with propane. Covered parking for very small vehicles only. Smaller room but perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and the elevator worked perfectly. Close to everything you need with a good view.

I love the close access to the beach and cost. The room was comfortable and clean. Although there may not be much that can be done about it, the parking is the only con.

We stayed for a long 4 day weekend and enjoyed the location and all of the amenities of Symphony. Host is excellent with communications. We appreciated having a dehumidifier included in the room since this time of year can be very humid. A/C worked great. Beach access was great. Location was great for purpose of our trip. Bed mattress isn't the greatest for comfort, just a heads up if you have back issues. Parking was an issue with our truck because spaces are small/tight. We did have to park offsite a couple of times. Other than that, we would recommend this place to visitors.
We stayed for a long 4 day weekend and enjoyed the location and all of the amenities of Symphony. Host is excellent with communications. Loved that the unit had a mini kitchen. It made for a comfortable week. The unit sits on the beach with beach access for both walking and driving a vehicle. Beautiful view. The unit was quiet and handy to everything

Wonderful room location, with the balcony overlooking the beach. I thought the Murphy bed was comfortable, though my wife felt that the mattress on her side sank towards my side. The bathroom was clean and nice, though the towels could have been larger. The main complaint I had was that I never could access the property’s WiFi. Sometimes I could access the Maverick Hotel’s WiFi. The sole elevator went out of service the day before we checked out, resulting in us having to trudge up 3 flights of stairs to the 4th floor. It was reportedly supposed to be fixed the day we checked out.

It was clean and on the beach at a great price. The property itself had a nice pool. The property was well maintained and i did not see the random shady people floating around as you do at many hotels in the area. Overall i was pleased, for the price and quality i plan on returning for more beach trips.

We were only here for one night and the water was shutoff due to a water main break for a period of time, which was inconvenient for us. Additionally, the room was dirty and the limited amount of amenities was very bare bones.

I can forgive a property that is a bit run down, but just dirty is not acceptable. I accidentally spilled water on the floor and the white dishrag I used to clean it came away black. No exaggeration. I will look for a way to post pictures here to show.

Maybe it was my fault for not researching more but I was under the impression this was an oceanfront condo with a full kitchen based on the pictures. This is the smallest room I have ever stayed it. You had to pull down the bed which had a horrible mattress and the worst pillows. The floors and shower were dirty. The nasty broom was sitting right by the door with hair and sand all over it. Thank goodness we were only here for one night. Construction was going on right beside us. The only good thing was how close it was to the beach. Maybe if we would have gotten an oceanfront room, I would give a better review but the room we were stuck in sucked. Also there is zero staff on site to talk too if you need anything. I tried calling and emailed beforehand with no response.

The place smelt like cigarette smoke so bad I had to buy febreeze air freshener and spray the whole place throughout my stay. I also was having to leave the door open to air out the smoke smell. Also when I got there I found socks and a candy wrapper in the couch cushion.

The condo was very clean and neat. Be sure to read the description though. These rooms are tiny. There is a murphy bed and a small sleeper sofa. If you're looking for large and spacious, this isn't it. But if you're looking for adequately sized, super clean and neat, and fantastic views, this is it. No property specific, we had a 3 yr old with us and weren't thrilled about having to watch for vehicle traffic on the beach during the day. When the tide is high there's not much room to play in the sand without having to watch for 4x4 trucks rolling by. It was our 1st time at a Florida beach and we didn't realize that before we went.

The most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. And I mean ever not just at the beach. The couch was dirty, dog hair everywhere when I didn’t ask for an animal room. The bed I didn’t even sleep on cause the sheets had stains all over it and looked terrible. The floor was covered in sand and made my feet black. The man that had cleaned my room didn’t care at all about what he was doing in there. The shower curtain was broken and kept falling everytime I tried to use it. The only thing good about the stay was the beach and the girl housekeeper she was helpful, because the pool was the size of a hot tub

What to say about these “condos?” The place is on the beach and advertises that all rooms have a beachfront balcony. Mine did not; instead it had a large window that looked out over the walkway, where you could see a sliver of beach. Room had a Murphy bed which when pulled down, restricted access to the nightstand. Comfortable enough and there were extra blankets and pillows. It had a couch but the seat was so narrow you could only sit sideways. Tile floor. Bathroom was okay. No hooks to hang clothes. A few hangers. Laundry on site, but coin operated and no change machine. Microwave and fridge. A few dishes but no place to wash them except the bathroom sink. Beach was nice.

The room was extremely small. It had a fold away bed. They gave us 3 towels for 5 nights. The water pressure in the shower wouldn’t get the soap out of my sponge it was so bad.

Room was decent. Much smaller than the pictures indicated. Seemed a little pricey for what you get but I guess you're paying for the location. Very hard to park my extended cab dually but overall we were pleased.

I thought my reservation was an ocean view. Ended up a partial view. Also, the murphy bed had a sunk-in area in the middle making it difficult to get out off each morning. It would been nice of a clock was in the room and not have to rely on my cell phone for the current time. No vending machines. No place to put your suit case when opened. Loved the shower head !!

Cute little condotel. Mirrors do make it look bigger. When bed is put away you have alot more room. Balcony was very small. Hard to enjoy it with 2 people at a time. Over was great though.

Swimming pool was the size of a large hot tub. Might only fit six adults. Pool closes at sunset!! Bed is inside closet. Blocks walkway to kitchen and bathroom. Corrosion on bathroom racks. Shower curtain is so thin and light it sticks to your leg if shower water spray is hitting shower floor due to air turbulence created by water impact. You have to clean your dishes and throw away trash in dumpster before checkout. TV is very tiny, 27”. Balcony is very tiny, crowded with two adults. Four floors, elevator did not work, no signage displayed indicating “out of order”. Unmanned office, you need to call customer service. Called and texted twice, customer service answered quickly and was very helpful. Elevator was still not working by check out time nor “out of order” sign.

I have stayed here a number of times and each and every time it’s been great. Any problem are addressed immediately simply by calling the number in the email. I have friends coming to Daytona next month and we reserved three rooms.

Arrived at night. Reception is unmanned. Note on door that said keybox code should've been mailed out night before, and a phone number to call if there were any problems. Mail not received. Owner didnt answer phone. Had to sleep in my car through the first night. Next morning, owner still not picking up phone. Had to contact Hotels.com, who managed to get the situation sorted, and obtain the key code. Stayed for several nights, and made more attempts to contact owner. Never returned my calls, never answered my messages through hotels.com. Beds are just a sleeping couch. Not comfortable at all. Wifi is poor, lot of noise between rooms. Can not recommend this to anyone. Absolutely a terrible experience. Stay away!

We love the location right on the beach, gas and charcoal grills available to use, rooms are very nice, clean, easy check in and out, great communication. A lot to do in the area, restaurants Dante and Aaron are great!

Wi-Fi passwords did not work Room was very small, had to turn sideways to get past the dresser at foot of the bed. Parking spaces were too narrow Shower drain backed up Lock box was difficult to use. Fell apart in my hand. Too many emails with instructions. I left one day early and had no idea what the check out procedure was. I happened upon the key drop by chance. Other wise I would have left the key in the room. Balcony was too small to use.

Great value & location. My second stay here. It is an older property & has a few quirks but everything is perfect that matters. Lovely, clean room with windows overlooking ocean. Small porch with 2 chairs. Stocked kitchen. Bathroom with supplies & ample towels. Much of the unit has been updated with nice finishes. Management is awesome with great communication and responsive to needs. I needed maintenance for a blown breaker & it was immediately handled. Quirks: The salt air is brutal on fixtures & the lock on the door was difficult. The elevator is very slow berween 2 & 1 coming down. Minor details after all the positves!

Our room was absolutely beautiful and the view was fantastic. Customer service was incredible, and Dante answered all of my questions promptly. Clean, right next to the beach, laundry on site, safe neighborhood that wasn't too congested with tourist activity.

Great value & location. My second stay here. It is an older property & has a few quirks but everything is perfect that matters. Lovely, clean room with windows overlooking ocean. Small porch with 2 chairs. Stocked kitchen. Bathroom with supplies & ample towels. Much of the unit has been updated with nice finishes. Management is awesome with great communication and responsive to needs. I needed maintenance for a blown breaker & it was immediately handled. Quirks: The salt air is brutal on fixtures & the lock on the door was difficult. The elevator is very slow berween 2 & 1 coming down. Minor details after all the positves!

Located on the beach and location was a bit away from the traffic and noise of Daytona which was exactly what we wanted. Room was a studio (Murphy bed) with ceramic floors throughout so easy to clean. Newly renovated so everything was new! Strong wifi. Quick resolution of any problems/questions. Outdoor pool not heated but situated beside the beach. Beach chairs available. We loved EVERYTHING about this place and hopefully will stay here again!

The location was excellent. A few steps straight onto the beach was exactly what I was looking for! The people staying around us were extremely friendly. My only issue was the mirrors in the room on the photos made the size of the room deceitful. It was very small for 4 people but we made it workable.

It wasn't what I expected. It would be ok for two people but wouldn't recommend more than that. The one good thing is you can walk out to the beach. There is no one that runs the front desk. You check in with a lockbox code. Had to use same towels all week because you could not find an employee to exchange them. Probably would stay there again

It’s a Cute little cottage on the sea! Woke up to the beautiful sunrise. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby! Great location with beach front access and a small pool for cooling off.
