Check in clerk was not personable or welcoming. After checking in as we were walking to the elevator to go up to our room there was a trail of something sticky spilled on the floor that went from the check in desk down the hall and into the elevator. The floor was so sticky I told the guy at the check in desk and he just said ok. 15 hours later when we came down for breakfast the sticky trail was still there on the floor and a housekeeping cart was parked right next to part of the sticky mess. One of the elevators was extremely loud as it stopped on the desired floor it would make a grinding noise for approximately 45 seconds before settling and the doors opening. The pool door was very hard to get in and so we didn’t figure out that the handle was on upside down until it was time to check out from our 2day stay. The last night we stayed there was a huge wedding party that was staying at the hotel and they were loud and partying on two of the floors all night long, racing in the parking lot and rummaging through the fridge with items for sale and taking the food and drinks to their rooms slamming the doors repeatedly and playing their music loud all night until 7am. The night desk clerk was not around to assist other guest being disturbed by the party and the guest service phone number was not working properly.

A nice property that was well kept. We liked the pond nearby for a walk along with dining and shopping area. We would have appreciated a checkout time later than 11 so we could relax more. The breakfast was pretty good with fun options of mini waffles and strawberry batter.

Beautiful property and courteous staff. Close to shopping and dinner options. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed from pots and pans to dishes and utensils. Full size refrigerator and fantastic free breakfast with waffles, oatmeal eggs and bacon etc yogurt, muffins, bagels and more. Fitness center and pool. Great value! We’ll be back!

Our stay was excellent in every way except one. When we were getting ready for bed I saw hair on the pillow case and the sheets did not appear fresh. I went and spoke to the front desk and a fresh set of bedding was taken up to our room. The young lady offered to make the bed for us but my wife and daughter were relaxing on the sofa so I said I’d do it. She was very ni and did not give me the runaround. I’d stay there again.

Hotel was perfect in every way except for the lack of central heating/cooling. The 3 units in our 2 bedroom suite were so loud we could not sleep with the air conditioning running. We had to choose to be uncomfortably warm in order to sleep.

Newly refurbished room, first night TV’s did not work. Living room heater did not work at all. Plug receptacles on bedside sconces for charging devices would not hold plugs, they slide out. Two plug receptacles in bathroom had no power for hair dryer, had to use a plug in living room wall that barely reached the bathroom mirror. Nice to have low flow toilet, but, the shower took forever to get hot wasting a lot of precious water in the process. On the second morning I could not get the water hot. I washed my hair in very cold water, standing outside the shower. I then heated water in the microwave to wash up in. The garbage disposal did not work. The TVs were fixed on second day, but the living room was too cold to sit and watch. The staff was apologetic and offered another room, but I had a dog to move along with repacking everything. I stayed in the room next door last June and did not have one issue. The renovation is sloppy at best, leading to a lot of discomfort and dysfunction.

I chose this hotel because of its 9/10 rating, and it truly lived up to this score. Staff were lovely, the room is wonderful. Comfortable bed, kitchen is fully usable to cook if one wishes. Breakfast a little better than the usual hotel buffet. And the area around the hotel is full of shops and restaurants. It is not a "waste land of fast food and big box stores," as another reviewer wrote. It is a safe, clean, newer neighborhood. Very pleasant view of the mountains and sunrise from my room. Highly recommend!

Beds are super hard. room was stuffy and never cooled down. no garbage liners. early breakfast hours are nice but they also end quickly. no time if you chose to sleep in. also house keeping knocked on our door at 9 am asking if we were leaving yet even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. she also asked me again as I was walking out of our room to my car. very rude. at check in, lady was on speaker phone with a friend or something. asked if i had stayed at this type of hotel before. I said yes and she handed my keys and said have a good night. She then continued to talk on the phone. never said times for anything, let me know where my room was or anything. I had to ask and she was very annoyed.

I was double charged for our rooms and when I finally talked to the manager he yelled at me! The beds were uncomfortable and there was a mouse trap in the breakfast area!

I was disappointed and delayed after I called the day before arrival & was promised an early checkin. When I arrive the lady has no idea & our room wasn’t ready. I also asked the pullout be made up - it wasn’t. There was no bedding in the room for it. I had to go to front desk & get it. The pullout was terrible - old and uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Great location for our getaway. The suite was comfortable and quite didn’t hear much noise from others passing in the hallway. I loved that there were restaurants close by lots of options, a target store was across the street as well as a movie theater. And if you feel like unwinding from a long road trip there’s a walking path on the back of the hotel. Definitely recommend this to everyone. Staff was super friendly and helpful thank you for making this stay comfortable.

I like the place it is nice although they can improve breakfast, it is clean the people who work at reception are nice, the body lotion is very small for two days of stay, toothpaste is needed for when you forget it, let the guest know if he occupies clean towels he can ask for them, but I plan to return I like the place thank you
