We stayed 5 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was responsive to a problem with the heating system. We were moved immediately the first night as soon as we discovered it. Only real problem was that we Wanted to do some laundry but dryer was out of service.

No real complaints, but no compliments either. We stayed 5 nights. Staff courtesy and professionalism varied widely. They would clean the bathroom, but not the rest of the room. Fitness center and breakfast checked the box, but were disappointing.

This has got to be one of the best, Best Western hotels; that I have ever stayed in. Why? Friendly and attentive staff. The outside area, parking lot and inside of the hotel was clean and well kept! The room was clean and comfortable. All amenities were stocked, organized and in place. This hotel is run very well, and is pet friendly. I would definitely stay at this location again. Especially, with the price deal found on Expedia!!!

The hotel itself was great. Seems to be a newer hotel and everything seemed to be in great shape. Well except maybe for the slightly rattly elevator (which appeared new enough). The room was huge and very comfortable for just the two of us. The king bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was in great condition and worked well. It was also pretty quiet outside while we were there. The pool was a bit small such that if there were a few kids in it that was it ... no real room for anyone else. Also, the fact that it was in the front of the hotel to the side of the parking lot was not preferable especially for adults. That said it appeared to be clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was very nice although the food was average "good motel breakfast" - I've had better and I have had much worse. The girl manning the breakfast was the let-down in the whole experience. She was not pleasant but she was not rude. However, she was nowhere close to the same level of cheerfulness and hospitality as the rest of the staff, from the front desk to the maid service. She would benefit from some training in customer service. Maybe she was under some strain but that should not come through in her attitude. Despite that, I do recommend this hotel and would come here again if staying in College Station.

Newer facilities met expectations. Very clean and well kept (newer) with good beds and pillows, fluffy towels, nice shower facility with plenty of hot water with good pressure. Staff very nice. Breakfast typical fare.

This is the Best Best Western we have stayed at for many years. Price extremely reasonable and larger room than expected. The highlight of the visit was breakfast. The lady in charge was amazing, the hardest worker I have seen in years. She kept everything stocked, even as time was running out. Also very personable as well. She got a tip, which she deserved. So many restaurants do nothing other than give you food and expect a tip. This was highly deserved! I hope to somehow report her terrific job. The Texas waffle was yummy and a nice surprise. Was sad had sausage 2 days in a row, was hoping for bacon one day. But not a problem. Highly recommend this place. They do need to have antibacterial wipes or spray in the gym. And maybe a swifter to clean up syrup or juice spills. We realize that a regular mop would make it to slippery.

The property was okay. The issues were the weird smell when you walked in the room and there was a card that said to leave your towels on the floor for new ones. We did and it looks like no one ever entered the room. Garbages not emptied no new towels.etc.

We arrived around check in time, we were assigned a room on the first floor. Within minutes a dog next door was barking his head off and would not let up. I went to ask for a new room which we were moved to. The room seemed clean until we found a pillow with lipstick all over it. Sheets were probably not changed. The TV was not working, the room was super hot and AC would cool really cold and then stop and room would get super hot. Only highlight of this place was the location and the free breakfast, the lady tending the breakfast buffet was very sweet and proactive. Not sure if we will stay here again.

The hotel room was not clean, the furniture had dust all over the coffee maker had dust on it and in it. The couch was dirty and had something on it. We didn’t even stay and the front desk wouldn’t refund my money.

I've stayed here a couple times before and enjoyed it. About six months has passed, and the property is showing wear. The hallways are looking dirty and have a damp smell, and the furniture has gotten beaten up. Front desk was not as friendly as before. Breakfast staff does a great job to keep the buffet stocked and cleaned (much appreciated).

This was a pretty standard Best Western experience. The room was easy to access, breakfast was OK, and everything was clean and comfortable. The bed frame had some staining where someone probably ate a meal in bed, and a bit of food or something stuck to it, plus the prior occupant's room keys were left behind, else I would have rated this a 5 in cleanliness. My only real complaint was that the lawn service apparently comes at 7 am on Mondays and that was very disruptive to attempts to sleep until 8. :)

The hotel is clean and quiet. Stayed several times now, always during the week. Walls are pretty thin, so if your neighbor is a heavy walker or bangs into things, you will hear it. All in all, a decent night's sleep. Breakfast is abundant, but full of overly sweet or overly peppered items. Usually skip this.

The people were nice, the property was okay, floors were slick with some sort of cleaning residue, internet was almost non-existent. Breakfast was fair at best. Beds were clean as was the bathroom.

The lobby looked promising...as if the property might be in good shape. Our room was not. The bed was uncomfortable as it was sinking and it was rickety when you sat on it. The AC unit was very dirty and looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a year.

I enjoyed my stay, however, the tv in our room stopped working on our second night there and when we reported it, the front desk clerk came and brought us a new remote, which also didn’t work. Instead of offering to replace the tv so that we could watch something that evening, she just said she would report it to maintenance. The next day when I checked out and asked the new front desk clerk about it she said she did not have any maintenance report. I feel this could have been handled better and the tv should have been replaced right away. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. However, the person at the front desk could not find my reservation. It was nowhere in the system so she had to contact a manager to help. I was told that they have issues with the reservations coming through from Expedia. Thankfully, the hotel was not busy and they were able to sort it out.

I arrived at the property at midnight, after the Santa's Wonderland visit. one of my kid suffers from epilepsy and has to sleep well. When we arrived there was no room for us, there was no reservation. The front desk person called general manager who was really rude. my kids were desperate. horrible experience, never again!

This was our first time to stay here and it was great! Our room and bathroom were very spacious and the entire hotel was very clean. High level of customer service was given by all employees we came In contact with. They even called our room shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was up to our standards. The free breakfast was an added bonus! I definitely recommend this hotel.

I did not appreciate the check in procedure, and the woman behind the counter was not helpful. The woman in the morning was friendly which at least off set it. Rooms were fine, but every night I had to go have the keys reprogrammed because they stopped working during the day. I won't stay there again

You can't beat the price. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the location is excellent. It's near all the restaurants you can think of, as well as a grocery store.

No real complaints, but no compliments either. We stayed 5 nights. Staff courtesy and professionalism varied widely. They would clean the bathroom, but not the rest of the room. Fitness center and breakfast checked the box, but were disappointing.

Very nice having 3 dinner options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so so. Items were not all available and not very fresh. I felt the staff were not checking often enough.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Stayed several times now, always during the week. Walls are pretty thin, so if your neighbor is a heavy walker or bangs into things, you will hear it. All in all, a decent night's sleep. Breakfast is abundant, but full of overly sweet or overly peppered items. Usually skip this.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. This time was better than the last time (about a month ago). The place looked cleaner and better managed. We stayed on the third floor. The room was clean and quiet. Sound really travels though. In the morning, we heard some enthusiastic neighbor walking purposefully around their room. The breakfast is usually good, but they have started putting pepper in the scrambled eggs. Not sure why. Just leave them plain. If people want pepper, they can add it themselves. Not good to ruin the eggs for those of us who don't like pepper.

This is the Best Best Western we have stayed at for many years. Price extremely reasonable and larger room than expected. The highlight of the visit was breakfast. The lady in charge was amazing, the hardest worker I have seen in years. She kept everything stocked, even as time was running out. Also very personable as well. She got a tip, which she deserved. So many restaurants do nothing other than give you food and expect a tip. This was highly deserved! I hope to somehow report her terrific job. The Texas waffle was yummy and a nice surprise. Was sad had sausage 2 days in a row, was hoping for bacon one day. But not a problem. Highly recommend this place. They do need to have antibacterial wipes or spray in the gym. And maybe a swifter to clean up syrup or juice spills. We realize that a regular mop would make it to slippery.
