Remodeling and landscaping was going on during my stay. The lobby was full of construction material, which made it crowded but you could still get around. They wouldn't allow early check-in (about 1.5 hours early) unless I paid $25, so I hung out in the lobby. No public restroom available there, so had to make a trip to WalMart up the street to use the restroom. In the end it all worked out. The room was clean, though weirdly there were no drinking glasses or paper cups of any kind. Breakfast was available and included waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits among other things. It was perfectly fine for the money and when their remodeling and landscaping is done it will outshine the other hotels in its vicinity (of which there are many).

This was by far my best stay in Midland. The quality for the price was unmatched. Excellent fitness center with free weights. Cleanliness was superb. I will be back.

No coffee maker in room, microwave did not work and animal inside ceiling chewing or scratching sounds in bathroom. Only one pillow per person, we always sleep with 2 each! Room was clean! Pool was green and could not use!!

Excellent choice of place to stay, snacks, coffee, and drinks available, ice machine on floor. Rooms were comfortable, would have liked more than one pillow, but...and plug in bathroom did not work. Would do it all over again.

The elevator wouldn't work for the 2nd floor. I had to go up to the 3rd floor and walk back down to my floor. All on a bad knee. The TV kept freezing up. Everything else was great

Staff is friendly. The hotel seems new. I was told it was only opened last year. Room is very clean too. The surrounding area isn’t too ideal but I suppose that’s Midland TX for you. But it’s safe and pretty convenient with a Walmart literally next door. Wish there could be more breakfast choices. Overall it’s good value, decent and as expected.

The room was clean and comfortable although slightly worn. There was no coffee pot. No eggs or sausage or meat of any kind. Cereal, oatmeal, bagels, banana muffin, juice and coffee. Walking distance to two restaurants.

Brand new hotel - excellent! Comfy bed - excellent! No AC in August in Midland, Texas - it was 86 when I got in my room. I turned the AC on. It was 78 by 11pm and when I left the hotel at 5:30, it was 74. Not pleasant. Maybe if it was November through March - but NOT in the summer.

The staff checking in was very polite and made sure we got our reqards for beong Hilton members. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. We got the king size bed which was comfortable and more than enough room to stretch out. The bathroom had room for the 2 of us to move around and not be stepping on each other. The water was hot and had great water pressure. The only downside of the entire stay was the heat took a while to heat the room as it was cold outside and for some reason they had the A/C on when we got into the room, and the TV kept freezing.

I had to call the hotel and set up a late check in with no additional charges and they made the process very easy. When I did check in the receptionist was sitting at the table in the lobby and took her a while to great us. Later after checking in I called the desk to complain about the room next door’s loud noise and no one answered. Complained once again in the early morning and the young lady was able to resolve the situation. Checked out shortly after due to the occupant pounding on the wall.

Walmart within walking distance, IHOP literally across the parking lot, lots of food choices and next to I20. Overall not too bad of a stay, just had TV that wouldn’t connect or work, and toilet was slow like clogged when was there, room was clean and hotel was modern looking. Wish there was more options for breakfast, but if wanted real breakfast IHOP was next door.
