We liked the short walk to the beach and the outdoor sitting options. Parking was convenient. There were several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Robert, the manager, was awesome and very helpful. Our only complaint was the lack of drawer or cubby storage for clothes, since we were there for 5 days.

Our stay was great! It was the perfect place for a long weekend! The best part was the service! The manager of the hotel was amazing! He was very welcoming and provided us with information you can’t learn on line. He gave recommendations of restaurants and some must sees in the area! The hotel overall was clean but the shower ceiling did have some mold. Even though beach chairs and umbrellas were given as a curtesy, they all were old, falling apart, and rusty. My overall recommendation wouks be to definitely stay here again!

A nice place to eat, sleep and play on the beach. I’d love to own this gem! It may not have all the amenities of a larger hotel but warm, friendly staff and a lot less of a price of the larger hotels.

The little diamond <3 Beach House is easy to get to, with easy beach access. While the Beach House is being repaired on the first floor from the fall storm, we were able to stay on the 2nd floor. We will come back. It is well centralized. You can walk to everything if you needed to.

Remember, they just went through two hurricanes the whole first floor gutted on the second floor. It was 100% spotless, clean they were no odors or anything which is very surprising. They’re doing the best they can. They don’t have any beach towels or anything, but give them a couple more weeks and everything should be fine.

This was just what we needed! Our room was nicely appointed and very clean. Location was just steps to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk at Johns Pass. Robert made us feel very welcome and well cared for! Would definitely stay again! NOTE: the town is in recovery from the recent hurricanes, but there are plenty of places that have reopened and that are very happy to have visitors back!

The rooms were very clean. They have a kitchenette with a bigger refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. Property is very convenient to the beach. You don’t even have to cross any streets with your beach stuff. Robert, in the office, was very helpful in making suggestions on things to do in the area. Bathrooms are a little small and need updating, but were still clean. Great little place for a quick getaway. I would stay there again .

The room was more like a an apartment totally clean, a nice patio deck with excellent chairs for Sun tanning excellent AC unit microwave refrigerator all clean a great Keurig machine with Greg donut shop coffee provided and the excellent Zephyrhills bottled water with decent sports options on the television and only about a block to the beach this has got to be one of the best places around to go on a mini vacay or even a long stay the guy that takes care of things Robert Is awesome helpful informative kind

Cute little motel, with parking and close to the water. There's a little cafe above the lobby of the hotel next door that serves good coffee and breakfast foods. That same hotel also has a nice tiki bar around back. The Beach House has nice rooms, I was in a studio. It had a small refrigerator, a microwave and a two burner hot plate (in a cabinet) along with a pod-type coffee makes (and three pods), glasses, mugs, dishes, utensils and basic cookware. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great on the shower. Yup, I'd stay there again.

The colors and decor were fun. The location is good with easy access to the beach(no view). The motel only has 10 rooms which made it nice and quaint. The rooms are small but clean. The only big drawback is the tv in the bedroom is in a ridiculous spot, and could be better situated. It was good for the price.

Robert was the most welcoming, fabulous property host that i have ever met. He knows the area like the back of his hand. We had great conversation and made sure every day that we were good. The property itself is so close to the beach, john pass, walkable to groceries, stores and restaurants. I am so happy we experienced the stay.

Robert, the property manager, is a great guy. He treated us well and communicated properly way before our arrival. The beach is beautiful and just at a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a kitchenette that has pretty much everything you need to cook and eat whatever you food you bring, and the air conditioner cooled down really well. We truly enjoyed our stay there and we are looking forward to book again.

The Beach House is conveniently located on Gulf Blvd. in Treasure Island, Florida. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators, microwaves and hot plates. Robert, the property manager, is wonderful. He is helpful and a great resource for dining options and things to do. This was our third stay, and we plan to stay again next year.

Great place to stay in Treasure Island. Robert was friendly and attentive. The hotel location is ideal to walk around Treasure Island and Madeira Beach as well as to drive to Tampa. Great place to stay in Treasure Island. Robert was friendly and attentive. The hotel location is ideal to walk around Treasure Island and Madeira Beach as well as to drive to Tampa. The location is well cared for and a 2 minute walk to the beach access. Remember when staying here it was built in the 50's and was just through 2 hurricanes. Robert was the most welcoming, fabulous property host that i have ever met. He knows the area like the back of his hand. We had great conversation and made sure every day that we were good. The property itself is so close to the beach, john pass, walkable to groceries, stores and restaurants. I am so happy we experienced the stay.

The Beach House is conveniently located on Gulf Blvd. in Treasure Island, Florida. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators, microwaves and hot plates. Robert, the property manager, is wonderful. He is helpful and a great resource for dining options and things to do. This was our third stay, and we plan to stay again next year.

Robert, the Manager, was so friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was effortless. After our check in, he emailed us a list of restaurants in the area. The room was spotless! The rooms were painted in bright beach colors and decorated in beach decor. It was equipped with everything you would need for any length of stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, if needed. It was only a 1/2 block walk to the bridge to access the beach. We lived on Treasure Island for 5 years about 6 years ago. We now live in Downtown St. Pete and wanted to stay of Treasure Island again. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We will be returning in a couple of months; and, definitely will be staying at the Beach House Hotel. We would highly recommend the Beach House Hotel.

The Beach House Hotel is a clean, pastel walk down memory lane. It is two blocks from the turquoise Gulf and a short walk from great seafood restaurants. The Beach House is on Gulf Avenue and there are several low cost transportation options so no need to rent a car. Grab a ride from the airport and park yourself. Robert makes you feel at home and it is very helpful.

Cute little motel, with parking and close to the water. There's a little cafe above the lobby of the hotel next door that serves good coffee and breakfast foods. That same hotel also has a nice tiki bar around back. The Beach House has nice rooms, I was in a studio. It had a small refrigerator, a microwave and a two burner hot plate (in a cabinet) along with a pod-type coffee makes (and three pods), glasses, mugs, dishes, utensils and basic cookware. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was great on the shower. Yup, I'd stay there again.

Great spot for a beach getaway! Clean, comfortable and super helpful and friendly staff. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The staff even gave recommendations for free transportation options and restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend.
