The location with parking was great. My room was very comfortable. Although the pillows were too big for me, the bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker. The room was surprisingly clean and spacious.

The location and parking facility is very convenient. Forget your car there and just walk around 10 minutes to the historic area. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have restaurant or any food available, so you need to look for another place for breakfast and meals. But the receptionist gave us many tips about restaurants and places to visit according to our needs.

AMAZING!! I travel a LOT, especially for concerts. Staying here for SING OUT LOUD festival was incredible. Also, 10 min walk to St George, great shops, restaurants etc. We didn't need to move the car from the FREE parking spot ( hard to find in St Augustine)

This is an older property that the owners have renovated. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quite large. Being in St Augustine, we appreciated the free parking and location — we could walk everywhere, it is right next to the historical area, shopping, and boat docks. No pool, no restaurant, but we weren’t looking for that. But it is directly on the main street and very noisy, day and night — it was the only reason that we checked out a day early.

This property is exactly as advertised…nothing over the top but very good and clean for the price…..owners wer amazing and so helpful with regards to recommendations for food and things to se….A1A burritos works was hidden gem and Carmelo’s pizza was good as well…local spots so not the tourist trap for food…would definitely stay again…clean and patio up top was a great thing for the family to sit and have a drink together after a long hot day out site seeing...parking was included and only 15 walk to St. george street

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It was no frills but clean and comfy. I'm pretty sure we saved a fortune in parking since all the sights were within walking distance. No breakfast but many places to eat very close by. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

For the price I wasn’t expecting much, but the room was very clean and nice. Has a microwave and mini fridge in the room, free WiFi and a smart TV. Very spacious room and cozy decor. It was very quiet here, you can’t hear your neighbors through the walls. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back here in the future!

The room was very dated. Especially the bathroom. It looked liked the tub had been painted a while ago. The paint was chipped away in many areas. The hot water tap in the tub ran all the time, I could not shut it off. I told the woman at the front desk about it. She wasn’t very concerned. There were hairs in the tub and on the floor. The towels were gray, very dingy. The shower curtain was also very dingy, with stains on it. The staff were very nice. The mattress and pillow were comfy. There was a security chain on the doorframe but there wasn’t a latch to put it on. The location is perfect. I have no idea how this place has a rating of 8.

I love the place. It was exactly what I was looking for: a comfortable place to spend the night, as I'm the one who likes to be out exploring. The location and the parking included were amazing. It is close to every place. People were so nice to us. The rooms are sufficient for a night's stay, featuring good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a smart TV. I would only suggest having a better cleaning of the rooms - I didn't think the bathroom was cleaned properly (behind the door and around the toilet). I highly recommend that place for a weekend getaway to St Augustine.

This is a very conveniently located hotel to historic St Augustine. It’s clean and relatively quiet, and the staff is outstanding. Our only complaint is the AC wasn’t working properly and had to be reset several times to stay running. Overall a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel is convenient and the room was clean. The A/C is a window unit in the bathroom sink area. The July heat was too much for the unit to keep the room cool. We did ask for a fan which helped.

When I checked in (early) the desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. I was able to purchase trolley tickets at the desk and given helpful information on different venues, directions, parking, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was also within walking distance of most of the places I wanted to see. It was a great choice and I'll definitely be returning there next time I'm in the area.

GREAT STAY! The staff makes the stay memorable. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean and maintained, walking distance from everything you want to see, eat and do. They sell trolley tickets inside and the trolley stops across the street. For the price you would never know this wasn't a higher star hotel.

Very kind staff, very clean, was very walkable to every main attraction and down town overall would stay there again! Definitely worth the price for the location. Great spot of you plan on spending most of the day out but also very comfortable to relax in the room.

Very clean. Good location. Half mile to downtown St Augustine and across the street was Shrine to Mary. Heard traffic from our room till 9 pm. Other thamln that. Worth the price.

The location and parking facility is very convenient. Forget your car there and just walk around 10 minutes to the historic area. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have restaurant or any food available, so you need to look for another place for breakfast and meals. But the receptionist gave us many tips about restaurants and places to visit according to our needs.

The only thing we had trouble with was the new smart TV, which we were not smart enough to figure out, but management responded promptly, pleasantly and fixed the problem (a loose connection). We loved having nice flooring (not carpet - much cleaner), soap dispensers in the shower and next to the sink and a convenient shelf on each side of the bed for phones, drinks, etc. and only 200 feet from our favorite St. Augustine restaurant.

For it being an "economy" establishment, it was remarkably clean, comfortable, and perfectly convenient for our visit to Saint Augustine. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with information regarding places of interest, recommending dining locations, and conveniently enabled us to purchase trolley tour tickets right there. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Saint Augustine in the future.

This property is exactly as advertised…nothing over the top but very good and clean for the price…..owners wer amazing and so helpful with regards to recommendations for food and things to se….A1A burritos works was hidden gem and Carmelo’s pizza was good as well…local spots so not the tourist trap for food…would definitely stay again…clean and patio up top was a great thing for the family to sit and have a drink together after a long hot day out site seeing...parking was included and only 15 walk to St. george street

what a great find. Affordable and comfortable. I do not choose upscale and resort type accommodations when I travel, and this fit perfectly for what I was looking for. Within walking distance of historic downtown, quiet and comfortable. Both of the people we interacted with at the front desk were kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about town and events, and eagerly willing to offer advice and helpful hints. I will definitely go back here again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. It was no frills but clean and comfy. I'm pretty sure we saved a fortune in parking since all the sights were within walking distance. No breakfast but many places to eat very close by. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Inexpensive hotel within walking distance to everything. It is situated across street from Lady of La Leche church/The giant cross. Right next door is a pizza place that was great for evening munchies. The Castillo was about a 20 minute walk with a 5 year old and pushing a stroller. Our room was surprisingly really clean, bathroom was clean and in good condition, the beds and pillows were comfortable, in good shape, and the linens were white and clean. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and I was more than impressed with how clean the property and room was! Parking was no issue at all. Last time I stayed in St Augustine I ended parking the city garage because it was way cheaper than the hotels and they are all valet. This was nice to have my vehicle available at my door if needed, but I walked everywhere because the Economy Inn was so close to it all. Great Pizza shop directly next door that has live music. I hate to give a great review here because I do not want this place getting discovered and keep it for myself!

The staff were friendly and accommodating! Our room was fresh and clean with great air conditioning and water pressure. The location was close to the main attractions and within walking distance. The room prices were reasonable. To me the downfall was not having a pool but everything else was attainable. We would go back again for a quick trip.
