A relatively new property just off I-82. Easy to get to with ample parking. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was very clean and in very good condition. The location has easy access to anything and anywhere in Kennewick that you might need to go.

The room was fine, the trim on the bathroom needed attention. The egg choices were not great on the breakfast. Not a lot of restaurants or services close to the hotel. We really would have liked a hot tub.

2 of the 3 EV charging stations were inoperable. The third station was being used over 24 hours by one user. Making this location not viable as destination charging. I advised the staff and they were not aware of the charger issues. Otherwise, the staff were good and the facility was in good condition. Thank you for having a shower versus a bathtub/shower. Does anyone really need a bathtub?

Staff were very kind and checking in and out was quick and easy. Was my very first hotel experience and it was 10/10 for me. The room was very clean and had a good view. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Pool was also very nice to relax in.

I wanted this to be my new hotel when traveling through Kennewick. It’s a great hotel with a friendly staff, however, it needs some tidying up. Paint spills in bathroom, moldy caulking, terrible water pressure and shower head and crooked lampshades and pictures. It could have been amazing and missed the mark. All that being said, it’s not a bad place to stay. I’m just disappointed in Hilton on this stay and, it’s not cheap to stay here.

I was not pleased with our room & the hard smell of cigarette that was left in our bathroom. Each time you entered the bathroom or was just standing with the door open, you could smell the stench of cigarettes

The Wi-Fi was next to impossible to connect too for the two nights we were there. Apparently this was a network issue in the entire Hilton Chain, according to management. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known of the Wi-Fi problems.

Very nice hotel. But if you want a quiet relaxing room, do not stay in room 211. It is sharing a wall with the elevators (right behind the bed). And above us was stomping and pounding all night and day. Not sure if it was guests above us or some type of utility room. We tried to switch rooms but the hotel was booked. Was one of the worst stays I’ve had. Which sucks because the hotel is very nice. I’m sure the other rooms are very nice and somewhat quiet. We just got a bad room.

Pros: clean & newer hotel, comfy enough bed Cons: It was noisy. We had an adjoining room with people we didn’t know and could hear them and their dogs into the night. I did not sleep well. Also, the bathroom door is sliding a doesn’t lock.

The hotel was nice and clean and looked like it was newly built. The breakfast buffet was in a nice dining area, but that was not kept stocked well enough. Most of the food items were empty at around 7:00am. The night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the day clerk did not acknowledge us at all when we dropped off the key at the desk.

The staff said there was a nonrefundable pet fee. Ok underdstood. Staff unhelpful when asked for a breakdown of said fee. @ 75 per night. Dog spent 1 night only on a 2 night reservation. I was charged 125. The math doesnt add up. The gentleman at the front desk was less than helpful.

Always clean, always welcome, and always helpful. I refuse to stay anywhere else when I travel! TJ and Leslie are so inviting and kind. By the way, the beds are super COMFORTABLE.

The lady who checked us in was PHENOMENAL! make sure you keep her. She does an amazing job. I ended up spending at least an hour sitting in the lobby journaling at a table and watched her handling questions, many guests and the needs people had for her to run and help them. She was amazing, kind, engaging, and so on top of everything. We would have LOVED a hot tub with that pool :) Room was great and breakfast was good. We left happy.

Arrived mid-afternoon on motorcycles and was greeted with very helpful staff. We had been riding most of the day in extreme heat and by the time we arrived we were exhausted. Front desk staff quickly got us cold water to help us hydrate, got us checked in quickly and even went to search for luggage carts for us to unload out motorcycles.

My husband was in the hospital near the hotel. I had originally booked only one night but I ended up needing a second night. I was able to contact them through the text they sent me, and TJ set me up for another night. They also kept my bags for me for several hours after check-out, so I didn't have to carry them to the hospital. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. I would appreciate having a guide for the TV channels but everything else was wonderful.

There was no hot water for guests rooms. They did give the option to cancel the booking at no cost or 20% off rooms. The service continued to be poor with nonworking fridges, cold "hot" breakfast items, etc. They did make it right with an additional discount.

The hotel was what you would expect from a Hampton Hill - good for an overnight trip. The breakfast was not great if you're looking for healthy options which was a bummer as we were there for a soccer tournament with kids needed good options. The coffee was also not great.
